It has been said that the fall of gas prices has hurt BIGN, and I am sure it has to some degree, but you have to remember they have 4 wells out of hundreds they will do.
By the time they get 30 wells prices should be in the 8-9 dollar range according to price outlookes. 8.11 the predicted avg.
Despite the fall BIGN is still doing great.
1. Figure revenues after the well is paid off after 45 days.
2. Based on 7500 mcf month per well as Andreotti #1 reported.
3. A low $6 price.
4. A conservative 20 pe.
6. A conservative well figure in the next 4 months of 10 wells.
10 X 7500 X 6 X .4 / 303milOS X 20 pe = .14/sh
Over 2 million in profits.
At some point they will do an oil well which will balance the price fluctuations.
A well that produces 20 barrels per day X $60 = 1200/day X 365 = 438,000/ year our profit about 200K.
Even a marginal well can be profitable.
Also stocks that are still losing money are trading at market caps 10 times BIGN.
I have tried to be conservative so I don't appear to be hyping or pumping.

I also like the idea we are not placing all our hopes on one project or technology.
We have several things going.
1. Royalties from a well near Lake Erie.
2. Charring Cross sour gas treatment and well.
3. Exploration in Canada with Tyche.
4. Exploration in New Mexico with ww energy. Currently drilling. They have trucks to haul oil without a pipeline in place. More expensive but allows immediate return.
5. Acquisitions and deals possible in Texas.
6. Grimes project.
7. Thousands of acres of mineral rights.

In the Tyche press release in the center of the page Tyche is from another Rowe company
2021877 Ontario Inc
Biogenerics actually made deals with both companies.
They invested in the first 251 and created a joint venture with the second 877 after purchasing certain rights.

As part of the longer-term investment plan, Biogenerics intends to purchase a greater interest in 2018251 Ontario Inc., with a first right of refusal, in the productive acreage owned by 2018251 Ontario Inc. 2018251 Ontario Inc. owns several thousand gross acres of off-shore crown land near Romney Township in Kent County and also in the Dover field in Lambton County, Ontario. One of the more important assets of 2018251 Ontario Inc. is an over-riding royalty interest in a five-kilometer long horizontal well in Romney, Ontario, which is the longest horizontal well in North America, and also the recently drilled lateral to this well.
and a second agreement

TORONTO, Oct 20, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Biogenerics Inc. (the Company) (Pink Sheets:BIGN) has entered into an agreement (the Agreement) with 2021877 Ontario Inc. (the Vendor) pursuant to which Biogenerics will acquire 30% of the Vendor's interest in certain petroleum and natural gas assets (the Assets) located in Southwestern Ontario. The Assets are comprised of varying working interests in producing and exploratory lands and reserves having significant upside production potential. Two producing wells and four shut-in oil and gas wells are included in the acquisition.
The first had the talisman well but the second says there were two producing wells.
That makes an interest of at least 3 wells.
add the

and the
Charring Cross
and the
Rubicon Interest
and the
Grimes
That comes to
8 or 9 producing wells of which we own some interest.

Biogenerics Outlines Acquisition Program
May 23, 2006 09:00:38 (ET)
TYLER, Texas, May 23, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Biogenerics Limited (Pink Sheets:BIGN) announces it has entered into a Letter of Intent to purchase the assets, operations and all oil/gas leases from an East Texas operator and drilling company which has been in the oil industry for over 30 years. The agreement is expected to be signed within 72 hours.
After proper due diligence is performed, Biogenerics will have three options available regarding this transaction:
1) The company can purchase the assets, operations, personnel, existing mineral leases and existing 250 producing wells in the East Texas Oil Field. 2) Biogenerics can elect to invest with this company in 150 re-work wells in the East Texas Oil Field. 3) The company can also elect to invest collectively in 12 wells to be drilled in West Texas. This company currently employs 70 people, has its own rework rigs and drilling rig, plus several years of experience in oil field operations and management. Biogenerics management is gearing up to purchase the entire operations of this company, which includes the wells mentioned in options (2) and (3). If the company's due diligence proves this transaction to be viable, then the result will be that Biogenerics has purchased proven reserves of 10.4 million bbls of oil which has historically graded out at the 42 gravity level, plus the opportunity to prove up and own another 15 million bbls of oil reserves. The daily production of existing wells in the East Texas Oil Field being acquired is estimated at 275 bbls/day. This will be a major step for the company and will place it as a major operator in the oil industry in the State of Texas and surrounding areas.
The company anticipates this deal should close within the next 120 days. Financing for the transaction is being researched with commitments for financing being obtained from three lending and investment sources.
Newly-elected CEO James Lancaster was instrumental in bringing this opportunity to the company. He stated, "My first direction for the company was to place it into a position to be a major player in the oil industry and to supply it with the tools and personnel to do so. This opportunity, if realized, will do just that. Not only will it provide us with a well known name in the industry as an operating company, but the experienced personnel that come with this transaction will add to our ability to be a major player in the oil industry."
The current owner of the company being purchased has agreed that if this transaction closes, he will become a member of the Board of Directors of Biogenerics for a period of two years in order to help guide the company in its quest to be a major oil industry company. "We welcome this opportunity and hopefully will find in our due diligence procedures that Biogenerics can take advantage of." Lancaster further stated that "Management is looking at other lease and investment opportunities at this time. These include a 600 acre lease in Texas, 6 gas wells in West Texas, 110 acre lease in East Texas and other opportunities as they present themselves."

Ready for a big run. Very good movement today. I don't have any money to invest at this time but would keep my Virtual Million dollor on this stock. Let me see how my million dollor grows.

I think I will wait the 72 hours to say a big wow. There are several things I see here. It isn't a done deal. Nor are the terms mentioned.
1. The oil production is 7 million per year. 275 barrels at 72$.
That isn't exacly a major player in Texas. It is steady revenue and depends a lot on the price of oil.
2. We don't know financing terms which, if a private placement can have a high price depending on the conversion price.
It can cause heavy dilution if the lender is promised convertible shares. Say the price is 50 million convertible in 2 years, if the price goes up to 10 dollars it takes less shares than if the price is at .10.
3. It is based on 10-25 million barrels of reserves.
25 million X 72 = 180 million dollars.
Until you know the ask price per barrell you don't know if it is a good deal. We can't be expecting to pay for this with current revenues from the oil wells.
275 barrels a day at 72$ or 7 million a year would take several years to pay for 25 million barrels at 20$ per barrell = 50 million or 40$ = 100 million. Plus interest.
50 million / 7 million = paid off in seven years. Not a bad deal if you can make another 100 million.
The biggest plus of this is that it shows institutions are allowing us to leverage our technology for financing. They believe in it..
It seems the terms with the ceo as a board member means his final exit profit will depend on the performance of BIGN over a two year period.
I am going to wait 72 hours to fully celebrate. If the deal doesn't go through we will probably crash. Big time. If you get out quick you make a profit. Being I work no way I could exit quick enough.
If the deal is good it could explode after the actual terms are announced.
