Gee, go away for awhile and come back to see everything has gone to hell.
Reverse Splits..my experience with them have been mixed. Never been involved with a PinkSheet R/S.
My experience has been that they do the R/S. Issue more shares for cash, then the buyer of those shares sell their shares, then turn around and short the stock back down, so they profit at both ends of the deal. The price always drops back towards the pre R/S price. But some do come back after a long. long time.
As far as QBID, I don't think we will ever get our money back. I will hold onto my remaining shares and they will join the my other worthless shares in my portfolio. Still can't believe that I sunk over 15K into this adventure.

There were 2 trades at 3. One at 15:33:09 for 2684 shares. Then the next trade was also at 3. That was at 15:55:20 for 2m shares. Then only one more trade before closing for 9m at 1. As of this time, Scottrade still shows the high as 3, but that probably will not hold.

Someone is desparetly trying to pump this PIG by painting the tape today. Is it Lloyd or Frankeie the Fraudster? According to today's Alphatrade Level 2 history of trades the .0003 trade happened at 15:33.

I will take the tax write off also, but I might as well give it until December. Not enough to do much with at this point. I took it off my streamer though

Dang Hoss. I was out with a business associate today and went to Bridgtown Grill across from the Fox (one of my favorite eateries). It was closed and abondoned. Talked to the concierge next door they sold along with agathas for condos. Dang

for all that you can recoupe out of this right now I dont see the sence in locking in your losses for the sake of getting a couple hundred dollars.
even companies that fold most of the time experience a quick dead cat bounce.
even if it is to .0002 or .0003 you would get a couple thousand back instead of a couple hundred.
but everyone has to do what makes them happy.
Im happy just to hold and see where we end up.
i have a real hard time finalizing that loss. It is gone now, but it will be thier decision to steal it then if will be my choice to give it away.

Everyone should be able to appreciate the IRONY with this whole situation. We invested in a company whos focus is on the gay community and who's former CEO is gay. Honestly we all should have expected this, we all got RAMMED in the behind without lube and didnt even get a kiss goodbye. If you can't find the humor or irony in this then you have no sense of humor

Richard Brown: Richard has indicated that he has been paid with QBID shares. Was he paid with common or preferred ? Not a word from IR or Q regarding their filing for a R/S. But then again did we expect any word from Carol Hinnant or the elusive Mr. Fan.

It's obvious the shell is a piece of ***t! Fan is trying to get it under control and probably a condition of new money from his backers. With an infusion of capital QBID may be able to cover the Olympics. If so then they will have content to sell to other media companies. A r/s is bad for investors, but may be in the companies best interest.
Just a thought….Oh no here comes the bashing….lol
