Works just fine for me.
Thanks tgif,
I did call yesterday and left a message with Dennis. No call back yet. Anyone else make contact?
With the merger basically completed, I don't see any reason why a PR can't be released informing investors and potential investors what New Managements view point is concerning the naked short situation and what, if anything, they intend to do about it. I don't think we can rely on the March 13th PR for guidance anymore. What's everyone else thinking?

I think we will just have to be patient. I also think that management is kicking themselves in the butt for releasing a time frame.
One of my concers is that the SEC will simply not allow an exchange change until the share issue is sorted out. In any event I'm holding until this resolves one way or another.
BTW I have not made contact. I'm sure they are in a quite period right now...I just wanted to confirm that they were still doing business..which they are.

I think today is going to be a little slow due to the holiday. Hopefully we'll hang like we did yesterday. If we do see a little red, I think it will be the last of it for some time.

Hey Ohio, you and I must be feeling the same right about now as LFWK & RSHN have a lot in common. Both have long term holders who have been waiting, it seems like forever, for great news to be released, yet have consistantly been taking a beating. Today $%^**'s. My head hurts. Please, someone stop the pain !!!

Sulja Bros. Set to Inherit LFWK Vehicle May 26, 2006 1:21:00 PM WINDSOR, ON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/26/06 -- Sulja Bros., Ltd. This latest PR confuses me a bit. Weren't they sure about going to the OTCBB? Why do they even bother to mention the NASDAQ so soon. I think the minimum for NASDAQ is $3 or $4 per share right? Although I'd like to believe that'll happen, I just don't see that anytime in the near future. I thought they were supposed to have filed the Form 10 to get on the OTCBB by now (see below for May 5th PR). I know things take time, but this PR is not what we were all looking for. Maybe they'll follow it up quickly...
I thought this company was pretty credible, but this PR makes me question that. Any thoughts?
WINDSOR, ON, May 05, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- LoftWerks, Inc. With the announcement of the completed merger and audited financials, Loftwerks has positioned itself for the Form 10 filing.

Complete fluff. I'm way skeptical now. I mean really you don't know which exchange you will be applying for? Come on! They may still be legit but I promise it will be 1-6 months before there is an exchange change.
Sigh..and the spread is to big to justify selling.

Been trying to sell this and it won't take...even went below the "bid"...seems this PR is just more "smoke"...i really do hope that this goes for all that are in...but even at free shares...it seems to be a waste....

Unless who was trying to get people to sell? The company? What exactly do you think they would gain there?
After this PR I am starting to think R/S and that they will go for the NASDAQ. Consultech is actually a pretty large company and much like the PR says I think they just bought up LFWK for the shares. I think in the long run share for share the value will still come out on top BUT its going to be a long hold situation so I am just keeping the smaller portion I have left and putting it on the back burner for now...who knows maybe it will be worth something someday.
GL ALL!

I dont knw why, but im not at all discouraged by this PR...ive been reading other message boards, and the responces are too funny...first ppl get upset since they put a time table and they miss it by a few days, and they say a good company woudl knw there is no way to put a time limit, blah blah , then they come out w. a PR with not specific date and its the total opposite..lol..so im long and strong in LFWK, until we hit the big $$$$...

I agree Weekend, like I said I think it may take some time and many penny traders don't like to hold over a week which is why I think there is a lot of ill sentiment from some. I have no problem holding this because in my opinion this can't be a scam when being backed by a very very MAJOR construction company being Consultech Management. Long term this is simply a company that did not want to have an IPO to save time and money and they will pour a ton of value into this stock, IMO. GL!

You got it Weekend. Never be discouraged just because a company misses a planned PR deadline. Things happen sometimes, and it's much better for them to get it right, then get it on-time.
Good luck to you all here. I'm doing some DD on this one, and will chime in if I find anything substancial.
