Hey, Stickfigurefred. Please explain the MGGL operation, I think it is important in here.
I know they have some kind or joint venture and is one of the reasons that make me decide on going in with this.

Does this mean the same thing as the one on March 15th. I don't get - can we play some other things until April 24th and then get paid the dividend at May 1st. Why was a date of March 25th given out then? Can someone explain this one?

I think this is starting to shape up now with solid ex-div date and ILGY with new pr , we should see more good news coming out prior to 4/19 and hopefully ILGY back to .80 or more and TWOG going .02 or .03

With the divy we also have part of Magellan International Energy.
Note the "International Energy" in the name of Magellan. I mentioned that on a post about a month ago.

I like it - still going as planned. This should pop pretty good by the 19th for last chance takers.

TWOG will probably dissolve or merge into ILGY and we will have shares of ILGY. The shares should appear in your account as a 10 to 1 conversation as ILGY

Im not an expert on this, but why does everyone keep saying it's going to be a conversion into ILGY shares when both the pr AND otcbb.com use the words "stock dividend". To me that's just what it is, a dividend! I'm not doubting any of you, just an honest question, I'd like to know why you think it's going to be a conversion and not just a dividend in the form of shares.

correct
ILGY shares will be a div.
Mergers are expensive with lawyers and are to be avoided.

The only thing that should be confusing is the value of the shares you recieve. We will recieve a dividend because twog will have no value and it is based on the number of shares (investment) you have in twog. I expect to still have one hundred thousand shares of twog when this is done, except they will have no value. I suspect that this method was found to be the most advantagous for the new owners. We just have to hope they don't pull some fancy accounting moves that will devalue our investment. Personally, I am holding my breath which accounts for the blue face.

March 25th didn't mean anything - it was just the Record Date and the Record Date doesn't mean anything, now the Ex-Date that is the date that means everything.

Now that the Ex-Date is set for April 20th. It will be like sitting at a card table on April 19th and you have to decide whether to call or to fold them - you are either in on the deal or you are out of the deal at the end of the day on April 19th.

ok, if this means that every 10 shares of TWOG will be worth 1 share of ILGY, is there going to be any trade restrictions after it changes?

i encourage anyone who wants to make alot of money in the short term to buy twog right now... right after this transaction takes place and twog shares turn into ilgy and you make a huge gain off that, i think ilgy's gonna suck up the float when twog sellers sell ilgy and will be profitable too. buying twog at anyting below .025 is a bargain
