Biogenerics Limited Comes to Agreement with N-C02 Technology Company
By PrimeZone Last Update: 7/20/2006 2:16:40 PM Data provided by
TYLER, Texas, Jul 20, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Biogenerics Limited (Pink Sheets:BIGN) announced today that the company has come to an agreement with a "state-of-the-art" oil and gas recovery company. Recognizing the demand of an energy thirsty-nation, Biogenerics has forwarded in good faith an initial investment to procure the deal.
Every oil producer's goal is to achieve increased oil production with the least amount of cost possible. By using nitrogen and carbon dioxide gas injection units to "pump up" and re-pressure wells, this proven technology is able to significantly increase oil output from these assets. There is a great need for enhanced oil and gas recovery among independent producers. By introducing this diverse method BIGN now possesses the ability to work a large percentage of wells that are in production that do not hold the characteristics to accept a hydro-slot technology.
James Lancaster, CEO commented, "The (N-C02) method will compliment the company's standing in the industry to now handle well production enhancement in all areas of the oil and gas industry. This broadens our ability to expand our endeavors while potentially strengthening the company's financial position."
Biogenerics will work closely in the "field" along with this (N-C02) oil and gas recovery technology and follow up on all results and any other pertinent developments.
Further details regarding this agreement will be released as they become available.

Wait till the price of oil starts climbing again, its a matter of time, with the price of oil, the war in the middle east escalating, the hurricanes on the horizon, and of course the LOI, this IMO is a good play, at these prices its a bargain.

what do the letters of Intent do for us?
they are only 'promises of future work', yes? they are not contracts/dollars, right?
it just seems, that if it isn't a merger, at least since I got in, May 1st,
or profit , no positive PPS movement.
several peeps here told me that; 'gains in the pennies, were easy to come by in the late winter and early spring, or relatively easy, then the well went dry'
Just got off the phone with Gary Watkins regarding my trip to Tyler and how he thought two weeks would be better I asked him why and here it is:
James had a kidney removed two weeks ago and is just getting back to fielding calls etc..it was the size of a football..prognosis excellent. We are in the final stages of the East Texas LOI and this is the week by Friday we will know whether it is a go or not..with a PR annoucement most likly next week. Did this hurt the LOI process..no but slowed it down some.
The LOI announcementon Friday is not transcoastal, it is an enhancement to the Hydroslotting technolgy. HSC is really for deep wells be it oil and gas and NCO2 technology is for shallow pump jack wells that have flooding or saltwater submersion problems. This allows for a remake on any well not just Grimes types of wells.
There are backups plans for each LOI in case they do go through.
Really had no information on TYEG, referred me to Dale.
Talked of an shareholders meeting maybe in Tyler in Feb 07.
IMHO them condition of James (big guy 6.5' 260) has slowed everything down since he was the guy they just brought in to facilitate LOI's and M/A's.
There's my DD for the day..Gary was a nice and guy and did not mind taking the call

A couple of answers to your questions:
1) what news are we waiting for? News on Grimes #3, 4, 5 (the next 3 wells in Grimes, CA); 3 different LOI's (letters of intent) ranging from additional leases to an entire company in TX with its own rigs, equipment, staff, etc; news with joint partners like WWNG; Tyche (another joint partner) to start trading; etc, etc, etc (I'm sure I missed a BUNCH that others can fill you in on).
2) what PPS short, mid and longer term is likely? Looks like the high of .16 was over a year ago, so the year high is about .06? ST: .10 within 1-2 months, MT: .20 within 6 months, LT: .50+ within a year. And, I think my predictions may be a little conservative.
3) Does BIGN have plans to get off the pinks? It's another thing they've talked about - let's hope so. Historically they've been very good at reporting their financials, especially for a pinkie. Let's hope they do move to another board soon. There's even talk of merging into Tyche - would probably be better separate vs together though.
GLTY & to all invested in BIGN.
