Subject: questions and concerns

richard--

i understand that you will forward to mr. fan investor/shareholder questions or concerns. i believe the answers would have to come from him.
thank you very much, as always.

mr. fan--

richard brown can verify that i am a long-time investor/shareholder. i am a disabled veteran. friends and family members have also invested. my circle of friends, family, and myself collectively own a 'few' hundred million shares. at a substantially higher cost basis than reflected by the current value.

we have all seen our investment holdings diluted by frank olsen.

frank issued 250b shares in exactly one month (2/7-3/7).

QBID (triangle multimedia)
11/07/05 amendment raise a/s + 10b (from 50b to 60b)
12/19/05 (42 days later) amendment raise a/s + 40b (67% from 60b to 100b)
02/07/06 (40 days later) amendment raise a/s + 250b (250% from 100b to 350b)

...mr. fan in place at company 2/27/06
"185,500,000,000 were issued to me and my investment team on March 7, 2006"

so, those shares weren't issued, and he had to issue them to mr. fan as 53%.

that dilution is on ALL the common shareholders.

from 100b to 350b.......250%

share structure:
11/07/05...53% of 60b = 31.8b f.o./47%--28.2b remaining
12/19/05...53% of 100b = 53b f.o./47%--47b remaining
03/17/06...53% of 350b = 185.5b fan "investment team"
...........47% of 350b = 164.5b remaining
public float ~= 140b
"undisclosed" = 24.5b

mr. fan, our little delegation would like to know if there are plans to rectify this share imbalance between the retail investors (who have funded this enterprise with their share purchases of this "public" company) and the "owners".

shares sold to the public have lost intrinsic value, while majority ownership positions held by the "owner" remains fixed by printing more shares, not by additional monetary input as retail investors must do.

who owns the "undisclosed" 24.5b shares (7% of 350b a/s)?

we are part of the other 40% owners of this entity. the majority 53% (you) and this "undisclosed" 7%, total 60% position, never gets diluted. the value of our 40% position has lost 250% (from 100b to 350b a/s) since 2/07/06.

frank olsen did not buy 132.5b shares (53%, 185.5b - 53b). he just gave himself those shares.

where is the $13.25 million?

how did you and your "investment team" obtain the 185.5b shares?
where is that $18.55 million?

how many shares did you and your "investment team" own previously, before receiving the 185.5 billion shares (53%)? 10 billion? approximately 10% before the 2/07/06 250 billion share increase in a/s?

are there plans to roll back that last (2/07/06) amendment and cancel or retire those 250 billion shares?

that would leave you and your "investment team" with frank olsen's 53 billion (53%), plus previously owned (10b ?) position.

the "undisclosed" 24.5b (7% of 350b) would also have to be dealt with.
$2.45m at a price of .0001 per share. or those shares would somehow have to convert to 7b (7% of 100b a/s).

leaving 30b public float minus however many shares you and your "investment team" owned previously. 20b if you owned 10b (10%) previously.
that is much better than 140 billion.
and would be viewed positively by investors.

when will you be filing the necessary documentation with the state of Washington denoting current corporate officers of tmm and qtn?

have you filed anything with the SEC as 53% owner?

when will triangle multimedia (QBID) begin reporting with the SEC?

when will triangle multimedia (QBID) begin listing on OTC:BB or an exchange?

what about LBS (Liquidation By Satellite), NTI (Network Teleports), the studio in Burbank?

the LBS acquisition 11/20/01 used tmm stock as payment.
08/12/05 "purchased and closed" studio in Burbank
09/16/05 NTI acquisition ($5m "private financing")

$14.5m increase in 'Notes/loans payable' from 6/30/05-12/31/05 (QTN Balance Sheet)

frank olsen (aka frank w olson, current registered agent of tmm) is listed as a 'manager' of LBS and NTI. as well as Vince Vellardita and Richard Shintaku (Valcom, Inc.). also Gulf State Holding Company. set up at the exact same time.

LBS, LLC
NETWORK TELEPORTS, LLC
GULF STATE HOLDING COMPANY LLC

these issues require resolution. shareholders have paid for this.

thank you in advance for your time, consideration, and (hopeful) reply.
many of us believe that with the right leadership this enterprise can and should be greatly successful. and the share price will reflect that.

we hope you are that leader, mr. fan.

sincerely,

THROWING TV A CURVE BALL by John Burfitt

TWO NEW, ALL-QUEER TV CHANNELS HAVE BEEN LAUNCHED ON SUBSCRIPTION TV'S SELECTV. THEY HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME COMING.

Pay TV was first introduced to Australia in 1995, and within months there were predictions of dedicated queer TV channels being broadcast 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Eleven years later those predictions have finally come to fruition with the launch of two new TV channels, screening from the United States and Canada. Q Television Network (QTN) is broadcast directly from the USA, while Out TV is packaged from Canada.

The two new channels are part of the Curve TV package (available for $24.95 per month) on the newest player in the Australian subscription TV market, Selectv.

Selectv’s chief executive, Jim Blomfield, admits launching the two channels is something of a risk, but believes it is a move which is long overdue in the Australian TV market.

“People have been speculating about this all along, and it should have been done a long time ago,” Blomfield says. “I openly admit that I don’t know enough about it [the queer TV audience], but we do know there is a huge market there and we should be addressing it.

“Selectv does a whole group of niche pay-TV channels, like foreign language and small English channels, and we looked at the gaps in the market. That is how we came up with the idea of Curve TV.”

Among the established North American hits of the Curve TV programming schedule are morning talk show Brunch, same sex couples’ weddings on I Now Pronounce You, variety and music with On Q Live, the cult-hit travel show Chris & John’s Road Trip, drag diva Crystal Lite’s own The Crystal Lite Show, and the search for the next hot male model with Coverguy.

At this stage, neither channel on Curve TV will screen any Australian content, but Blomfield believes it is only a matter of time before subscriptions numbers will provide the economic support for production of local shows. He estimates Curve TV will attract an audience of 10,000 subscribers within three years.

“We view this as the beginning of a journey,” Blomfield says. “I hope it leads to more relevant and more specific input from Australia, but to begin with, these are readily produced channels which offer a range of content.

“The question has always been, can you get enough content to sustain channels for the GLBT audience, and from the experience we have seen in the US and Canada, it is possible. What we are seeing on QTN is very good, and Out TV is a little edgier.

“We have had good discussions with QTN in particular to understand the GLBT community in Australian and they see huge potential for local production. By the time of next year’s Mardi Gras, we would certainly expect to be a part of it.”

For more information visit the Selectv website.

another mention of the Q

http://www.montclairtimes.com/page.php?page=11913

forth last paragraph is posted below:

Moretti decided to put the festival on hold for a few years to write, direct, produce and star in his first feature film, “Crutch.” Within one year, the film opened in New York City at the Quad Cinema and aired exclusively on the Q Television Network. The film placed fourth in the country for “Highest Grossing Films Per Screen” on its first week-end. In the summer of 2005, “Crutch” was released nationwide on DVD. Most recently, the film spent three weeks in the Top 50 DVD Rentals in the United States. “Not bad for a low budget movie,” Moretti said.
