PTS, Inc. Announces Name Change of Subsidiary to ''PTS Global Capital'' and Names Gaming Executive Phillip Flaherty as President

LAS VEGAS, Jul 28, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- PTS, Inc. (PTSH, Trade ) announced today that they have changed the name of a wholly owned subsidiary, PTS Products International, Inc., to PTS Global Capital, Inc. (PGCI).

Mr. Phillip Flaherty has been named President of PTS Global Capital, Inc. and assumes duties effective immediately. Mr. Flaherty most recently served as president of Barrick Gaming, Inc., based in Las Vegas, and since 2005 has been serving as a consultant to PTS, Inc. Prior to his duties at Barrick, he was president and managing director of Sheraton's Desert Inn Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, and before that had held various positions within the Summa Corp.

Additionally, Mr. Flaherty has provided domestic and international consulting services to small and large gaming companies. Active in the gaming community, he served as a board member of the Nevada Resort Association as well as chair of both the NRA's Legislative Committee and Currency Reporting Regulations Committee. He was also a board member of Las Vegas Events, Inc. and is a University of Nevada Las Vegas graduate.

PTS Global Capital's primary business will be to specialize in the Asian markets, with a strong focus towards M&A (merger and acquisition) interests as well as companies desiring to go public.

"Having the strong resume and expertise of Phillip Flaherty to spearhead PGCI's business model should advance the Company's opportunities going forward, especially given Phillip's vast gaming industry experience where he has frequently dealt with Asian business people." Chin noted that it will be PGCI's desire to have their first acquisition take place by the first quarter, 2007.
