LOL. Yeah Time I bet that's what happend...probably nothing to do with MM scamming the general public. I think we should get together a list of people interested in filing a report to the SEC.

Guys if you look at the L2s the reason none of you got filled was because the MMs were jumping around on the BxA all day BUT almost 100% of the trades that went through were mirror trades. There was no volume for real trades on LFWK today really which makes me think no one is giving up their shares for this one, at least not at these prices. The MMs can jump around all they want because its clear they were no remotely successful at shaking anything out today. Thoughts?

Agreed. Also, I've been reading the PR's and here are my thoughts for the timeline:
1) we should have audited financials posted by now. On May 5th they were 'completed' and would be posted 'soon' -- well, if they were finished they should be up.
2) Exchange move - the FILING of Form 10 will occur within 14 business days of May 5th, which is May 25th. This is just FILING, correct? I don't think that we'll just like magic appear as OB. I think they file, go through the process -- "we will answer all SEC questions in a timely manner" -- meaning there will be a process.
3) PR from May 11th "transition to public market" -- the form 15C(211) has been filed. I would expect a SYMBOL/CUSIP change BEFORE any move to .OB -- I wouldn't doubt if by the end of the month we're still pink but a reporting pink. Then again, there may be no change, and the verbage "A Sulja spokesperson stated that the transition to a public market should not occur later than 5-7 days from now" simply meant what it literally states -- "we have merged with LFWK. LFWK is publicly traded. Therefore, we, Sulja, will be publicly traded."
I still strongly believe this is simply a reverse merger. LFWK was a good, clean shell for Sulja/Consultech.
On that note, it somewhat worries me that "Loftworks" is the registrant for the consultechconstruction.com domain name. It says database updated April 12, 2006 -- so I don't know if this was updated during the merger, or, if Loftwerks was the original registrant - which is a little shaky if you ask me.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out. If you believe every word of the PR's, naked shorts, etc we'll be golden. I believe, but must be prudent at the same time and not get over excited.
Otherwise, it's a complete and brilliant scam. But I don't know anyone with the cajones to stick their neck out like that.
The next two weeks will be interesting, to say the least.

Don't report MM NITE, Knight Capital. I have 5000 shares of there company LoL. I kid, I kid. Seriously though, it is very annoying. There are major violations going on here. This is the reason why I bought NITE in the first place, not to mention them doubling there earnings every quarter. At least I can make it back on there stock LoL. I think this one long term is good. Well, judging by the transactions today it seems that peoples assumptions for the future are correct on a few accounts. Most importantly for now the limited number of shares...the news SHOULD set this on fire.

I dont see why this stock cant hit the $.50+ range...if the amt of shares are so low, and most of the shares are already held by insiders and after reading on other boards it appers that most ppl are long and strong in this...so once the financials come out and if there are good, and the info abt the move to the OTC is good as well i think we all make bank..(IMO)

I'd watch the trade history, a lot of this crap is mirrors again today. MMs are trying really hard to get shares. We are close and everyone seems to know it..

hopefully the SEC is watching the MM's closely with this......they(MM's) have been buying and selling back and forth with smoke and mirrors for 2+ months....lol
seems either illegal or very shady at best.....time for insiders in Loftwerks and Sulja to start buying shares and pull the rug out from these roques....IMO the next wave of buying will be insiders...they have to wait for the ok on their flings and then they can buy away, and they will........Hang those MM's by their toes .....lol and if they hollar, oh well..

I googled Loftwerks last night and sent an e-mail to every address I could find, asking for the new management to issue an update to the March 13th PR addressing the naked short issue and what, if anything they propose to do? Unfortunately, EVERY one came back as undeliverable. Anyone have a valid e-mail contact and I'll try again?

BTW that phone number in the DNS entry is the same as the one on the web site. Guess what? You got it. It doesn't work.
Any long term holders have a clue what's going on here? Has anyone ever talked with them. I can't believe they would try and run a scam of this magnitude right out in the public. I figure they must have everything disconnected during the filing process.
What bothers me is if I can't get in touch the clients and customers can't get in touch either.

im sure there is no scam going on....just probable tired of ppl calling every 5 secs and emailng ever min, when it will not cause the process to go any faster..i think the PR will be out by today/tomorrow, then all the info will be out there

I think we will start to see real action tomorrow whether we get news or not. If we get the news we go, if no news the impatient people may start selling off.

All of my pennies are down today. Not a good day to be a penny.
We might see another red day this week IMO. Once news is released, I would not be surprised to see 50% in one day. This stock is being watched - if you are lucky, you might get a chance to buy in low before the news. The MMs are playing games with this stock - those who hold will be rewarded for their patience.
