And Larson, I haven't found any proof of it yet, but don't forget "state of the art distribution system" in this case probably just means warehouse with new inventory scheduling software.

LoftWerks, Inc. (LFWK)/Sulja Bros. Announces Two Manufacturing Facilities Market Wire - April 13, 2006 1:04 PM (EDT)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jump to first matched term
Truss and Wall-Panel Robotics Facilities Will Increase Niche Production 300% Over Current Segment in Canada
NASHVILLE, TN, Apr 13, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- LoftWerks, Inc. (OTC: LFWK) today announced that its new post-merger owner, Sulja Bros. Specialty Building Materials, Ltd., plans to construct and operate two automated, robotic-enhanced truss manufacturing facilities in the markets of Kitchner, Toronto, Ontario in Canada and in the Gulf Dale/Biloxi Mississippi area (both announced previously as target niche markets by a company spokesman).
These operations will primarily supply the revitalization efforts in Toronto and the commercial facilities rebuilding campaign in post-Katrina Mississippi. The facilities basically automate and exact the process of framing and skinned-wall fabrication off-site for an assembly process that is less demanding in terms of committed resources at any given project location. Sulja Bros. currently generates approximately $4-6M annually from an identical process in Windsor, Ontario. The adjunct of the new facilities is expected to increase these niche-specific revenues by three hundred (300) percent within 24-36 months.

EC - remember yesterday when the streaming quotes wasn't working. I called them and told them that I needed it working now or to be compensated in some form because it could cost me money. They said I could call them and I said it won't work quick enough and asked again to be compensated in some form. : ) I told them how about some free trades. The guy told me he would check and they could possibly give me 5. I thanked him and told him it was nothing towards him it was strictly business. He called today and gave me the trades.

I think that LFWK is keeping up the PR's so that the steam will stay running for the big post of merger or dividend. They want people biting and then the hit. HOSS do you think we have a shot at it happenning today or tomorrow?

NEGATIVE FLOAT--Meaning that MMs need EVERY share that people are holding and there is a price for everything. It sounds crazy, but it does happen and has happened in the past.
There are shares that must be covered regardless. People who are getting in to flip this are helping the MMs recover shares. Those who are in long, are the true profit takers here. The CEO himself, close friends and family bought shares in the .37-.40 range last year. He will not allow family and friends to lose $ on those shares. Its going to that range provided he does the right things.
Adding a dividend to the shares would do it. We will see.
If the above statement is true and the CEO, freinds & family bought in the .37-.40 range, then IMHO he is going to try and get the pps as close to that as possible so they do not lose too much money. gluck to us all
