I would have to say that PAIM has cost me more money than DDSI ever will. Watch and see.

Interesting...

D designation: A new issue of an existing stock. (Often the result of a reverse split.)

Z designation: Miscellaneous situations such as a second class of warrants, a fifth class of preferred stock, a stub, a foreign preferred when-issued, or any unit, receipt, or certificate representing a limited partnership interest.

I read on i-hub that scottie is handling manually, as they got a cert for all their clients, which will take 6-8 more weeks to get individual clients' certs...

Preferred are better. Common is also good--might pay a dividend . Price of gold will continue to increase with the increase of oil. Preferred stock will be able to cash in after 5 years with GREAT PROFITS. THe common stock is prime for another run to .001 in the short term.

Pearl Asian Mining Industries Contracts ********** For Short Sale Data To Be Used In A Squeeze Trigger Report Designed To Combat Naked Short Selling In PAIM
Tuesday April 18, 6:00 am ET

MANILA, Philippines--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 18, 2006--Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. (OTC Symbol: PAIM - News) announced today that it hired and signed a contractual agreement with **********. The service will be used for 3 months starting on April 18, 2006 and ends on July 18, 2006.

********** is a research service designed to combat short selling and naked short selling in US stocks. ********** is to provide unique research to give insight into short selling in PAIM stock. The ********** Squeeze Trigger Report has general information about the short activity in Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. shares from every US stock market dating back to January 1, 2005. The Squeeze Trigger database collects individual short trade data on over 7,000 NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ stocks and general short trade data on nearly 8,000 OTC BB and OTC Pink Sheet Market quoted stocks. The **********'s proprietary "Squeeze Trigger Report" alerts shareholders and prospective shareholders to the exact price that a short squeeze can start in any US stock. This not only serves as a method to combat existing naked short sellers but also as a deterrent to future short selling in the shares of a stock. Each month for 3 months, ********** will issue a Squeeze Trigger Report alerting Wall Street as to the approximate short selling activity in PAIM shares and the exact price at which a short squeeze is expected to begin. This Report will be provided to all PAIM investors / shareholders and institutions free of charge.

Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. will have access to the price and approximate volume of short sale transactions in its stock from every stock market venue in the U.S. ********** has a proprietary algorithm that calculates the exact price that all the shorts will start losing money in their trades. Once PAIM's shareholders, prospective shareholders, and Wall Street know this number, a virtual battlefield of BULLS vs. BEARS will be staged and BULLS will know for the first time in history, the exact time to strike against the BEARS.

The information contained herein is not guaranteed by ********** to be accurate, and should not be considered to be all-inclusive. Pearl Asian will pay a $2,985.00 data fee ($995 per month for 3 months) information provided in this report. The data service can be cancelled at any time.

Looks like a desperate attempt to pump this thing. With a 30 billion O/S and no gold/revenue 'til the end of the year, this is a "radar" stock at the moment, at best. That being said, you never can predict what PR will send a sub penny on a small run.

Theres more.

On my Ameritrade web page, it shows 100B shares PEARL ASIAN MINING IND INC PFD CONTRA DO NOT SELL.

But on my real time command center, it cannot display
that many shares. It shows 2.147B shares, which I think is 2^31 for you math heads.

I luv pinky gold mines that actually have gold.

Do you think the preferred will be tradeable and get it's own symbol or do you have to trade them in if you want the common share conversion?

PAIM - Now a subpenny stock. Who would have guessed RA would allow this to happen. Maybe he is allowing the price to continue to drop so he can load up before his next BS PR.

I fully agree with all those holding PAIM shares . After reading all the post ....I see people descussing and providing thought into the pro's and cons of many stocks . But the bashers seem to contribute neither proffessional attitude or willingness to except factual information on PAIM . Todays PR clearly shows once again ....that PAIM is fully prepared to show consistant protection and backing of it's share holders as the share holders back PAIM . It's easy to read the blue print PAIM is designing for itself and it's share holders .Buy in at this level and help finance the beginning excavations to then process and distribute ....And these share holders will be among the most heavily rewarded as operations procceed to establish an increasing revenue stream . This is a clear and remarkable find for us ....I am very pleased and proud to be among PAIM share holders . [Smile] [Smile] [Big Grin]

I'm still waiting for my measily 8,000,000,000 share dividend. Any time now i guess. Scotturd seems to run behind on that stuff.
Are we supposed to request certs for that. I think it's what Pearl recommended isn't it?

Call it ignorance or whatever you choose, but can someone explain how this stock can trade below .0001 when that is the lowest we can go?
