What's with all the pointless agruing?

JPHC is worth .005 on conversion date

I you own 1 million shares at .0006 = $600

On conversion date, you will own 1 million JPHC (the equivalent of AOPA) and it will be worth $5000.00

lol Repo!! I begged you to wait! It's up to you, this one is crazy, I do believe this thing will get higher before the buyout takes affect, that is why I am holding. I don't know if I will hold or sell before the buyout, but I am definetly holding and waiting for it to go up before I make a decision

Repo, wait a little and it will likely go down a tick or two and then decide whether or not to get back in.

MMs want to cash in by pulling down the PPS --
it triggered stop-loss sell orders, then
panic sells followed. MMs will make tons
of money in this deal. It will take 4
months to settle the dust. Don't get in
if you can not hold it that long.

APO and JPHC IMO

One Reason OTC.BB

Jphc moves up to another exchange, why APo I do not know maybe the same reason Hawkins got Macro for 2 million. Apo has had problems that but I think are starting to turn the table. Macro was also going under look at them now.

If JPHC has Revs of 20 million and APO 8 Million with 25 Billion Shares is that not around 1 cent a share.

I was told that until the May 10 deal is signed that if APO goes down in SP you get more shares at the .005 value, if APO goes up you get the same .005 value.

The only part I do not like is the restriction but with a .005 value. that is a 1000% increse from .0005

The way you can lose or gain is if after the changeover May 10 APO goes down in value or up in value. I am betting APO will go up in value.

I think there are things going on behind the scenes that are positive and everyone is over reacting in a big way.

For me I would buy here.
I would not be surprised to see a Dividend announced soon.
This is all IMO.

Assuming .02 is the PPS we are going to base calculation off of and if there are approximately 10 billion JPHC o/s, then only 2.5 billion AOPA will be given to JPHC holders.

Meaning AOPA will have over $30 million in rev's and roughly 2.6 billion o/s

Seems like a good situation to be in for JPHC longs. Get AOPA worth PPS of .005 JPHC

Where is the confusion? Do you realize how low AOPA will have to trade in order for JPHC longs lose money from today's PPS of .0004 - .0006? Tremendous!

Ok back in at my sell price of .0006 (I thought I got filled at .0005 on my sell but my order went through at .0006).

So now I'm back in, -$10.

Am I a total moron? Feel free to bash away.

What is the minimum PPS a stock can trade at? Baed on current PPS of .0006, AOPA will have to be trading too low to even trade for current JPHC holders to show a loss
