They are not happy with the PPS, because they are not getting many shares, as it's their own trades that they are painting, and not getting much shares. Too much effort to colect just a few shares, and time is running out. Tic toc tic toc tic toc.
Look at the "mirror trades" and the "phantom trades" which go between Bid and Ask as trades, and painting a HUGE spread, artificially, so no one has gutts to buy:
Mirror trades to paint 15, when b/a was 15x25, trading at 20 among themselves, the MM's. This way, nobody buys, and nobody sells at the ask, but people place sells at bids that they don't show, but gather from time to time. Nice, but dirty, job, MMs !!!

im going to say with in a month this baby makes a huge jump and anyone on board will be happy inverstors...!!!!dont buy on my gut feeling, but thats just what i feel.

LFWK( not Sulja) insiders have been bailing the last 2 weeks starting at .036 and down from there( seems they want nothing to do with the sulja's)...no trades showing since 9:35 ...somethings up...maybe it is a reverse to go to NASDAQ.....maybe the last great shake.....

Why would LFWK insiders bail if this merger is really going to be as great as we think it is. I hope thats not the case because that would make me feel a little uneasy. I think this has been brought back down by a lot of games.

Pure and simple manipulation----- I am not selling and missing the big ride that is coming.. Sold PTSC *.15 ran to $2 Sold PAIV *.002 ran to .012 Will not be manipulated into selling this gold mine. If I sold it would surely run to a $1.00

I think that this is brought down, due to the MM's having to cover their shorts before the move to the new exchange. The shorts will lose all their money if the really do move to the NASDAQ. I maybe wrong but this is my thoughts. No other way for them to cover unless they drive the PPS into the ground.

Do the MMs Know how transparent they are??? Huge spread and drop the pps to .018 on a sale of 7500 shares---thats $135.00 minus commmisions--big paycheck for someone. MMs can go sit on a tac.

This is getting to the point of ridiculous. Does anyone have any ideas when this is suppose to move. I thought the end of May we were suppose to see a report, but the only this I have seen is repeated new bulletins about it is going to happen. Well let it happen already!!!

I feel the same as everyone else. I think this is going no where fast. The only PR that is going to move the stock is a PR that states the move in exchanges is happening or the financials. JMO

Most people, myself included, read the PR wrong. They said the filing would be complete by roughly end of May and it was complete I believe May 24. That means the the government SEC people didn't receive it until then and who knows how long they will take. I'm not worried, looks like this company is taking the time to ensure all the ducks are in a row and no snafu's pop up. Best guess is end of June for solid OBB news then it will take off.

You got that right! This bargain basement price won't last long IMO. The time has come for LFWK to shine!
Not only is this an unsolicted pinksheet (aka scum exchange) moving to OTCBB or even NASDAQ, but the company can account for more shares than exist in the O/S. Some estimates for number of shorted shares range from 100 million to 500 million. And, the icing on the cake is that the shorties have to cover because there is a CUSIP change!!!! Imagine that!
The 4th of July fireworks just might arrive sooner IMO. Happy trading!
