there isn't a person on this thread that didn't have a motive for being here.

everyone invested with the idea of making money on the stock.

That plan did not work out like we all hoped for.

Some people here make out like it is a crime to be optimistic and want to believe a CEO of a company when they tell you they are going to do certain things. Or to believe that there is a possibility that a company had the potential to do certain things.

as negative as many have been over the course of the last year, not one of you knew for certain that this is where we would be right now, or you would not have rode your shares down to this lever. Anyone that posts here does so because they have shares and an interest in the stock.

I'm talking about all the ones that a gloating about i told you so, especially U4. He was one of the biggest losers in this stock. His words to me were that he bought 40 grand worth at .029. So yes he has plenty of reason to be ugly with this stock, but more with himself for investing in this stock.

every last one of you have had shares right down to where we sit right now or you would not be posting here.

the game is not over yet. There is still a possibility, however remote it may be, that this company can make something of itself. The best we can hope for at this point is to break even. I'm willing to wait for them to accomplish this, if it is possible. If not oh well. I can not say i never had the chance. The only person that never gets a chance is the guy that never takes a chance.

I will tell you right now that the ones that are the most vocal about this are the ones that are the maddest that they did not get stinking filthy rich off of their investment like they originally expected in this investment.

I'm not happy where we are right now, but I refuse to get ugly about it. I made the choice to invest in this company, and if it goes under then so be it. I have no one to be ugly at. It was my money to invest in whatever manner i so choose to invest in. No one conned me into this investment, and i believe that no one else was conned into this investment. If you where, then you still have no one to be ugly at but yourself. Ultimately it should be your choice what you do with the money, and you should be fiscally responsible for your own money. If you put yourself into financial hardship to invest into this company, or any other company, then maybe money counseling should be considered, as this is a form of a gambling addiction.

I'm not going to trash people for doing exactly what i have done.

It appears to me that the calmer the people like Doc, and Imak and Noah and so many others that have been here for ever with big dollars tied up in it, the more it enrages the guys that lost smaller amounts of money that really could not afford to loose the money.

The difference between people like Doc and Sam and so on and the ones lashing out and complaining, is a major maturity factor.

so in conclusion, lash out all you want, if it makes you feel better about your problems. As much as i don't like reading it, it is your right to complain and be negative and wallow in self pity. There is help out there for people that can not control their urges to gamble. if you are one of these people, please consider looking into this type of counseling. I watched a guy loose his job this month, that had a gambling problem. He started stealing from the company to support his habit, and essentially was gambling with his job. He pulled the bluff at a disciplinary hearing thinking he would get away with it, and lost his high paying career. The problem with this is that it is his wife and children that are the real big losers in this case. They are the ones that feel the consequences the most.

Have a great weekend guys and gals.

dam i didnt read all the latest news before typing that out.

but the context would still stay the same.

things dont look good, but as i stated before, im not about to get ugly about it.

things happen for a reason, and this is going to be a big learning experience for many.

My other stocks are doing just fine, this is the only one that isnt, and ironically it is the only pinky that i own as well.

no more pinks for me. the blue chip and forture 500 companies is it for me.

again though this is not over yet, they are still on the air, and there is always that last chance that Carol may get the funding they need.

we shall see.

Penny- I think most of us here understand the risk-reward of these things.

I was simply responding to an earlier post. I am not whining or wallowing in self-pity. Simply put, I invest only what I can afford to lose.

That said, something doesnt smell right about how this went down. If long cold nights are ahead for this stock, I dont think a veil will keep some people warm enough.

I'm done posting on this message board. It was a pleasure interacting with most of you. Going forward, I wish all of you the best.

Aaahh,

Now we shift to the blame game, self-pitty and finger pointing... too funny. Their is nothing wrong with being optimistic - however, IMO many here were blindly optimistic and refused to hear anything negative about QBID, Frankie and even Lloyd. That is "your" choice..

I have owned this turd since the first run, sold and bought again - and took a bath this time around and still own the turd- BUT I refuse to blame anyone. No one is to blame for my poor choice in pink stock investment.

IMO, ef it! suck it up and drive on. On that note I am going fishing!

I'm just waiting for someone to come out and say "This is good news!" and enticing newbies to buy.

Thus the saga can continue another year or 2 with spinoffs, dividends to other companies, etc.

Well, it's taken a number of failures but I've finally learned my lesson. No more shaky pink sheet stocks for me. I've sat back and watched thousands of dollars disappear (although I will admit at one time I could have made over $150k if I'd been smart enough to sell). Good luck to those who continue to trade in these.

For those looking for more stable investments you might look into water utilities. I bought a selection of them last July and am up 12%. Not the potential of the pinks, but a lot safer and seem to be steady earners. Here's my list:

ARTNA AWR BIW CTWS CWCO CWT MSEX PNNW SJW SWWC SZE VE WTR YORW

The opinions expressed here by myself and others should be taken for what they are: opinions. Beware, many express opinion as fact. Do your own research from reputable sources and never invest more than you can afford to loose. ~,-,-< GatorMan

y'know what would be interesting (maybe to the sec also) to find out?

...all those shares that were 'distributed' to different folks, at different times, in differing increments....the transaction itself.

did frank just peel them off some certs from his 'cert-pad'?

there are licenses required for that kind of stuff.
there are laws concerning these transactions.

fwiw...last 2 dismal weeks. $7,000 for total trades thursday, $4,000 today.

hey ya'll hows we be doing down here? hehe. good to see many of you are still around and good to see many are moving on. i have said before and ill say again this was a great experience and a fairly pricey intro to micro pennies for me. i will not give up on pennies(micro's) but i have become much much much much more cuatious about beleiving everything that is pr'd or (pumped). i still think the best way to play these is get in get out and if you want to let some ride let a few shares ride but take your capital off when you get up on a stock. good luck to you all.

this qbidiot aint given up my shares until they steal them back from me.

40 million long and strong.

any qbidders jumping on the bkmp boat seems kinda dead right now but im not watching too closely .

Right on, Gordo, right on. It's one thing to lose money on a stock that just went bad, it's another entirely to lose money on a stock when you have been blatantly lied to. Come on. How many people here, including doc and imak, have talked to the CEO DIRECTLY and been fed full of it? It's one thing to believe bogus pr's but to HERE IT FROM THE HORSE'SASS MOUTH is another thing. THAT IS CRIMINAL.

This is the part where I tell everyone I told you so.
Too many people trying to show their gay support/coming out of the closet by buying up a useless pink sheet stock.
Another stock I was 100% correct with. People thought with their heart instead of their head and lost again bigtime.

QTV: "We're restructuring"

Q Television chairman Lloyd Fan says the gay cable channel is in the middle of restructuring and expects to resume production soon. On Wednesday, QTN shut down its Burbank, Calif., studios and sent out an e-mail terminating all its employees after it was unable to meet its payroll. But Friday afternoon, Fan told Sirius OutQ Radio that the termination message was just a "standard type of form" that gets sent out in such situations. Fan said he couldn't comment in detail because of "delicate" negotiations that are under way but that the company is "still moving forward with a restructuring" and that he expects the network to resume operations. QTN is still continuing to transmit prerecorded programming to cable systems around the country through hired master control facilities in Texas. Fan took over the company two months ago after QTN founder Frank Olsen departed in a management shakeup. (Sirius OutQ Radio)

I was with Jen last night and today and we are attempting to figure out what to make of the latest events. We have discussed this at length and are waiting and watching like most others. We believe that this comment from Mr. Fan shows that he is concerned. Remember that Mr. Fan's investment is in the form of shares and if our shares tank so do his. Therein lies our hope - backing him. It is in our own best interest to support him.

Now that statement is misleading JimS. Sorry, but with no harm intended and with all due respect, you should reword what you wrote. Because without any official documentation, there is nothing to prove that Fan's investment is in the form of shares, much less he’s who and what he says he is.

Support Fan!? Again I’m sorry, but what’s he done to date to bring the company forward? Every since TMM/Frank made the new CEO announcement, Fan has done absolutely nothing positive for investors. As always, the leadership of this company continues to fail miserably with its executive missions.

If there was one thing true about this company, it was their deliberate failure to file corporate and share structure information with the WA SOS and SEC.

In the beginning “Fan” was announced to have been well respected and well known throughout the Chinese business community. Well, upon a thorough search of my own, I failed to find a shred of press evidence PR’d by any Chinese company/individual confirming or recognizing his successes and/or achievements.

My conclusion? TMM’s PR claim of his popularity and success was nothing but more bullshiit!

Now, a come back of sort after another restructuring? Shiit it's only been about a month since the first one! Whatever. If anyone wants certainty, I’ll give them certainty…that rat fink fuk Frank is close by. I smell him. We’re all fukt. Their going to wipe their ass clean with our hands and start all over leaving us holding shiit!

Dont buy or sell on my opinions, do your research. Make sure you know what you are buying before you buy.

This is a non reporting pink sheet with very high risk. From high risk comes high rewards.
Dont invest more then you can afford to lose.
