1. APOA is a company who stock has low daily volume, and who lost $600+ million last year. 2. JPCH shareholders are receiving stock, not cash, and that stock COULD be restricted. Details unknown.
All in all, one of the worst picks ever.

you're going to get a crap load of the new company shares, even if that company drops a little, you would still come out ahead. Damn if it really tanked what bad luck would we have? I can't see selling in a panic when it still seems like a good idea, I think we are all going to be doing some DD tonight on the new company, and we should all have new ideas in the AM. Night!

How can the MM's screw with this this hard? For the last 5 days we have listened to people talk about how when the merger/buy out is announced that they won't be able to hold this back and the MM's are gonna be screwed because they are so short....news is out and we don't see anything of the nature, WHY?

Think about this...when all of us that has massive stock holdings get our shares, what do you think at least 20% will do? Sell there APOA shares and it will tank. I really hope it wont and ill be around to see it, but WTF happened? This is the only stock that GREAT news comes out and finishes 25% down for the day. Can anyone shed some light on this?

hmmm well...eather we are SCREWED or, the news came out REALLY late in the day, the mm's only had time to shake shake shake and havent let it go yet...I hope its the second option
