Dates are here:

http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dividend.asp?sym_id=TWOG&dDate=04/24/2006&sDateType=Rec ord_date

These dates have to be right. Based on this - TWOG is DONE! There should be no buying interest whatsoever. There is no divy if you buy today.

The Record Date and Payment Date mean Jack Sh*t. The only date that means anything is the Ex-Date and we do get our divy 2 days after the Ex-Date which is Friday - YOU CAN "BANK ON IT"!

At this point the company itself can't even stop it from happening even if they wanted to. The divy machine has been set into motion and there is no stopping it.

Correction-(I've been thinking this whole day it was Wednesday) The divy will show up on Monday (2 days after the Ex-Date).

I got out today and I hope I don't regret it. I took the loss and hope that someday the ILGY shares make up for it. Still haven't heard anything about what kind of restriction there is on the divy shares.

It's a shell. Shell's trade all the time. My guess is that after the 1st of May or possibly next week there will be a pr announcing a name change reflecting its new business venture.

doesn't really matter because our shares will be restricted. It will only matter what price it is at when the restriction is lifted.

Shares show up 2 days after the Ex-Date - which "is" the Pay Date. The Pay Date and Record date are the dates the company lists when it files. Those dates are what the company "wants" for Record Date and Pay Date. It does not mean that that is what they get. When NASD sets the Ex-Date the dates the company "wants" become insignificant. All dates will in effect now be set based on the Ex-Date which was set by the NASD and will now be considered "law". The Pay Date that is listed no longer means anything the true Pay Date is 2 trading days after the Ex-Date set by the NASD which has now become 04-24-06.

My 23,200 shares of ilgy appeared in my account on Friday. Look in your gainskeeper not on your account(front) page.

Thats if you are using scottrade.

I have my ILGY too! Looks good... How long will the shares remain restricted? What has to happen internally before we can trade them again?

Gainskeeper lists them based on the Ex-Date (Ex-Date: the rule of law). They should be listed in our accounts at End Of Day.
C'mon did anyone have any doubts?

Good question. As the days, months and years go by you can keep trying to put in sell orders.

Me too. By NASD rules we are owed our shares now. It would be unfortunate if the company did not know or understand they are owed right now. The DTCC would be expecting those shares to come from the company's transfer agent today. If the company is having issues with that the transfer agent and company could be holding them up. At this point the DTCC is expecting those ILGY divy shares to be released.
