Biogenerics Board of Directors Approves Third L.O.I. to Purchase Oil and Gas Properties >TYLER, Texas, May 30, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Biogenerics Limited (Pink Sheets:BIGN) announces that it is issuing a Letter of Intent to purchase the operating wells known as the Wood and Camp County Properties. Currently the properties produce a combination of crude oil, natural gas and condensate.
This prospect will allow the company to purchase the existing working interest in 32 operating wells. The deal includes sites for 4 additional producing wells, plus a plan to rework existing well sites. The total project is estimated to cost the Company $5.5 million and is expected to bring an asset valued by the Registered Professional Engineering firm of $12.5 million.
The Board of Directors feels this project is certainly worth management efforts to determine its viability. Incorporated with the other potential purchase which was the subject of the Company's latest press release, Biogenerics endeavors to add critical mass that is synergistic to the Board's business plan. James Lancaster, CEO, stated that, "This acquisition will enhance the operations of the other company and add value to oil assets. With the ability to spread operating cost over a larger base of revenues, BIGN continues on its path of amassing oil and gas assets under its control."

Biogenerics Limited Announces WW Oil & Gas Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Significant Oil and Gas Assets >TYLER, Texas, June 1, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Biogenerics Limited (Pink Sheets:BIGN) announced today that its 50% owned subsidiary, WW Oil and Gas, has authorized management to issue a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the purchase of 1,000 acres of oil/gas lease land. The lease land will include 48 producing gas wells generating 1,200 mcf/day of gas averaging 25 bbls/oil per day in condensate quality.
The transaction includes a 35-mile pipeline with all right-of-ways which connects to a major trunk line for the sale of the operation's daily gas production. The pipeline is also used to collect, on a fee basis, gas from six other producing gas fields in the area.
James Lancaster, Biogenerics' CEO stated, "The monthly revenue stream is estimated to be over $270,000 per month from this property. Upon completion, the deal will provide the personnel to manage, drill and rework the other well sites on these properties which will in turn maximize the production revenue of future explorations projects."

It is the first time in a while they have formally mentioned ww oil and gas. Plus the first time I can recall they were mentioned as a subsidiary.
I checked the New Mexico Oil and Gas website for the well they were working on and it is indeed listed. It said incomplete or some like term about a week ago.
If this lease with pipeline helps to accomodate that well and others this is a good thing.
Plus havinf 3 more million in revenue.
This thing is flat out taking off as a company.

I thought BIGN only owned stakes in the WW Oil drilling projects, but it seems they own 50% of everything.

This gas pipeline is a big deal. It connects 6 gas fields to a main trunk line. If they buy wells to rework from these 6 fields they have the infrastructure in place to produce already.
If they can boost this through hydroslotting 600% it will be worth 18 million per year.
Buying the pipeline also suggests they will be the major player in the area.
