End of day buying. The dd speaks for itself. The best oil/gas play I can find short term and a moon shot long term. When the sector to heat back up JUICE and Johnny hang on. Adding shares in AM. GLTA.

Love the enthusiasm GVMOORE. I'm going to have to strap myself in when this baby takes off!!!!!I have such faith in this that I have a smile on the dips because it's a great chance to buy more.

The stock divvy was probably just a transfer of funds from BIGN to Tyche. Could be they need funding to to work on a project.
BIGN going down is expected because they had to pay for the divvy.
Should make their way back up now. The grimes wells coming on line this week or next. Plus other wells targeted.
As the deals close our revenue base should reach 15 million or more with payout for each deal at about three years and the possibility of tripling production.
Price of natural gas close to traditional bottom months, should start climbing now during the hot summer as electricity demand increases and then into the winter as they build inventory for winter heating.
Don't see much negative for this company. A slow steady climb unless they hit a big well in New Mexico. Each new revenue stream just gives them the money to expand more.
The proven reserves of all the deals close to 2.5 billion in value. Market cap just 10 million so exponential opportunity if they get it running as expected.
If reserves are actually 2.5 billion and 303 mil os then almost 10.00/sh book value.

Notice the big jump in production as high as 72,000 mcf. Wonder what they did to get these results? If we can do that we are in business.

Valuation of reserves, we have over 24 million barrels. This transaction says a lot.
quote: DENVER, -- Venoco, Inc. (Bloomberg Ticker: **VEN) announced that it has acquired TexCal Energy (LP) LLC, an independent exploration and production company with properties in Texas and California for $456 million in cash.
TexCal's proved reserves were 31.4 million barrels of oil equivalent (MMBOE) at December 31, 2005 according to a report prepared by DeGolyer and MacNaughton, TexCal's third-party reservoir engineering firm. In addition to the proved reserves, Venoco has internally estimated an additional 22 MMBOE of probable and possible reserves related to the TexCal assets. Based on the 31.4 MMBOE of proved reserves, the transaction implies a cost of $14.50 per BOE. Including the 22 MMBOE of probable and possible reserves, the transaction implies a cost of $8.52 per barrel of oil equivalent (BOE). TexCal's current daily net production is approximately 5,200 BOE per day (BOE/d), implying a reserve to production ratio of 16.5 years
456 million for 31 million barrels. If we use the same dollars for our assets
24 million X 14.50 = 348 million
With a market cap of 10 million we are just a smidge under valued.

The beauty behind BIGN is the technology used to hydroslot the wells. This is a BIG DEAL!!! 150,000 to slot a formerly producing well vs. 750,000 to drill a new one which might not hit. It is far quicker to hdroslot than drill. I expect to see the volume of wells in Grimes being completed to increase.
We have to remember that the first two wells were proving the technology. I can fully imagine a deal with schlumberger to get full use of the rework rigs. Schlumberger is huge and does this with companies all the time. It saves them a lot of down time and money not to have to move the rig around.
I also see BIGN as a company that is fiscally responsible, and does not waste our money. This increases our margin. It appears that management has a ton of shares, and wants to increase their wealth through the share price.
It is so rare to get in on the very ground floor of an opportunity like this. It is a no-lose proposition. This company will grow fast.

We've barely scratched the surface with this company, IMO, this is one of the most undervalued, most promising stocks available.
