What idiot would want a restricted divy of an unknown company that has had no guidance, no news of possible future production, or even an idea of what assets the company is even sitting on. Neither of the these companies can be reached, believe me I've tried. IMHO, don't play, move on to something with a more substantial future like possibly PBLS.

No idea on the kind of restrictions. Maybe the lack of that information has a purpose (make you sell). Can be a year unable to trade, can be no rights of some kind, can be to pay some fees to be able to trade them. Only they know.
In the meanwhile UBSS, NITE, and SSGI continue with their games to manipulate the price and get all they can.

X-DATE IS 04/20/2006, RECORD DATE 04/24/2006 AND PAYMENT DATE 05/01/2006. One restricted share of International Energy Ltd (OTC: ILGY) for every 10 shares held.
------------------------------------------------- Ex-Date (Investopedia) The date on or after which a security is traded without a previously declared dividend or distribution. After the ex-date, a stock is said to trade ex-dividend.
This is the date on which the seller, and not the buyer, of a stock will be entitled to a recently announced dividend. The ex-date is usually two business days before the record date. It is indicated in newspaper listings with an x. -------------------------------------------------
As I understand it, the last day to buy to get the dividend is tomorrow, 19th. The first day to be able to sell without loosing the dividend is the 20th.
basically there is no interest in this, because the company didnt detail the kind of restrictions on the divident. i was hoping to get half out, but it looks like im stuck, not selling at .12 before the dividend... no way. can we sell tomorrow and still get the dividend??

So if we can sell tomorrow and still get the divident, I'm out. At least get some of my money out of here and still make some on the divy hopefully.

Perhaps later today this thing will start to go up. I simply want to break even if possible and they can have the divy. With no interest in this or ILGY, why keep it. I'm one of those who only wants a stock long enough to make a little something on it and move on. I'm not greedy and never plan to be. I got into pennies as more a hobby than anything. The one thing that really bothers me about both companies is that they won't answer any questions about the specifics of this stock. If they can't answer shareholder questions, I don't care to do business with them. Best of luck to those who are holding. I truly hope you make out on this one.
