I just don't believe it's a scam. This company has some value to it and it's energy. Add to that, someone in business bought them for some reason. I'm gonna roll em on this and take my chances. This is not advice because I don't know any more than anyone else. I lost a bundle on tnog and I figure that puts the odds in my favor.

I was going to buy this in the am at .015 until I saw that it just didn't have enough volume to support a $5000 buy in. I do think this stock will run the chart looks crazy good, but I don't think I would have been able to get out w/any extra cash. GLTA hope you all sell by the 19th though

I picked up most of mine at .008 - had to bail on most of it - I just don't like the thought of my money being locked up for a year and them being able to manipulate it any way they can think of - will hold the remaining 200,000 to see what happens. They could reverse split you into non-existance in that period of time.

I too sold all shares for a small profit just above B/E, I'm tired of waiting on this one when there's so many other plays out there. Glad to be out. Good luck to other longs though, I hope it goes to the moon for you!

How about GVRP - 3 million to 1 reverse split with all fractional share amounts not to be counted. That was about a year ago - I guess it is all what you are willing to ride into this with as with any situation - my comfort zone is between 100,000 to 200,000 shares at this point.

Must be you didn't have Scottrade - Scottrade really stuck in our azz on that one. Prior to the fiasco with GVRP they eliminated all shareholders with the reverse split then they screwed up after that and there was huge payday for some.

GVRP among geekiest of geek plays; the second r/s was never posted by NASDAQ, hence prolly not legal. Company has since split out its "assets" among a coupla different companies...
GLUV was originally a pinky scam that sold gloves, in fact. When i bought GLUV it had just changed to the symbol GVRP. My trading partner and I noticed GVRP at the same time. The scan the CEO was plotting was the following: GLUV CEO wanted to start a new pinky scam but first wanted to get rid of all his pesky shareholders, save 1. So he planned to carry out a 1:3M (1 for 3 million) r/s, immediately followed by a 3M:1 f/s. The r/s would leave the CEO holding 10 shares, and someone else holding 1 share. After the immed. f/s the CEO would hold 30M shares, 89% of the total. All shareholders with less than 3M shares were to wiped out. The CEO was then to begin his next scam with this FL based pinky shell. These splits were utterly botched.
We looked at the new stock GVRP and noticed that it was trading at around $1. A quick scan of OTCBB showed clearly that the f/s HAD NOT HAPPENED YET. GVRP was going ex-div on the f/s on the next week, Monday, but it was now only Tuesday. It was my partner who figured out that the CEO had utterly botched the ex-div dates. GVRP had undergone a 1:3M reverse, but the 3M:1 f/s would happen on Monday. GVRP was trading around $1 so we both bot as much as we could. Later, we both decide that the CEO, a low down scammer, had thought that the f/s had occurred, and so was happy when the bid was $1, and him holding 30M shares. That was $30M to him. However, we think that the shares in his account showed 10, not 30M. We think that he directed a scammed up mm to begin selling anyway, at $1. He sold 1000s of shares short. We bot some. GVRP began going up. Later that day, the CEO discovered his screw up and began a series of the most bizarre prs i have ever seen. He quicker said that there was some trading problem, that GVRP was trading when it should not, and the "We Should not trade our shares"!! The next day it was generally understood that the about 1M shares of GVRP trading had the f/s coupon attached and each share would become 3M on Monday. The CEO continued to spew bizarre prs. That week he filed a paper filing in FL increasing the authorized shares to 25 Trillion! Someone immed. got a xerox of the filing and posted it. He continued to insist that we not trade our shares. GRVP kept going up until last hour friday, when it had 2 huge spikes up to $8. I sold about half my shares up there, so i already had a huge profit on a $400 investment. Immediately after the close on friday i had something like 120M shares of GVRP. GVRP had split, right on schedule. Bcs. of the high eod pps, my acct. showed i was worth $975M, an all time high for me. I had no idea what monday would bring. I have ameritrade, but my partner who has TDW did not get his split shares. That weekend I put in a huge number of sell orders at various prices. On monday, the market opened but GVRP was not trading. I was to find out later that I was one of the few that had the massive f/s shares. There was no bid on GVRP, so i changed all my sell orders to
sell 9,999,999 GRVP * 0.0001.
I had 120M shares. I put all of them on the market for sale. About 30min into trading, I sold 80M shares GVRP, for $8k additional profit. Later that day GVRP was halted by request of the CEO. GVRP later reversed again so that I have 11 shares of "MAMD" in my account. They do not trade. I made about $12k from a $400 investment. Ameritrade let me keep all the cash.

I sold some on that Friday also for a profit. Had 450M after the forward split and Scottrade locked it up - wouldn't let us trade them - I'm still pissed - got my paper certs for 150 shares of MAMG. will send them to my Vanguard Brokerage sometime.

Discussions about scams or volume are irrellevant.
The divy is baked in and can be found on otcbb.com.
That is not a scam folks, it is in fact, payday.
TWOG will keep running and will spike on Wed.
Who but bagholders would sell now?
You Bash all day long on other threads. You bash companies that actually have Phone #'s that work. That answer investor emails and generally do what they should.
You must own a whole lotta shares in this one at a much higher price. That could be the only reason you would encourage anyone to buy into this scenario. Vague PR's no mention of restriction until very late in the game. Phone #'s either don't work or you can't talk to anyone. No one answers emails. Gee what is it that makes this such a good play?
Are you really excited about getting restricted shares that you will have to hold for over a year. Remember after a year you have to apply to the company lawyer to get permission to sell your shares ann there is a fee for that letter.
Sorry I sold today after seeing that they don't intend to clear this up at all.
Everyone else. It's up to you. Do your own DD.

After the market closes the bid and ask mean nothing. Some stocks show 0 others anywhere from .0001 to $10.00.
It has no meaning what so ever. The bid and ask will be back to normal once the market opens on Monday.

Who are you taking a stab at 7? We're only making observations like everyone else on here. If you're referring to me, trust me, I don't use this board to make my decisions.

What is your problem? When and where did I bash? Because I make an observation I am bashing? This stock has dropped. That isn't bashing. It is a FACT. I didn't call this a piece of crap or anything derogatory at all. Maybe you need to learn to read before jumping on people. I'm not even sure why I am wasting my time defending something I didn't even do. This is a stock board. If I had wanted to bash, I have every right to. If you have a problem with that, perhaps you need to find something else to do with your time or are you just looking for someone to attack?
