Good deal - I know that this is complete agony to watch, however, this will go back up. MM's should ride this up to those levels to make themselves some serious $$ from the cheap shares they bought today - You just have to play the game along with them. GLTA

Here is the short version of my story, I have been in this for what seems like an eternity now. I have bought chunks ranging anywhere from .0005 to .0009 and every where in between. In fact I sold my position in RSHN at .0012 (which I was also in at .0009, thanks JPHC). I have held onto this for so long with the hope of this great news, I am not about to just give it away in a panic. IMO the price will level off and we will run .0011 to .0014 as the merger date approaches. I am not saying that I wont bail at that price, I am just not going to give my $ to the MM's. F'em

That's what happens when you join the party late, you miss what has been happening. Long before today the MM's have had a wall up. They have purposely stopped it from running. Those that have been here everyday watching will tell you.
It's pretty funny that a majority of those showing up today are the ones predicting gloom and doom. For the last couple of weeks, if you go back and read all the posts and DD that many of us have done, The MM's have refused to allow this to run in spite of tremendous buying pressure. Many of us have contacted the company and Loyal financial and have been told the O/S is right at 5 Billion shares. I called Yesterday and today I got the same response. I took names dates and times and let the person I was speaking to know this after getting the info.
We have gotten an independant valuation by Evans & Evans a well known and respected company that was a minimum of .004. Now we get details of the deal on SEC form 8K establishing a minimum value of .005.
There are about 8-10 people that were silent until today. Now they come out of the woodwork to preach the gloom and doom. Okay let's see APOA raise the A/S great many companies do but it doesn't change what the O/S or Float is now. Why did they do it? Okay they are taking over a company with 5 Billion Shares Outstanding. If you take 5 Billion and divide it by the current 4(.25) factor it gives you 1.25 Billion. Now if youe current A/S is 125 Million how do you accomplish this? Simple you have to raise the A/S. Will it dilute the value of APOA? I doubt it. You must take into consideration the fact that APOA has added the value of JPHC to their holdings. Their PPS today is at .012. a 52 week low by the way,(Do I hear a bounce in the room) Has been as high as .06 in the last 52 weeks and .02 within the last month. So the value is there.
You all are claiming inevitable dilution, I disagree. The A/S had to be raised to complete this deal. THe A/S was raised this month during the negotiations.
APOA is a fully reporting OTCBB company. WOW how many owners of Pink Sheet companies wish they were on the OTCBB?
One last point. We recently saw what happened with TWOG and the merger they had. What is different here? Easy, TWOG is still a shell. JPHC will have all the shares retired. It will no longer be trading. THe Shares we get in APOA will not I repeat Not be restricted. If it was a dividend and not a complete merger buyout then they coould be restricted. As the deal stands now. WE WILL GET A MINIMUM OF .005 and ALL share will have to be accounted for. The MM's will not be able to pawn it off on the new company or the old because the old shares are gone.

JPHC will have a chance to grow for 4 months based on the following facts:
1. The MMs' accumulation phase is almost done; 2. JPHC will become a reporting company; 3. The combined rev will be about 30 M$/year 4. The APOA' pps is at 52-week low; 5. The MMs will raise the pps for a profit. 0.0005 is a good deal if you can hold it for 4 months.
