Looking back from last year, I do believe there were some on the board that had particular interests and motivations in mind--more than just sharing banter back and forth. And as the stock has gone the way of the gooney bird, they have slipped into the shadows.

But I digress. I'm going to Vegas in a coupla weeks.

I BETTER see Elvis!

I hope there's a massive lawsuit. I don't care if I see a penny, I just want to know that Frank and his fellow cons will get their just reward.

It is with deep regret, I must terminate your employment effective today due
to the network¹s inability to pay salaries. As you know, since I have taken
control of the company on March 7, 2006, I have worked tirelessly to secure
funding for the company. All negotiations with potential sources have
ended and there are no longer any options on the table.

QTN¹s failure is not a result of a lack of talent or commitment from each of
you. I take comfort in the respect, support and loyalty you and shown to me
and the executive management team. Please know that Carol Hinnant and I
will gladly write recommendations for future employment for each of you.
Your service to this company has been exemplary and you should be proud of
your accomplishments.

Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Effective today, Equity Relations, Inc. has resigned from the position of Investor Relations from Triangle Multi Media /QBID.

I have fostered many relationships with you, the QBID shareholder base, having spent countless hours communicating with you. As most of you know, I was compensated in common stock for my shareholder services, and holding much of my compensated stock position clearly creates a strong connection between myself and all of you. I will miss many of you.

I must stress my respect for much of the current staff that I worked with at QBID. Their persistence, dedication and loyalty to this organization has been amazing to witness as an outsourced investor relations company looking in. I hold many of the QBID employees in very high regard and wish them only the best.

If you require investor relations assistance for QBID, please call 818-848-5800.

I wish you much success.

Regards,

As most people who have followed QBID know, I contacted an attorney for the SEC and got my complaint in the front door. I have tried to do my part in bring Olsen, Schenk, Goldberg, Fan and the rest of this "den of thieves" to face the music but now WE need to move this to the next level.

What I am asking is that anyone who has anything to do with QBID should take the time to consider where you stand. I will put this in as clear of terms as I may...(And Richard Brown - if you are reading this, since I will send you this post, you are on the top of the list)

ARE YOU WITH ME OR AGAINST ME

There is no more time to HOPE that these *******s will do the right thing, so, do you want to see them hauled before a judge or not...

Take the weekend to think about it. I have removed everyone from my "ignore" list...so, on Monday, if you want to join this complaint, send me your name and some kind of contact information so that I can compile a list to send to the SEC. (I will send the list on Thursday, May 11th)

If you have some information you want to include in the complaint, DON'T send it to me, keep it ready so you can forwarded it to the SEC's attorney WHEN you are contacted by them.

Justice only comes to those who will fight for it
As a retired NYC cop, I know this to be true

Interesting that this announcenent comes as the chief planner/organizer for the Gay Games is fired today.

While my bank account will differ with me, I still believe that the concept of "Q" was great, however the management was not.

As my friend Clayton posted on Ihub, I to will have family and friends that I will have to break the news to tomorrow. I do not regret investing in a concept that I believed in, just sad that I had so much faith in the lot that ran this into the ground.

I have met many friends on this board and at the open house in Burbank, I will value those friendships for years to come. I just feel ashamed that I allowed myself to be taken by a bunch of con artist. I still maintain that those who worked at "Q", excluding the management were dedicated to what they believed was a great concept, they worked hard to realize a dream even though those who were in control were out to only steal the investors blind.

I do not blame those pumpers (you know who you are) who promoted this stock and lured me into investing the large sum of money that I have invested in "Q". It was my own finger that pushed the execute buttom for each and every trade. No one forced me to buy as I did and no one forced me to believe the deception that was weaved by those who pumped or were in control of the daily operations at "Q".

Yes Frank, even old men go to jail.

Doc, this may bring some of the Heavy weights back as the indictments begin to fly..

You get a second education..CMKX being the first.

I can think of several old well placed Wall Street insiders who will have a blast with this thing.

Maybe this time, people will learn something.

Welp everybody, I sure have met some nice people on this board. I wish I could say it's been fun losing money with you all, but it has been fun hanging out on here with everybody. If this thread drags out like cmkx did I'm sure we'll still see each other from time to time. Anyway, it sure has been entertaining, Good Luck to everyone in their future [Big Grin]

So the dream is dead...its been dead for awhile, but it looks like the life support has been un-plugged. Now what???

What about the other companies that TMM owns? There still has to be something to TMM, according to all of the old PR's. I'm definitely not trying to spin this into anything close to positive. I just wonder what will happen to our shares. I'm assuming that they just won't go away, but will probably sit around forever.

Oh well, the lottery ticket finally expired.

I always thought theft by deception was illegal. Funny, if I said that a few months ago, I would have been verbally attacked on this thread. My sympathies to all who heavily invested, self included. Here's to hoping that those who participated in the deception get a visit from the SEC.

Q Television on the critical list

Whether it's death or just a near-death experience for the Q Television Network was unclear Wednesday. QTN chairman Lloyd Fan sent an e-mail to all the gay channel's employees announcing that network operations were being shut down and that employees were being laid off because the company was unable to meet its payroll. East Asian entrepreneur Fan took over the company two months ago, after founder Frank Olsen was pushed out in a management shakeup. In April, Fan ominously announced that QTN would be unable to deliver audited financial statements for its investors because Olsen and his team had failed to keep complete records. The announcement also revealed that one cable system, in Houston, had dropped the network.

But all may not be lost. Late Thursday afternoon, QTN executive vice president Carol Hinnant sent an eleventh-hour e-mail to those same employees announcing that "last-minute negotiations" were under way with potential investors and urging them to stay tuned for further developments. Hinnant did not return calls seeking comment. (Sirius OutQ News)

i believe you can carry back losses for 5 years. the problem is that you have to sell the stock or the stock has to cease trading in any market. qbid could potentially stay trading like this for years.
