This does not say reverse merger though..does it?? It still does not make clear if ILGY stock will be as a dividend or we will forfeit 10 shares of TWOG for 1 of ILGY?? Any suggestions here?

Hopefully a PR will clarify things. As always the Record Date means nothing to us. The Ex-Date now set in stone - you can buy up through April 19th and you will get the divy. With the dates set they need to get their PR out ASAP.

Question: What kind of restrictions? Answer: One of the most common restrictions requires a certain length of time to pass or a certain goal to be achieved before the stock can be sold. This is the vesting period.

This restriction was probably the only way they could see of having the stock price to help maintain it's value. As mentioned by others if they support ILGY with some good PR's and supporting data this could be really good for us that are holding. I feel a little better at this point. They are definitely working to maintain ILGY value.

The OTCBB shows that this is a 'dividend' and not a buyout. They show "+One restricted share of International Energy Ltd (OTC: ILGY) for every 10 shares held." I've heard TWOG will be bought out and done away with, but this isn't showing that to be the case. Anybody know company heads at IGLY? Call and tell them we need a good PR and some clarification!!!

Good luck getting ahold of anybody, so far its been all fog and mirrors. Restricted shares are bad karma, they will be stuck for at least a year and usually the company will fall dramatically by the time you get to sell em. Take your assets and run IMHO

I've been holding strong with 500,000 and am feeling good about my position. I mentioned before that when companies put out tons of PR's that I don't trust them. "Sleeper" companies, the ones that are the real deal don't tend to put out very many PR's are the ones to watch for huge returns on your money. As we see know that this is for real and the fact that they had initially said it was a 8 1/2 cent divy they may be putting up some serious cash to help maintain ILGY's stock value. There are lots of possibilities at this point and with this OTCBB release the possibilities are looking really good. i'm dying to see their next PR.

yeah,, u would think this one would pick up like it did the last time a pr was released bout the divy,, but i think people are scared now cause the company doesnt give to much info bout whats goin on,,, i personally dont like being left in the closet bout things,, i really need for this to take off,,, i need money bad,,,, wanna play some other stocks,,,

When and if this does play out, we have restricted shares of ILGY. You will most likely not be able to sell right away.

I'm thinking if I can sell for a little less than they are actually worth, I'll get out. I don't care to hold the new shares for up to a year before I can sell. I would rather get a little less and have my money under my control than wait...and wait.
