Max, you are either intentionally misrepresenting the events related to this stock or simply think you understand and... what?
Everyone has favorite picks, sour on others, burnt on some and went to bank on some. It's amazing how one trader-type will oppose a different trader-type, even when the same stock will suit their individual styles. Does it depend on what book you read? Who's your daddy type-of-thing? I never read a book on trading, most of the ADVICE available is total horse manure, and I learn something new every day (like this situation with the cds).
Yes, even on allstocks, I view some of the newbie help as less than helpful... UNLESS that is how you want to trade. Whether you daytrade, short-term, long-term, flip, etc, it doesn't make another person's efforts WORTHLESS.
When you extol the misgivings of your 'perceived R/S', why do you fail to mention the $900 cd exchanged for each 900K shares which are currently worth $90?
And why do you think this company has no value because they have no revenue yet? Do you consider mining rights an asset, or worthless, too? Tell that to holding company CEOs that have never seen the business end of a shovel. Heck, tell that to my bank that sells riverfront property and keeps the oil and mineral rights for themselves.
Look, I really don't care if you are here to save everyone from doom or not, but try not to slur the facts any more than they already are. When/if this stock picks up, come back and play it however you want. If you limit your trades to one style, and it isn't long-term, this stock is not ready for you. This is extremely high-risk long-term, but not for the reasons you are throwing around.

PASIG CITY, Philippines, May 08, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Pearl Asian Mining Industries (OTC:PAIM) releases the summary report on initial gold and silver test production from the XYZ Gold Mines Site Mineral Deposits.
Test gold (Au) and silver (Ag) production has recently commenced on schedule at the Pearl Asian Mining Industries XYZ Gold Mine on the Island of Masbate, Philippines. It has been previously reported that the present Geologic Resource of XYZ old Mine is about 1.5 million tons at a grade of 3.04 g/t-Gold (AU) and 19.96 g/t-Silver (AG). PAIM's team interpretation or projection as to mineable resource (projected to be mined or extracted) is about 446,592 tons at a grade of 5.13 g/t-Gold and 31.14 g/t-Silver. The mineable resources are categorized into low grade source of about 120,000 tons at a grade of 1.84 g/t (grams per ton)-Au (Gold) and 14.50 g/t (grams per ton)-Ag (Silver). The high grade source of about 326,592 tons at a grade of 6.34 g/t-Au; 37.24 g/t-Ag.
Starting in late April 2006 small scale test gold mining and processing has been successfully completed in Tunnel 3 where the highest grade ore assayed at 94.20 g/ton is found. Approx. 5 tonnes of gold bearing ore were removed using air-hammers and transported by hand to the Company's small scale processing center nearby. These ores were processed by heap leaching C-I-L and ELSA methods. The initial results of the processing are 237.8 ounces of raw gold bullion (approx. 93% Au) and 1038.2 ounces of raw silver bullion and a lower purity. At recent spot gold prices of $650 USD/ounce the 6 bars of raw gold bullion (approx. 93% Au) are worth $143,750.1 USD. These 6 bars of raw gold bullion (approx. 93% Au) will be sold very shortly at a branch of a Japanese bank in Manila, the proceeds to be used to fund an expansion of mining production at the XYZ mine.
The very concentrated gold ore from Tunnel 3 came from a newly discovered gold mineralized "vug" (GMV) quartzite in composition with heavy sulfide inclusions as well as obvious gold mineralization. Many multi-gram gold nuggets have been found in the GMV. The GVM is a cylindrical structure and extends downward into the mine at approx. 30 deg. for at least 7 meters showing gold mineralizations at least to that depth. This GMV in Tunnel 3 will be the first target of the expanded mining production to begin this summer.
The XYZ Operation Gold Finger located in the Town of Baleno, Island of Masbate, Philippines, shows the following high-grade gold ores.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. benchmark gold futures scaled a new 25-year high at $700 an ounce on Tuesday, boosted by relentless investor buying powered by geopolitical concerns and expectations of further price gains ahead, dealers said. By 11:30 a.m. EDT, June delivery gold on the New York Mercantile Exchange's COMEX division was up $20.10 or 2.9 percent at a session peak of $700, which marked the loftiest level for futures since September 1980.

1st of all the $900 dollars is not payable until 5 years have passed. If you are COUNTING on ANY subpenny to be around in 5 years, you are a bit naive.
This thing only has as much value as stock buyers are willing to pay. NOBODY is gonna pay top pps for this stock until they actually see some revenues on the NEAR horizon. The gold is worthless in the ground. It becomes valuable when they have extracted it and sold it. That is not going to start happening til the end of the year.
I am not here to bash. I am just questioning this whole "27 billion share buy back" shenanigan that they are doing. I say it looks like a R/S. We will see after June 15th. I hope I am wrong.

The link, Mu, the link to this PR page. Would you post it for us? I'll beg if I have to, no pride.
PAIM management and their activities are not invisible.
And, Max, I realize you say you are not bashing, you are actually saving us from impending doom. OK, TIA. One more account needs some of this worthless gold, and then I promise not to hurt myself any more. BTW, and this is real... I may not be around in 5 years, either. All the more reason to properly distribute, manage, and protect my assets. Life does go on after lunch.

That's exactly what I'm looking into. lol, PR in English on a Chinese website, and you think the company is scamming Chinese? Oh yeah, I like worthless silver, too. I don't know squat about the numbers, except for the one with a dollar sign in front of it.

Dunno, BuyTex, but worth looking into. I missed what Mu said about most of the page being in Chinese, so I won't be able to locate this without the page link. I could hit the site 50 times and never know how to get to that page.
I'll email the company tonight, see what's up, but I would have liked to reference a page link in my email.

I'm in no position to confirm anything. All I know is that the person that posted the link I sent you has been one of our key sources of imformation on this stock. He has produced and posted several e-mails from the company in the past. In my opinion, I believe that Odiaz is telling the truth. Too bad, because I sure wanted the pr to be real! I'm still holding strong and expect this thing to run any day now! GOOOOOOO PAIM!!!!!!!!!!
