I dont own nor have I ever owned this but Ive always wondered if the bastuds that decide to rs a stock have to rs theirs too. If they have a ton of preferred shares it probably dont make a rats azz to them that folks get it the hard way. Just a little to stir the pot. lol. btw i got it up the azz with jphc so i know how ya feel. TMAN...

I would say that we are right where we need to be for one to occur.
its not happening today
typically they will have a midnight meeting of the board, vote for a r/s and have it executed with a symbol change prior to the opening of trading for the day.
no warning no nothing.
they will not tell you they are doing it. it just happens.
every morning that we are still trading at these levels under this symbol, is good news to me.
but one morning soon we could be experiencing this.
I would love to hear a couple of prs come from Mr Fan, so that we can get an idea of what his plans are before this happens.

this is not good. Frank is selling his shares for even less then we can buy them.
in my opinion we are going to a reverse split.
last time i saw this in a stock i held they r/s it twice. once was 6000/1 and a week later a 1000/1.
that effectively wiped out ever investor that had 6 million shares or less. 6000/1 leaves you 100 shares for every million you had. and then 1000/1 leaves you with less then one share and they do not issue you a fraction of a share which wipes out your investment.
Im not saying this is what is going to happen. but they are going to have to split this or increase the value, and i mean like now.
this is very disappointing, I think it is now time to take legal action on Q television network.
i hate to say it but i believe that is where we are left.
Im still holding in case im completely wrong, as the tax right off is worth more then i can get back from my shares at this point.
and i always said i was here till the end.
We have been lied to over and over and over again.
enough is a enough.
im in lurk mode for a while as this is just plain disgusting.

really makes you wonder about the business mind of Mr. Fan. he cant even pull of a r/s with out fing it up. even the slimiest of business men cant screw up a r/s, makes me think that maybe Mr. Fan is Frank Olsen's latest alias.

there is nothing we can do about it at this time. about all you can do is put in a market sell, and get what you can out of this stock.
I will hold out though till the end of the year and take the right off on my taxes.
at least with a r/s we are back to a level that is only ridiculous, as opposed to the ludichrist level we are at now.

I'm not watching that closely lately. I'm reading all the posts but i only check in every couple of days now.
summer is coming and i have things to do outside.
the R/S is coming, it wont be much of a surprise when it happens. If Fan is for real he would have gained a lot more respect if he would have pred his intentions of the r/s, we couldn't dump the shares if we wanted to anyway, and at least he could have gained a bit of respect from the investors. BUT he did not which makes you wonder if it is not really Frank in a new snake suit.
