ATTENTION PAIM SHARE HOLDERS: PAID BASHERS BE GONE!!!!!! If you have never seen this before, take a minute and read it. I'm not saying that the people's names in it are true, but the concept itself, definitely makes sense. You be the judge after you read it. Just ask yourself, could this really be happening? I absolutely believe that people bash for 1 or 2 reasons..... they either lost money on the stock or they are paid by someone else to BASH!!!! We all need to come together and refuse to sell our shares at a measly .0001. Don't let the bashers scare you, they are all full of crap. PAIM is going to EXPLODE!!!!!! We will see .0003 Monday if we want to. We have the power... we hold the shares and everybody else wants them because they know PAIM is a GOLD MINE!!!!! Let's make them pay for the shares instead of giving them away just to watch other people make lots and lots of money shortly on down the road! Enjoy the article below! GOOOOOOOO PAIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could this be true?

Confessions of a Paid Stock Basher

Following was posted on the PTII board, I thought I'll let u know that, make up your mind:

Begin:

Today I want to come clean about something I feel very badly about. I cannot undo some of the things I have done, but hopefully this message will prevent other such occurrences in the future.

I am a paid basher.

Yes, it is true. Today is my last day at this company; I'm moving on to a new job. I've realized that there are more dignifying jobs out there that can pay me equally as well. But before I go, I want to explain a few things because this just isn't right and I won't feel good about myself until I expose this sham. It's hurt too many people and I don't want it on my conscience anymore. I can no longer live with a lie.

I work for a company called Global Calumny Funds in Stamford, CT. Basically, it's a Boiler Room much like the one in the movie of the same name. The idea behind my group is to bash the price of a company's stock down low enough to where the group of investors who retained our company's services can buy the stock really cheap and perhaps even take it over all together.

There are approximately 70 people at the company divided into several groups. My group, consisting of 5 people, is responsible for IDWD. While I probably shouldn't give any names of anyone working here now, what the heck, I'm leaving here, so what can they do? sue me? Ha! I can tell you that laptoptrader and janice shell were part of my group until he left last week, as was ninaturtle. Others who have been part of this include early bashers like hard data and Investorman. You may be interested to know that some hypsters, such as MONEYMADE and even Datatech!!, have also been part of the scam (more on that later).

There are several companies engaged in the bashing business, ours is not the only one. However, I can tell you that not every basher in here is a paid basher. Having done this for a year, I can usually tell who is a paid basher and who is merely someone
having a little fun. While unpaid bashers have a different motive than someone like me, they can be unwilling accomplices to helping me achieve my ultimate goal and they also spread rumor and confusion throughout a room, which also helps me.

What is that goal? Well, I am merely a cog in a much larger machine, so my bosses never really explained the big picture to me, but I'd say essentially, Shaddowwatch2oo3 was right. There are several companies who are quite familiar with Jim Bishop and Janice Shell and who are deathly afraid of them.

There are three types of bashers here at Global Calumny Funds: Advanced, Intermediate and Beginner. An Advanced-level basher (also known as a Silver Tongued Devil) would spread false or misleading information about the company.
They would deal in facts, countering every longs post with articles, news reports and opinion surveys that gave a negative impression about the company.

An Intermediate-level basher (also known as a Serpent) would try to weasel their way into the confidence of longs and create doubt using rumor or innuendo.

Finally, a Beginner-level basher (also known as a Pitchfork) would attempt to create confusion in the room by distracting other posters with satire, name calling and pointless arguments. The idea was to make sure no serious discussion of the stock
could take place. A Pitchfork was usually a basher, but not always. Sometimes, we would throw in a hypster Pitchfork such as MONEYMADE and laptop and a pumper like Datatech to create the illusion of an argument going on. What was really funny (in a perverse way, I guess) was that Datatech and I sat next to each other, laughing the whole time.

I was a Serpent basher, because I am known for effective bashing based on solid facts and truth. I was paid a base wage of $18 an hour for my services. I was given a $1.25 bonus for every decent quality post over 100 per day as well as a monthly bonus of $100 for every penny the stock had dropped from the previous month. I was also paid a bonus for bashing on weekends. While this may not sound like much, I made a decent, though dishonorable, paycheck plus a nice Laptop with free wireless internet connection.

Each of us sat in a small half-cubicle in a cluster with our teammates. Each group (usually five people) was made of three beginners (two who would bash and one who would hype), one intermediate and one advanced level basher. Occasionally for some
of the hotter stocks, one of the beginners would be replaced by an intermediate depending on how much the stock was rising. IDWD was a low-level stock, meaning it got the 3-1-1 configuration.

Honestly though, somehow, I get the feeling that WV Hillbilly may have worked for a basher company or knows someone who does because the fund websites he occasionally posts is eerily similar to our employer's websites. While not exact, I'd say it is about 90 percent the same. We do have certain rules that we follow.

First, we have to develop a character and stay within that character in order to build a "following." My character, "FogOfWar," was a humorous, sarcastic, obnoxious supporter of free speech and loved to portray himself as a truth-telling superhero, but only when it came to bashers.

Next, we had to follow certain guidelines on what we could say. We were urged to have an "answer" to every long's question, but we were to frame that answer in a way that ridiculed the questioner for asking such a question. However, we were never to use profanity or vulgarity because that would cause people to ignore us. We were to make fun of people, but in a civil way. The idea was to get "play," i.e. reaction from other posters. The more play we got, the more the room would be disrupted. Ignored posters get no play. One exception would be the hypsters since they were "defending" the stock against our onslaught, they got a little more leeway. People would side with the hypster because they thought he was real since he appeared to be on their side, but was really on ours, setting us up to disrupt the room. MoneyMade was quite good at this and gets paid very well.

I've worked on IDWD, VLO, AGII, QBID, BKMP for a few months now. In addition to the FogOfWar alias, I've used a few others on several other boards as well. I've used so many aliases that I can not remember the monikers or the passwords. I honestly lost track of everything. I stuck with FogOfWar because it was the one that got the most play from other posters.

In closing, I feel absolutely terrible about this. It's just awful how I've been part of a scam designed to cheat honest, hard-working people out of their investments all for the
benefit of a few wealthy people who already have enough money to last a lifetime.

These greedy people MUST be stopped. That's why I'm posting this before I leave. I want to make up for some of the damage I've done. I can't live with this lie anymore. You can't imagine how hard it is to look at myself in the mirror each morning knowing my job is to cheat and lie.

I have to go now, I'm too broken up to continue. I hope this confession can make up for my sordid deeds; I would urge everyone who reads this to inform as many people as you can. Only by shining the light of truth can we drive these rats back into the darkness from whence they came. Believe me, they don't want publicity.

Good luck and I hope all of you the best in your investment endeavors.

letitrideboy, my brain can't get from a to z on this thing. If I take the PR 'at face value' then there is no loan and PAIM is issuing notes (debentures) not warrants. I understand warrants, though. That would be too easy and we can't have that. Here's the thing (doing a little cut and paste from PR)...

"As an example, a shareholder owning 1,000,000 common shares will keep 100,000 common shares and receive a debenture with a face value of $900 due and payable in 5 years without interest. Any time during the 5 years, the holder will be entitled to convert the debenture to 90,000 common shares."

Now, EVERYONE PLEASE!!! correct the flaws in my thinking here, because I am in big on this and going in bigger if I can get more at 1 (before and after this 'event' occurs)...

Example...

I own 1,000,000 sh at .0001 = $100 pre-event.

On pay date, I own 100,000 sh + hold a note for $900 (if held for 5 years) = $910 if pps on record date is .0001.

>>> Which brings up another issue (don't ya love it?)... If the pps stays at .0001, would the 'removal' of 90% of shares result in a pps of .001 instead, same as a RS?

Moving on...
The way I see it, you only lose if you convert the debenture (note) before maturity, effectively giving yourself a reverse split. If the pps goes way up, peeps would be entering the market at their own timing, not dumping all at once, and a self-inflicted RS may be financially beneficial compared to ONLY $900. Does anyone else see the irony in this? And, if I convert on the market, PAIM doesn't have to pay the $900 after 5 years.

Let's see, another question... How do short postitions factor into this? Do they shell out the $900 face value of the note... get a UOme $900 instead of an IOU $900?

So, I'm thinking (which isn't necessarily a good thing in itself) that I don't lose a thing, especially if pps goes to .001 on fewer shares - I would have 100K at .001 = $100 (original investment) + note for $900.

OK, open to all opines on this...

hmm I head read the PR yesterday and I hadn't seen where they said anything about the shareholders taking a note or a debenture them selves, I just remember them using a debenture for money to buy back shares! I shall go back and read it hm

hmm wow I guess I had read a cut out of somebody else and didn't see that part of the PR. Just sounds like funk! The only way I think you will pay off is if anytime in that five years the stock goes above .001, in which case you could cash it in and have a good sell at whatever market was. But question being, are they doing this to reduce the shares....and then use shares to pay for things and flood the market while you are holdin the note...then if the stock never goes above .001 if I am not mistaken you would convert at a loss, which would keep you from ever converting? My brain hurts now

Yea, I think I'll sleep on this, but still going to look for more 1 shares tomorrow. (lol, edit that - Monday - how's that for excitement, pinks on Saturday?)

Honestly... peeps have been screaming dilution on this one from day one, but I know exactly what that volume activity is, and there are fewer and fewer MMs tossing the hot potatoes.

TT,
respect your forthright query. It's plain you're actually trying to figure the angles. In that light, let's say I'm also a business owner. True, you don't know me, other than my nick on a message board. But still, I'd like you to lend me $900, and I'll pay you back in five years. Really... no interest, but I'll pay you back...

As a business deal, wouldn't you be better off putting that dough in a CD or savings account? I mean, if you wanna help me out, that's great. But as a business deal .... ?

You ask, "would the 'removal' of 90% of shares result in a pps of .001....? "

Why would it? True, in a properly executed r/s, pps gets adjusted. May not stay at adjusted level very long, but it does get adjusted. In this case, the question essentially is, "Will 'locking up' those shares reduce the float?" I think I'm following...

But then I must ask, well, why would it? It's hard to sell now, right? I mean, aren't they effectively locked-up now? If you put 90% in a shoe-box, how does that "empower" your other 10% ?

On the flip side, given that the company has unlimitted authorized shares, what's to prevent more hitting the market?

make sense?

Ask yourself these questions:

1) has the CEO or company *ever* done anything to inspire confidence?

2) can anyone explain the mechanics of shorting something at .0001?

3) given an international "track-record," why would a company elect to charter in Wyoming--because of the unlimitted authorized shares, maybe?

best wishes,

-- tex

Buytex, all the zeroes on pinksheets are making me nuts - gonna go maul a brown bear after supper.

I'll strike an interest-free contract with any business owner that wants to borrow $90 now and pay $900 in 5 years. So, how much you need?

Yes, my pps scenario is in an imaginary world where MMs don't exist in their current state. Just hypothecating the effect of notes on pps. I like your terminology - 'empowered 10%'.

Why does the unlimited AS draw so much heat? Issued and outstanding is important, float (and ratio to O/S) is really all I watch. Companies use restricted shares to secure loans and services - shares that may never make it to the market, may never be part of the float. All companies do it, not just pinks. And I would expect increased shares (float) from PAIM before they are on their feet. To think any differently would be like giving a starving guy a credit card and telling him he can't use it to buy food. I'm willing to extend trust for sound fiscal management on their part (ex: let's not have a block party on that credit card).

Anyway, I appreciate your input on this. Need food and then gotta go find that bear.

[Cool] From Millionaires website:

PAIM has updated thier Website
STATEMENTS OF INCOME AND RETAINED EARNINGS FOR THE NEXT FIVE YEARS IS THERE.
They have a five year plan, and if followed this company could be worth big bucks?
Maybe these debentures are a gold mine themselves, for the people who have the patience to hold.

I wish Pearl would just dig for gold. That sounds fun to me, better than my job. If they mined even 1 ounce of fine gold this stock would head up, way up.

Whatever fancy split scam they pull on their stock it will always be shorted down to 0.0001 instantly. In the past year, they have done 2 forward splits and 1 reverse. Each split resulted in the great pps of 0.0001. These guys need to take a break. If its dumping shares they want to do, why dont they just issue gold mining prs? They can go ahead and lie or whatever, who is really going to check? Then we can head up.

Pearl,

these botched splits and divies are never going to work. Find gold now. You have all of our permission here on allstox to lie. We know your heart is clean and in the right place. Issue gold prs now. Lie if you need to.

Excellent point, Mu, and totally agree (except for allowing lies). PAIM did release drill test results, though, but not my bailiwick (meaning I don't know how to interpret the data).

Did you know that an afternoon's work, a gold pan, and an Alaskan creek will yield gold? It's always good summer fun for the kids, too. They come home with a vial of gold flakes and nuggets, show it off, then throw the vial in their room somewhere. My first week in Alaska, went fishing at a nearby creek and picked up a visible gold nugget (about 1/2 inch rounded). I would imagine this is still possible in the lower 48, if govt regs don't prevent it.

There's some hurdles, though. First, you have to be able to buy the goldpan. Second, you need transportation to the source. Third, you need permissions or rights. The larger the scale, the more difficult the hurdles.

I know there is gold in the Philippines, and I'm betting on the local company versus the larger foreign companies to make it happen. There's a lot of hurdles in that country - and because of bandits, the overlooked metals still make this attractive.

More Alaskan factoid... Years ago, a fine man was murdered, leaving behind 9 children. He trusted a few peeps enough to show them his bag of gold nuggets. I'm sure you can figure out the details and possibly see why I mention it.

BuyTex, does that scare you away from this stock? For now, it's still 30B - peeps had fun throwing the preferred trillions count into that, but the common is still 30B.

Out of control O/S or float would definately be the stupidest move this company could make, now or later. It's hard to hide, though, and I would be the first out the fire exit. That's why I maintain that I'm willing to extend trust (once) for sound fiscal management.

Geez, I'm starting to sound like a pumper even to myself. That's not my intention - an investor first, a trader second. I sure would like to know if anyone has experience with another stock offering cds and how it affected trading afterwards.

One can contact the TA to get the current OS.

Ive tried.

But it doesnt matter bcs. the pps will remain 0.0001.

What I was saying before is that pearl should just make up fictional prs like all pinks do. Pearl needs to make up gold. What would they do to her?

Oh, what the heck - in for a penny, in for a pound.

Buytex, here's a link to a letter that will help explain the mechanics of CEBEs on a .0001 stock. It would make a long post, but worth the read. The damage is done on PAIM, but the cycle is self-promulgating.

http://www.sec.gov/rules/proposed/s72303/jdcosta012204.htm

And Mu, I agree. WalMart crystal ball says PAIM's pps will stay .0001 until they show off that gold or go insolvent - cd or no cd.

Tick, I kinda follow it...he *does* ramble on, doesn't he? Anyway, doesn't apply to pennies, if he's talking about traders. And even with non-pennies, a trader would have to be in collusion with a broker willing to go along with such a scheme. Otherwise, the sale would simply a normal short, with the trader accountable for the shares the broker borrowed on the trader's behalf.

ditto on that ramble...

It does a good job of explaining the mechanics and the cyclic nature, though - better than I can. It applies to all stocks, all exchanges. How does a trader (retail) naked short any stock? Our 'saviors' (sp?) are MMs/brokers. Once the mechanics are understood, these sub-pennies become transparent.

You know something is broken when the sho list grows daily, and that's on fully reporting companies. I was glad to see that SEC ruling making last-in the first-out the only acceptable accounting practice. If it takes 5 days to make the list and 5 days to leave the list, then there shouldn't be so many that come off one day and back on two days later. That ruling should help.

rocco33, that was rather generic of you. This 'you all' owns PAIM. This 'you all' is buying more PAIM - this week and after this PR'd cd event. This 'you all' appreciates all opinions, even yours 'you all'. You 'you all' misunderstand our 'you all' conversation.

Opposing opinion gives me 'you all' avenues to research, even your 'you all' post - except that I 'you all' already have that info.

Wow, how is it that you all keep going back and forth about the OS for this company?

Buytex 'you all' is referring to the current A/S, not the current O/S. Buytex 'you all' is pointing out that the current A/S could become the current O/S in the future. I 'you all' have credit cards with no limit. I 'you all' would be bleeding all over the floor if a moment of irresponsibility kicked in. The current A/S is one point where my 'you all' personal experience may be skewing my 'you all' judgment. However, as previously stated, I 'you all' will extend trust (once) for PAIM's sound fiscal management.

Now, go back a page and read my 'you all' query and see if you 'you all' can shed any light on the subject. Don't come in here and call us 'you all' bashers! Bring something to the table!
