Well Drunner I have only started DD this am. I have tried to catch up as fast a s possible, but without more time to digest I am only in with 50K. Perhaps I can do some more dd today and tonight and still catch the train before it leaves.
I know people over on RB are saying this is a 1 dolalr stock in a year...not sure I by that..but I like the sound of it!!

It sounds like the MM's are trying to dump shares on impatient investors. They keep the ask arbitraily high getting new to jump in. After a few days the newbies grow impatient and sell at a lower bid? Does that about sum up what you all have been observing?

some mm's that are/were in a very short position have been doing a mini arbitrage to shore up their positions ( gathering at the low bids from there spread on the asks they sell) ....some are shored up, a few are still screwed, hope we at least hang one by the toes for playing with this gem......

ohio do we have to file any other paperwork beside the 15C(211) to move onto the OTCBB. Is the 15C(211) form for the merger only or is it for the move as well? Do they have to make a petition to go to the BB?

from my understanding of the PR's it should occur shortly after the paper is reviewed and accepted -- and after their audits and dd i believe it will be accepted
can't find sellers at .025>>>people aren't stupid!!

It could be in the .08 range or it could be in the .008 range, its going to depend on what news we get. I certain hope its the prior and not the latter. If everything goes through as planned .08 is not unreasonable.

This should be very interestig to watch. As far as I know we are breaking new territory with this one guy's. If LFWK pulls this off then watch for a lot of other companies to do a similar thing.
On the big boards naked short sellers buy calls as a hedge against price rise, but down here in pink land they don't have that option.
Yeah I still believe it might be to good to be true, but like I posted on another board...I'm darn sure paying to see the come!
This has the potential, key word was potential, to just explode. If managment does indeed end up with all the shares then we should see a TZOO like scenario were the price is bid up to several dollars...no I don't believe it will happen that way, but you can bet I will watch closely 'cause if it does I won.t be sitting on the side lines!
