well, I think there are more than a few of us that have accumulated significant chunks of this stock. I don't think once it starts to move that it will be hard to get past .0004 - a lot of us are here for the longterm, if I may be so bold to make that supposition....

Maybe DDSI meant to wait till after the CD's were exchanged so that there will be nothing in the way on the ride. -------------- Most of the time when a co. buys something it has to retreat in order to pay off for rhe AQ.Has happened many times I have seen and I usually stay clear until the AQ is assimilated and their revs start to showup on the bottomline.
That is not to say that this is going to run,but even at .0004 there is more aove to work through going back some time.
The longer the period of time the more the weakhands will fall by the wayside and the less overhead to work through.
Those ,like myseld, that have accumulated between here and .0004 are not going to jump ship because they understand the long term potential of the isssue.
There hsall be overhead to work through I agree, but not to or of the extent that we might think.
What will be important is what the Vol. is when it gets there and how many are in the know in are buyers.
There have been high price targets put on this and there is no reason it should sit below the .001 level even now and I hope people pick up on that fact.
For those holding for the long term nad there is nothing bad forthcoming ,in a yr. we may see the penny level at some point if Revs continue to increase nd there is a good contract PR forthcoming at some point.
The CEO will not discuss that so I would not even include that in the e list of Q's .He will onl say that there are interested parties that he has talked to and there are confidentiality rules he has to adhere to.It's a Security co. and how would it look if they were to discuss an ongoing contract negotiation.Won't happen.
And I would not th8ink anyone will get any shares at .0001-GL on that one.If they do then we are all introuble I think!
A good little growth company: digital Descriptor Systems is making the right moves. But the continuous selling associated with the toxic convertible of NRI Group has ballooned total shares outstanding to 852 million and reduced the per share price to $0.0006. Are these shenanigans endangering our Homeland security?...

According to otcbb.com the 39 mill were bought X .0002. Thats great cause I was getting a little upset that I didn't get to get mine X .0001. Nice to know someone paid 7800 bucks for them.

well, companies dilute shares to raise money. It's not so much they want it to come down...it's more that they don't really care if it goes up. After all, from their point of view, it's already tanked, so why bother watering a dead plant. I'm not saying that's what's up, but it has happened before.
With so little PR coming out, it doesn't seem like they're going out of their way to pump the POS up...
although that may change with the new PR company.

DIGI-The Dilution was caused by hem buying CGM which now has 56 public products. That was done through the CD Conversion which from the opinions I have read lately is now over.I do not know weer to believe that or not,but we will have the answers hopefully when this Q&A occurs around the 11th of July.
I am hopeing that we hear some positive news by then.
As you say it is unbelieveable there has not been an contract news in yrs. which also concerns me.
You can call and talk to the CEO anytime and from there point of view they are very busy.Doing what I do not know, but it sure is not making PR's that are going to attract shareholder's which since accumulating this bugs me.
Today we see the lowest point this co. has ever been almost technically.I am still not sure weather the Conversions are through.
If they can create a dynamic rev stream with their product line being in demand or having only one prdt. being made mandatory for HL Sec. then this will go to a cent.
If they get the Federal Gov't and other agencies adopt theor new Evidence Tamperproof Bags as the DeFacto standard t use then that is another prdt. that would surely bring shareholders in to drive the pps up making a lot of people rich.
I really do not see 100MilShr. days being significant. When they get to the point f having 250-300Mil.Shr. days become the norm.Implement a buyback program to retire shares and show they have repetitive stream of Revs this company will go to where I think it can make us very happy.
Until then we may as well hope that it gets drivenbuy those that see it as an undervalued oppurtunity that they should take a chance on and invest in because they have a great prdt. line.
They certainly have a good list of clients, but that does not assure pps appreciation as I could also sell a few locks to a co. and call them a client.
I like their prdt. line I must admit and I can see they have carved out a crtain niche of expertise, but their float is something to gloat over while hopeing for the day the market finds this or they come out with a PR announcement of a lucrative contract which the CEO will not elaborate on weather anything is coming down the pike either way. That certainly does not help shareholder confidence.
I will hoold to see what happens.Hopefully we see something positive soon!

with continued good revenues and growth the price will rise on its own. Kudos to Shupin and the others for not manipulating this pps on a daily or weekly basis as so many other penny stock companies do.
Continued product enhancements/announcements...strong growth...this will move up when the MM's are ready to let it go. accumulation is HUGE.
