Grimes, California Property Proving to be a BIG'N! - Biogenerics Limited has had a series of significant news releases of late reporting on the tremendous re-completion results for their Grimes, California natural gas field. Yesterday, the Company's newly appointed CEO James Lancaster reported that the Company has made great progress with their Grimes/Hydroslotting campaign and management has been informed that the next two wells slated to be worked on should yield close to the same flow rates as Ophelia #1 (news released May 8, 2006), which the Company stabilized at a flow rate of 1,450 mcfd (mcf = thousand cubic feet per day). Mr. Lancaster further stated that these two wells should be completed in the next 2 to 3 weeks. If flow results mirror these predictions, the first four wells slotted and put on line at the Grimes property would generate approx. 5,000 mcfd of natural gas (including Andreotti #1 at about 425 mcfd). With natural gas currently at around $7.00 per mcf, the total retail production from just these four wells equates to nearly $13 million per year.
Biogenerics maintains a 40% working interest in the Grimes property, which would put their share of these first four wells at about $5 million annually. In yesterday's press release, Biogenerics is figuring these wells will produce for between 10 to 15 years. Biogenerics reported that they have already targeted several additional potentially lucrative wells in the Grimes region to be slotted in the near future.
In addition to Grimes, the Company has several additional properties and JV projects in work in both New Mexico and Canada. Another important aspect that bodes well for BIGN's future is the excellent economics of hydroslotting. When you consider that many traditional re-completion methods can run anywhere from $1 to $2 million per well, the $200,000 to $250,000 cost of hydroslotting a well puts the payback on wells the size of Ophelia #1 at around 30 days.
With the recent dramatic escalation of gasoline prices at the pump, many are predicting this situation to eventually spill over to the rest of the energy markets, which could mean even bigger revenues for this junior oil and natural gas production group looking to leverage their JV partner's hydroslotter technology to other wellhead locations they currently control, as well as new joint venture programs the company is looking to enter.

Thought I'd share it with you, and make the first post of the day about BIGN biz. From tyeg ibox:
- Much of the companies success so far has been in the acquisition and use of the hydroslotting techology. How does one evaluate the company, management, and technology? Prior interviews have provided the perspectives of a larger technology provider and individual innovators. Closing the loop on interviews about technology commercialization and uptake, PTTC sought input from Ali Daneshy, Daneshy Consultants, Intl. In addition to his technical expertise in several areas,Daneshy is well known for his insights on "technology uptake." He has authored columns in Hart's E&P, plus led the recent SPE Advanced Technology Workshop on "Accelerating Technology Acceptance." His insights to questions posed by PTTC follow.
Q: It is self-explanatory that both producers AND technology providers MUST BE INVOLVED for uptake of newer technologies in a timely fashion. Prior interviews have focused on the technology developer's perspective. From your experience working both sides of the equation, what do you think the producer needs to bring to the table for timely uptake to occur?
A: Acceptance and successful use of new technology is not a trivial task. It requires technical, operational and leadership skills, as well as a progressive attitude. More specifically, these include;
1. Strong technical backbone related to the new technology. The more complex or revolutionary the technology, the stronger the required backbone and the difficulty to integrate the new with the old.
2. Willingness and ability to take risk.The willingness is mostly a personal trait. Ability is related to access to financial resources, as well as the culture and business drivers of the organization. Organizations need to adopt business measures that reduce the immediate risk of being an early technology adopter.
3. A healthy mix of long and short term business objectives. The value of many technologies comes from their long term use.
4. Time. Maturity of use and operational reliability of the new technology improves with time. So does the ability to know how and where to apply it. Just as reading golf instruction manuals does not make a person a golfer, reading about new technology does not make an expert. One needs to go through the learning process, which involves actual hands-on experience.
5. Visibility and measurement. There is no disagreement about the long term value of technology. If so, it needs to be included as one of the direct measures by which successful business practices are identified.
6. Involvement. All new technologies mature with use. During this phase an involved and interested user can play a pivotal role in the speed and direction of technology maturity. .................................................................. Biogenerics, Limited a diversified investment venture capital firm focused on exploiting and distributing domestic oil and gas reserves, a couple of weeks ago announced that its 50% owned subsidiary, WW Oil and Gas, has authorized management to issue a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the purchase of 1,000 acres of oil/gas lease land.
The lease land will include 48 producing gas wells generating 1,200 mcf/day of gas averaging 25 bbls/oil per day in condensate quality.
The transaction includes a 35-mile pipeline with all right-of-ways which connects to a major trunk line for the sale of the operation's daily gas production. The pipeline is also used to collect, on a fee basis, gas from six other producing gas fields in the area.
James Lancaster, Biogenerics' CEO stated, "The monthly revenue stream is estimated to be over $270,000 per month from this property. Upon completion, the deal will provide the personnel to manage, drill and rework the other well sites on these properties which will in turn maximize the production revenue of future explorations projects."
Then a couple of days ago, the Company was pleased to report that wells known as Andreotti 1 and Ophelia 1 continue to produce as reported in recent news. Andreotti at 250,000 cubic feet of gas daily. Management also confirms that it has coordinated agreements with subcontractors continuing work on wells 3 and then 4 on the same location site.
Officials report that inclement weather conditions resulting in excessive water flooding have posed some problems consequently delaying the work over of these wells. Ophelia 1 experienced a mechanical glitch that resulted in intermitting flow rates but will be corrected this week. Once corrected Ophelia 1 will return to its flow rate of 1450 mcf. Ophelia will produce this flow rate on an average of 20-25 days per month allowing for maintenance of the continued water build up.
The water build up in the wells, if left unattended, inhibit some gas flow. Though timely, it is well worth continued efforts to maintain the wells considering their profitibilty.
The company continues negotiations with Oil & Gas Companies in hopes to acquire the equipment that will expedite our endeavors. Information regarding the dealings will be released as soon as they become available.
Biogenerics begins to turn itself around, as the lack of updates in the last couple of weeks has caused this company to loose significant value. Currently trading $0.029, this company is trading down 3%, making it look like we could see some news in the near future. This company's volume has dropped significantly over the last week as it traded as low as $0.027, as investors sell off shares in hopes of better opportunities out there. 1. Just got off the phone with Dale Boyd, he said news/press release should be out next week
2. He (Boyd) was very Reluctant,they can only give out specific info in press releases, But... it's all about the Grimes field, that was the best info I could get. I wanted to know why it was up, so I called. Dale Boyd is the investor relations guy. This info is as today,not yesterdays news. hope it helps.

bign up 37% on low volume, production rumours from field. pr thiz wk. Will fly on any volume now I believe. Currently profitable the grimes #3 and #4 are anticipated to flow at combined 3000mmcfd more than doublling our current monthly output.
Acquisition news is also due, needed workover rigs will allow independence from service contractor, workover rates will increase. The well workovers give a one month ROI and then is steady and uninterupted profit for the next fifteen to twenty years. The grimes project is scheduled for 200 holes for 06-07.
wwng, bign subsidiary has been holding back flow rates for NM well, and making headway with producing accquisition+ gasline adding over 270 G's a month to cash flow. They are working hard to capitalize on properties in the four corners area - tar sands and shale oil and gas, said to contain more reserves than Alberta in Canada.
Tyche energy or tyeg is expected to trade any time, with a fair amount of dd in board ibox. Large company with multiple properties and leases/JV's, also is the operator for hydroslotting tech. Recently moved to Tyler Texas to expand operations into the US as CAnada is sewed up for now.Tyche may be a sleeper that will add substantially to bign pps once it starts trading. BIGn and companies one to watch.
