Interest! They cannot get any! right now. Look at the Vol. Today-700Kshrs.
Sometimes these issues flatline then all of a sudden it's like they suddenly wake up.The sector interest has a lot to do with it also.
with National Security starting tio heat up again I bet the sector will see some action, but who knows about this issue. It's a Pink Issue and they have good prdts. ,but no PR's and CD Dilution going on though 2008 according to the 10-Q.
I think the might take a lesson from BMKP or whatever that co. is and put a stop to that for aleast 1 yr. and focus on their prdts. being shown and create an atmosphere of "If you do not have our poroducts, your not realy serious about Security" and get market recognition through strong Cntract PR's. Then I think they would be worth more for a pps then they are at the moment. But what do I know. They have delivvered on revs, but they are being offdet by the CD's I think.
We'll see what they have to say tomorrow I guess and hopefully it's great news.T bd they did not have a PR the same day and not a Fluff Pr ,but something concrete like a gov contract to talk about or the acceptance of the Evidence Bags by a big entity like Dept of Justice orr Forensic Labs etc..
I think the Evidence Bags might be great for several reasons.Someone pointed out they could be used for Currency tranfers also. They assure that no one could switch the evidence before it gets to Labs.I don't trust anyone where that's concerned as there are many people sitting in jails that were setup I think with false evidence.Plus cases have been blown due to Evidence being contaminated or questioned.
There are a lot of prdts. this co. has that are or could be lucrative and some might become standards used by any number of agencies.

Fish is right! This thread title is the biggest joke on Allstocks. I believe that it reflects poorly on the stock itself. It certainly hasn't helped it any.

I was thinking Brackep, but Schwabie or anybody else is also welcome to create the post. Just as long as the person promises to open it up at the right time.

Call the company and ask Tony if you want. His contact info is on the DDSI web site.
Make sure you tell everyone when you find out it's really him......because it is.

Someone needs to open the post with the same title as in the flyer:
"DDSI Executives provide short Q&A, 12pm, 07.11.06"
This is very important. Tony and Mike really didn't like the name of this post "ddsi is about to run." They said they wouldn't come to this post because it's a "pumpers" name. They want to make it very clear that they are doing this to show investors that they care and they are accessable.
Also, as the first post, I want someone to put up the flyer. This way, everyone who comes to the post sees the flyer and knows what's going on.
The very next post should be a welcome letter that reads:
"Tony and Michael, Thank you very much for taking the time to meet with us. As always, we are delighted to find you accessible and eager to discuss the company with your shareholders." For the purposes of this half hour, we would like to submit to you some questions (some have already been provided) and we would like to hear from you about the company, its current operations, and its future. We understand that you can only share public knowledge, but any personal insights, ideas, and opinions about the market, the industry, or yourselves personally, would be of great interest to all of us. Thank you again for taking the time for this Q&A session. We are all very grateful.
Whoever opens the post, please make sure to open it with the exact name, the flyer, and the opening welcome letter.
Thanks! JIF.
Also, everyone, please remember, if we are nice to them and they enjoy the q&a, we should be able to get them back every quarter or semiannually for another session. I think that's good stuff.

to make sure there is nothing else posted between the flyer and the intro text I think it would be better to post it in one post only (the flyer and the intro), because allstocks requires a 60 second waiting time between posting ...

I've also asked Schwabie to open the post. This way, we have a fail-safe between the two of you.
However, I am still looking to you to open the post and keep it at on page one for everyone to see it.
All we have to do know is cross our fingers and make sure Tony and Mike figure out how to find the post.
Brackep - it may be a good idea for you to email Tony directly to let him know that he can email you back if he has any problems finding the post. Is that alright with you?

I have been in and out of this stock for months now. Now I finally realize that this stock is an absolute POS, and it will never run. The MM's have such a stranglehold on the stock. They buy all the fustrated sellers stock at .0001 / .0002 and sell to the hopefulls at .0003 and make their money. Then they drive it back down and repeat. If I were able to do this over and over and over again, why would I stop. At .0001 / .0002, there is always someone that thinks that this is their diamond in the rough. JMHO. I'm not trying to bash, but I have been fustrated so many times by this stock, I'm trying to help someone who is thinking of jumping in to this.

I hope they do give their Investors hope to stay onboard for something worthy in the future that is coming. If not this may just go right into the ground.
They need Revs and Contract PR's IMO or this has had it's day with all the CD Dilution to come and if nothing is done about that then it will be hard to overcome the .0003 boundry next month when Earns are announced again.
GL to all holders!
They have their work cut out and our backs to the wall as investors!Hope the Q&A goes well and we get something in he way of interest as today and the gradual lack of it is sinking this to real disgraceful position to have faith in.They have the prdts. let's hope they can make it happen for investors!

1.Last year at this time they announced that Rev Numbers where inline with expectationss after the Merger of CGM .Are they still inline or above epectations?
2.seeing that the founder of CGM is an integral part of the Merger and is on the board is there anything that he can do to help restructure this Merger so as to offsset the problems associated with the Dilution?
If there is not enough time then that's fine! I would think that the founder of CGM is one that benefits the most from this merger though. Many people I bet have held on to shares at much higher prices then wher ewe are now only to see their investment dwindle to .0001 .That is sad in this Turnaround period.
On the Technicals: American Bull still has this as a HOLD ,but It's a real unsure HOLD if the co. is setting record Earns and yet the market is expecting proof through contracts or some other response and the co. does not give it we might be here for a long time I think. For some reason I am thinking that October might be the month that DDSI does something from a Technical point of view or the pps increases.
I hope long term it's a growth issue and not a broke issue without the use of a RS which never works for the benefit of the shareholders value. They only make it worst.I have grown to hate that word!
There is certainly a total lack of interest now in DDSI from the Volume we are now seeing.
GL to the Co. and the Q&A period! I hope we hear good things and they are positive not negative.

Guys - good morning. Good news - I got pulled off the sales trip (bad news for my sales goal), but good because I really want to be here.
So, I'll go ahead and open the post at 11:50am.
Abex Trader: Great questions. I think, at this point, just hold them in your bag and ask them when we start the session. It will look good when we have some fresh questions for them.
Also, we have Tony AND Mike coming. Mike is the CFO. So, hopefully, we can discuss the last 10Q with him.

Since some of us may not be able to attend, it might be a good idea after you close the thread to open another thread and highlight the answers to the quesitons.

I am really looking forward to this. Hopefully they will be right on time and we can keep them past the 30 minute mark. I think if we have good questions, they will be eager to stick around and chat.
Also, just a quick data point - try to ask open ended questions so they really get on a rant.
Like: What are your thoughts about the future. This could lead to the writing of a book.
Rather than: Do you think the future will be good, yes or no? Because then we are left with a one word answer.

Good idea - or maybe today is a good day to start a new thread.......we could all move over to the new thread permanently. It might be refreshing to get off "ddsi about to run" and start a thread with comments from the CEO.

me too. Thanks Brackep. I'm really hoping for the best today. My only fear is that a basher comes on and says something rude. But, I think Tony will understand that it's an open forum.
I just want us to be able to start a dialogue with them so they come back in the future and speak with us more regularly.

I really hope for the same thing.
I hope all the other board members understand this and will be polite
