Not sure it may have been one of a number of stocks that were mass e-mailed and ppl complained about it thinking it was a scam. I'm pretty secure in my DD so I'm not worried

IHUB update Just talked to Teresa at WWEnergy. She reminded me several times that she couldn't tell me info, but said to ask away.
They are in a complex of 3 buidings about 4 miles from the main worksite. She wouldn't tell me about the latest LOI and the closing date, but there would be a PR within the next couple of weeks. I said, "Even tomorrow" and she said "Yes, tomorrow to two weeks." (I don't think tomorrow) I asked if the financials were complete and she didn't know. I asked when was there a big increase of truck drivers and she said 4 months ago. The count is slightly less than 30.
She wouldn't talk about Heidi, becasue Heidi doesn't like investors calling her.
She said she wouldn't know when Biogenerics has been there.
She doesn't pay any attention to share price and didn't know and couldn't say on a name change.
I know it is not much, but anything is interesting.

Thanks to Cactus I dumped OMOG at 62 for a small loss and will add to BIGN. OIL/GAS heating back up. We should see at least .08 on the next PR any day now. GLTA

I really think the main reason why we have not moved over .05 yet is due to the financials not being released. Even though nothing is expected here the submission of good faith by the company is leaving investors with a bad taste in their mouth. New Mexico's first well must be dry because we have had no news. The last PR (march 30th) said they were getting close to the target formation. At 4100 feet, the formation is at 13,000 feet. They should average about 1500 ft/week in drilling so we should have had news a long long time ago here. One can assume it's dry because if Oil was found we would have at least heard something to the effect that the well is going to be a producer. This lack of news or hold back of news is preventing new money from coming into this stock. Grimes and LOI's I can understand, but the financials and New Mexico are way way overdue. Also, what exactly is going on at Grimes. BIGN was supposed to slot 5 wells in total. Why are only 2 wells being mentioned in the PR's ? We have (2) completed and (2) are underway, what happened to the third well or a.k.a. well #5 ?
News should come soon about the Texas LOI, financing and terms of the deal since Lancaster said May 25th the deal should close in 60 days with DD being completed in 30 days. I doubt we will hear anything governing the DD phase but news should come soon regarding if they are proceeding and how they will proceed, dates, financing etc.
The company's future is hinging on these events so I hope we hear something soon. Logically, news should come early next week on something, anything.

Just received a call from Boyd. They are still in negotiations..and I took it it is the "huge" one that is the one holding up any PR. They know they are past the 30 days and they are working diligently to try to getting everything resolved. I asked was there a problem..and he said, "No, it is just there lots of little details and it is timeconsuming". I asked who were in the meetings and he said the board of directors and Bonhomme. I asked was WWOil there and he reminded me he couldn't tell the companies. I asked which one was he considering the "huge" deal and he said the one with all the rigs and existing wells. Sorry...I tried.
Oh yeah, the reason I called was the name change...that is old and all these new things have now come into play..it was a name change originally because of a shell buyout and they knew it needed to be in line with oil and gas. I told him the pps is dropping due to no correspondence and he said, "Believe me I know that with all the calls I get". lol "They just don't have anything to report yet."
Sorry, I think they have plenty they could report..they just choose to not release until they can do it in the order they want

Biogenerics Limited is a diversified investment venture capital firm and our shares are quoted on (NQB:BIGN); our principal business is focused on exploiting and distributing domestic oil and gas reserves. The domestic fuel market is presently estimated to exceed $10 billion.
Sparked by the Company’s recent strategic milestones with Tyche Energy and its Charing Cross gas reserves with Hydro Slotter Corp. and its enhanced oil recovery techniques, along with a number of other opportunities that possess the potential to generate immediate revenue in this arena, our goal is to maximize investment value in the short term and enhance shareholders’ equity in the long-term.
“Increasing the production of existing oil and gas wells represents an enormous opportunity,” stated Gary Kelley, President and CEO of Biogenerics. “By applying HSC’s technology to suitable existing wells, Biogenerics will improve its bottom line, while eliminating the risks of exploration and the costs of installing new well infrastructures. Hydrojet Slotting is a quantum leap forward in the protection of homeland energy security and safety in the 21st century.”
Additionally, increasing market awareness of significant activity in oil and gas coupled with government’s clear commitment to utilize domestic as the only viable alternative energy source, clearly position Biogenerics as an undervalued investment opportunity among a peer group with growing P/E ratios.
The fundamental element underlying all of our pursuits is a forward-looking idea that has a passion to drive business forward. In line with the Company’s sole focus in domestic fuel, the Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting to consider: changing the name of the company to clearly reflect its positioning in the oil and gas industry. The results of this meeting, of course, will require shareholder approval.

WW Energy Inc. is a holding company that was created to acquire oil and gas related companies and services. Currently, WW Energy Inc. has two subsidiaries; WW Trucking Inc. and WW Oil & Gas Inc. WW Trucking Inc. was formed in 1999 as a subsidiary of WW Enterprises Inc. in New Mexico and was subsequently merged with WW Energy Inc.
WW Trucking, Inc. is a leading transport company in the oil field services industry in the four states of Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona ( The Four Corners Area).
Existing business operations includes transporting fresh production water for oil and gas drilling and exploration and waste water for disposal. The company also provides services for heavy hauling of drill and well equipment needed in the oil and gas production and exploration industry and has several long-term relationships with the majority of oil and gas companies in Western New Mexico, Southern Colorado, Southern Utah, and Northern Arizona.
The company started out with 2 water transport trucks in 1999 and has grown to a fleet of 17 in 2005. Since 2002 the company has boosted revenue by about a half million dollars a year and expects to exceed $3 million in revenue in 2006. The trucking fleet is currently running at full capacity. Plans for future expansion will greatly increase both the revenue and profit potential. The Corporate headquarters is located in Farmington, New Mexico and houses all the necessary facilities to keep the fleet running 24 hours a day as well as conducting all day-to-day corporate functions. A satellite office is being considered for Southern Colorado which would add several new trucks and significantly increase revenues.
WW Oil & Gas Inc. was formed in 2005 to acquire leases and oil and gas related assets. Such acquisitions are for the purpose of development, exploration, and exploitation.
The first lease, in the San Juan Basin in Northwest New Mexico, has a primary objective of entering the Jurassic Entrada Sandstone. In the late 1970’s, the first oil discovery in the Jurassic Entrada sand dune led to over 2000 miles of seismic data encompassing over 200 + sand dunes in the Entrada. According to Vincelette and Chittum in their AAPG paper entitled “Exploration for Oil Accumulations in the Entrada Sandstone, San Juan Basin, New Mexico”, the first well encountered 24 feet of oil that saturated the Entrada Sandstone, even though it was not located on the top of the dune. The nearest Entrada oil production is 5 miles south in Media field, which has produced more than 1.1 million barrels of oil from an accumulation that covers 160 acres of sand dune. The Gallup Sandstone is also known as an oil bearing zone.
The second and third exploitation projects in the San Juan Basin in Northwest New Mexico will test all the following zones: the Menefee Member of the Mesaverde, the Gallup Sandstone, the fractured Mancos Shale, the Dakota Sandstone, and the Entrada Sandstone at 6000 feet. In the late 1970’s, oil was discovered in the Entrada Sandstone, the Menefee Member of the Mesaverde, the Gallup Sandstone, the Mancos Shale, and the Dakota Sandstone. In the early 1980’s, fractures in the Gallup were discovered when a nearby well was drilled, and it was tested at a flow rate of 320 barrels of oil an hour.
Comprehensive drill programs are being developed for full exploitation of these projects.
The San Juan Basin is in Colorado and New Mexico and is also referred to as part of the Four Corners Area, which includes the San Juan Basin, the Paradox Basin, and the Black Mesa Basin. The San Juan Basin is the third largest gas producing area in the United States. San Juan oil and gas wells generate $325 million annually in federal royalties, half of which goes to New Mexico. ConocoPhillips, Shell Oil, XTO Energy and British Petroleum are among those companies active in the San Juan Basin.
Farmington, New Mexico, where the headquarters of WW Energy is located, is the service center for the area of northwest New Mexico, southwest Colorado, southeast Utah, and northeast Arizona.
WW Energy has developed a strategic plan to take advantage of management’s extensive contacts in the industry to engage in its own oil and gas projects. The focus of this strategy is to identify the best possible well sites based on certain criteria and enter into agreements whereby the trucking side is aggregated with the exploration and drilling operation.
WW Energy plans to seek NASDAQ Bulletin Board Status in 2006.
WW Trucking's fleet is currently running at full capacity. Plans for future fleet expansion at it's New Mexico headquarters in 2006 will significantly increase both revenue and profit potential.
WW Trucking is considering a satellite office in Southern Colorado which would add several new trucks and significantly increase revenues. This area has been identified as being economically feasible for WW Trucking’s services.
WW Oil & Gas Inc. is developing comprehensive drilling programs for three oil and gas projects in the San Juan Basin. Permitting is currently in various stages of progress for each project and drilling is expected to commence in Q1 2006.
WW Trucking has been in the oil field services industry since 1999. However, management has been involved in the oil and gas industry for forty years.
WW Trucking’s current fleet is running at full capacity, 24 hours a day. The company started out with 2 water transport trucks in 1999 and has grown to a fleet of 17 in 2005. The market is strong and growing. Each new truck or piece of equipment added to existing operations quickly translates into increased revenue.
Since 2002 the company has boosted revenue by about a half million dollars a year and expects to exceed $3 million in revenue in 2006.
WW Oil & Gas Inc. was formed as a subsidiary in 2005 in order to take advantage of management experience that has over ten years of drilling and completion experience specific to the San Juan Basin area. Management is confident it has the expertise in locating the best possible oil and gas projects for success in the area because of that experience.

everyone crying to hear news:
Keep in mind that Bign is in negotiations with to acquire a company. If Bign releases positive news about current projects, it could potentially raise the price the company being acquired is asking.
The management of Bign is hard at work on acquisitions, possibly a name change, possibly an exchange change and everyday operations. There has been no news releases for a reason, an IMO, I am sure it is a good one. Management is holding thier cards for the right moment, timing is everything. The management of BIGN and Tyche have been around a long time and have been very successful building companies, 30 days is nothing in the life of a company.
Relax, review your DD again and hold your shares for the long run.

Totals 4900 $5.75 average price of NG futures * 300 days * 40% allocation rate = $3.3M annual revenues for BIGN.
** Note NG futures price is conservative along with wells 3/4/5 are conservative daily rates along with only 300 days of yearly production for downtime.
We know BIGN's current operational costs are about 600K per year based on the last annual report so once these wells are completed and costs repaid for slotting BIGN is profitable with 330M shares in the O/S = .008 EPS
Give it a multiple of 10 (fair for Oil and Gas stocks) and we have a price target of .08 cents
This is not including New Mexico, additional wells, LOI's. Every time revenue doubles we can expect to add .08 cents to the PPS. The Texas LOI will give BIGN an additional 6.5M in annual revenue based on the 7300 bopm it will be producing. So if operational margins are relative to the additional 6.5M in revenue we should have a price target of 24 cents with the Texas LOI being completed.
This price target does not consider growth, proven reserves, the fact that we now have workover rigs available 24X7, new gas wells, 2 more LOI's, WWNG New Mexico leases, More wells at Grimes. All of these "potentials" should add at least 5 cents to the price.
Not having the recent financial report being publically disclosed is hurting the stock along with the absence of news.
These are my projections but the market simply does not see it this way. Why ? I'm not sure. Maybe because it's a pinkie. Maybe because more proof is needed. I do not know. But the bottom line is you know what the stock is worth is management is telling the truth. Why sell at .032 ? boggles my mind.

Biogenerics Limited Update on Business, Grimes and Recent Developments

TYLER, Texas, Jul 12, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Biogenerics Limited (Pink Sheets:BIGN) announced that James Lancaster (CEO) and the directors continue their efforts to complete the closing of the Letter of Intent as mentioned in a previous press release. The negotiations are positive and we expect the deal to be completed soon. The Company has completed the payout for the Tyche Energy Inc. special dividend. Shareholders who held Biogenerics shares on the May 19, 2006 record date have received their Tyche Energy shares. Biogenerics Limited still maintains a significant interest in Tyche Energy Inc. "The submissions we have received are excellent and will be given serious consideration by our board," stated James Lancaster, Biogenerics CEO. BIGN is a pink sheet, it will tend to run up on news and momentum and fall back on lack of news. The previous run up was brought about by good news on a gas well and on potential acquisitions. As was well stated in the PR's, all of the deals would take some time to close. Also, it takes time to re work and finalize flow rates on up coming gas wells in Grimes, CA. Most traders new this and sold out. Most longs held their ground. The pull back has actually been a very classic movement. The good news is that it is a better company than it was a few months ago (due to higher revenues), so the pull back has been to the high two's instead of the high one's. When we get the news that we are expecting, BIGN will run again. This time we have a higher base, so therefore, we should see a higher high. At the current pps, BIGN is an outstanding buy. IMO. I may get impatient from time to time, as do others, but I know what I am holding. I hope this helps a little. Good luck to ya.

Just got of the phone with Dale Boyd. I called him up about my Tyche shares (which I still haven't received), and took the opportunity to inquire about other matters of interest to us. This is what he had to tell me:
Financial statements Q1 - why aren't they out yet? He told me that they were being withheld because of the LOI business. At first I didn't grasp how the LOI business bears on the Q1 results! But them I realized that they have to give a "Subsequent Events" footnote which details significant events occurring after the balance sheet date. Since they are still negotiating the details, they don't want to put out partial information.
Tyche registration - when will they start trading? He couldn't give me a date but confirmed that Tyche is working on it. He said that this was being handled by Tyche personnel and not by BIGN people and therefore he is not personally involved in the process.
LOI - will they meet the July 25 deadline? He couldn't say for sure but said "they are holding long meetings behind closed doors" and he was not allowed to participate at those meetings.
So hopefully something good is cooking and eventually we’ll all get a good meal…

from another poster, hopefully, great news coming...
(Re: WWNG mention...BIGN owns 50% of WWNG.)
...For what its worth from Dale Boyd * 10:40
No real comment on WWNG as they have there own BOD Grimes is progressing and good numbers are expected for the other slots, however the calculation for number of slotted wells for 2006 is way off from earlier predicitons..just takes longer than expected however, with great flow rates. James although not a large corporate trail in the O&G is very well respected in the O/G tyler area..however.."I did not read his resume"
LOI's are progressing..these are not done over night and global political changes effects m&a talks.
"When the news comes it wil be head spinning PR" He suggested I go to Tyler and speak with James and I am going

Biogenerics Limited Comes to Agreement with N-C02 Technology Company
By PrimeZone Last Update: 7/20/2006 2:16:40 PM Data provided by
TYLER, Texas, Jul 20, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Biogenerics Limited (Pink Sheets:BIGN) announced today that the company has come to an agreement with a "state-of-the-art" oil and gas recovery company. Recognizing the demand of an energy thirsty-nation, Biogenerics has forwarded in good faith an initial investment to procure the deal.
Every oil producer's goal is to achieve increased oil production with the least amount of cost possible. By using nitrogen and carbon dioxide gas injection units to "pump up" and re-pressure wells, this proven technology is able to significantly increase oil output from these assets. There is a great need for enhanced oil and gas recovery among independent producers. By introducing this diverse method BIGN now possesses the ability to work a large percentage of wells that are in production that do not hold the characteristics to accept a hydro-slot technology.
James Lancaster, CEO commented, "The (N-C02) method will compliment the company's standing in the industry to now handle well production enhancement in all areas of the oil and gas industry. This broadens our ability to expand our endeavors while potentially strengthening the company's financial position."
Biogenerics will work closely in the "field" along with this (N-C02) oil and gas recovery technology and follow up on all results and any other pertinent developments.
Further details regarding this agreement will be released as they become available.
