So why are people concerned with share price of TWOG, when you cant sell before you get the divy.

Even if TWOG was at $1.00/share, you would still only get 1 for 10, right.

I mean, I can understand being concerned with the price if people werent holding for anything, but most are holding for the dividend, so share price doesnt matter on TWOG's shares, but it means everything once we get shares of ILGY.

You must remember that the shares of ILGY that you get are restricted shares. There will be no sell off because of this. I would like to know what the restrictions are going to be.

The reason the PPS isn't moving is because to much is still unclear.

big domer,

you said "i encourage anyone who wants to make alot of money in the short term to buy twog right now... right after this transaction takes place and twog shares turn into ilgy and you make a huge gain off that, i think ilgy's gonna suck up the float when twog sellers sell ilgy and will be profitable too. buying twog at anyting below .025 is a bargain"

im in this for a few hundred thousand shares and well below .025 and all i can say is with all the uncertainty around this deal, i dont see how you can be that certain everythings going to workout to your advantage....

TWOG owners cannot sell ILGY for at least a year, the new shares are restricted, read the PR and OTCBB.

We will get an ILGY dividend consisting of restricted stock. TWOG at some point morph into some other business and do a name change by the end of the month [just a guess].

I have been reading the PR and see nothing to indicate the shares are restricted. Please indicate where you are getting this from.

All I get from this is we get a divy of 1 for 10. also in order to get this you have to hold till the X date. After that you should be able to sell TWOG and still get the Divy. Thats how it would normally work, but with these shadow demons there is no guarantee.

Everyone is expecting that the shares will be resticted. If they arent then that will be very good news.

Yep, they fail to mention the restriction in any of their PR's, which to me is a fog and mirror play. Only the OTCBB official schedule shows this. Don't play what you can't trust.

I have some shares of ILGY that used to be BDWH shares. I assume these are unrestricted shares. I don't plan on selling them anytime soon because I got them really cheap.

no, have to own it past the x date.. and since this is just a dividend do not see why we could not sell the TWOG shares after that date and still get the ILGY shares.

I had to unload most of my shares yesterday and today. I can't afford to have the money tied up for a year. Still holding 200,000 shares though. Will see how it plays through the 19th - I may sell 100,000 more and keep a 100,000 through the divy just to see what happens. I thought maybe they would explain the restriction in more detail - thought it might be like 30 days but everything I am reading per Rule 144 it must be 1 year. Has anyone else tried to call the phone number on the press releases - I tried to call yesterday and got a totally different company, verified the phone number and they had never heard of Transworld Oil and Gas at
Transworld Oil & Gas, Ltd.
M. Mancini
Tel: 281-854-2374
The number was for some consulting firm - they thought I was talking about one of their training classes.
I also sent them an email with no response. Just wondering if anyone else has tried to contact them.

I had no problem selling my ILGY shares and I am thinking of using the money to get some TWOG. Is there a possibility of ILGY price moving down to match TWOG(X10)?

I think the odds are better that ILGY will drop than they are that TWOG will go up! Hope I'm wrong though.

It seems to me that it matters little what twog does unless you intend to sell, since twog will be worthless after the divy.
It is worrisom that there is so little clarification and no one to straighten out all the confusion. Makes one wonder what shady dealings are in the works.
My pessimistic self says that twog will not go up much so as to discourage people leaving till after the divy. They can divy anyway they want as long as they don't tell us anything in advance.
I am fairly sure they are not a philanthropic organization, and will make the share price to their own advantage.
So I hold and wait. If anyone has a realistic opinion that is more encouraging I would like to hear it.

Realistic... This is a scam. no phone number works, all the news is shady, and you have to sell your shares way below the bid to get it sold.... any other thoughts?

it is encouraging.. if for some reason we make out like bandits on this one. I think we need more info and some communication with this company. Without that this is all for nothing.

I can't keep holding stock for a year when so much is happening in my life now.

I sold yesterday and the rest today. I received ask prices yesterday and today.

Scam, I don't know but I sure didn't come out smelling like roses from BDWH change to ILGY.

If you use the word scam back it up besides saying they have no phone number. If you tried one there are many others you haven't.

I have tried every phone number listed from every PR from BDWH,ILGY,MGGL, and TWOG none of them work bar two... one is a company that has never heard of these companies and one is an answer machine that has so many messages on it you cannot leave one. There is a scam warning on google. Also, I have reported this stock to SEC for review... I have a lot of money in this too... just not taking a bath on a scam...

Look at the bright side... we will get shares of ILGY and still have our TWOG if someone decides to pick them up eventually we will make money... Shells trade all the time on the PINKS.

Football - Every person has to make that decision for themselves. Who cares what you do with your money more than you? No one can guess what's going to happen and there is a lot of talk about what a scam company ILGY is. Good luck with your decision and I'll bet there isn't a person on this board who hasn't regretted a decision or 2 they have made with the pennies.
