According to Climax year end report posted on their website, they had a net loss of 1.5mm. applied to shares that was a net loss of .004 per share. It appears that they have 350mm shares o/s. Its like comparing apples to oranges. Climax Mining 350mm share price, .40. Paim 30bb share price, .0001. TMAN...

Climax Mining symbol is CLXMF. Go to WED SITE: MINING in The Philippines. Also Climax Mining Ceo was on the Business Channel discussing Mining in the Phillippines. The Islands are loaded with GOLD. The only problem is to get roads built. PAIM and Climax will make lots of money when they sell gold to the U.S. and Japan. There are many uses of gold. One use is in gold conductors for NASA. BUY LOW AND SELL HIGH is the first lesson of investing!!!

Very well said jellybean. I'm sick of bashers on this stock. If they don't like the stock, stop talking about it. You gave your point on the stock, and thats it, no need to keep bashing.

PAIM is the real deal. It's just a matter of time and patience.

What do the bashers hope to gain?

Is PAIM heading down from here?

Do they want to buy it at a lower price?

Its funny how when someone questions someone else about what they have said or stated as fact or used comparisons they are the dreaded basher, but if someone throws out information that is "positive" they are NOT labeled a pumper. So curious. TMAN...

I think it may be frustration of losing money, buying into the d/d they do and the hype they hear. Feeling like they are doing someone a favor by commenting. That time of month, hell I dont know.
I dont normally bash stocks even though there are a few I wanted to due to frustration of selling to early or hanging on to long. I guess its human nature to have other people feel like crap when you do. TMAN...

My only concern that would involve the price being able to go lower has been addressed by Pearl already, that would be a R/S. She stated that it wouldnt happen and I sure hope that it dont, I'm holding big empty bags from PCCN/PCCE.

Have any of you tried to contact the company pearlasian at thier web site? I wanted to do a little more dd and emailed them with questions and concerns at the contact they have listed and it came back undeliverable.

Theres a lot gold in the philipines . Silver and other metals too. Gold and silver are going up at a nice pace .Watching the PAIM thread is simple to understand . The price is incredibly low and it's a great time to position in it . The company now requires time to move forward . All investors need to do is wait . But you can see many don't even want to wait a small amount of time and become bashers . Thats all ...These are people that just can't sit still . [Cool]

Feeling a little better than I did yesterday, dont know what the undeliverable response was all about but had this in my in box this AM. Only thing I dont like about it is the fact that she is only using a hotmail account. With 30m shares PAIM should be able to afford a little more than that as their company contact email address.

Dear Shareholder,

If you decide you would like to hold your certificate, just order it from your brokerage firm.

Check in a week or two and it should be in your account. They may ignore your order for the certificate if they don't already see your shares in your account, so wait till then to request it.

sincerely,

Pearl

I have been a shareholder for a while now and am just wondering when and how the preferred shares are going to get to me. Also how will it work with the conversion? I would like to hold my shares for the 5 years and would like to know what steps I have to do to get that ball rolling.

Thanks, ************* - Boise Idaho

I found this on another board, hope this guy is a stand up character.
----------------------------------------
Good Morning Members. This is Rick, Investor Relations Person for Pearlasian mining co. Paim
I would like to take second of your time & tell you I have been made aware of some of the Posting going on in some of the boards on the Internet, this being 1 of them.
I know as in all stocks PS, Blue Chip what ever there are some on both side of the fence-pro & con.so let me tell you about & how I became involved with Pearl & Paim.
Back on Jan 9th 06, I bought my 1 batch of shares & have made 2 more buys since, the last being March 15th AFTER the Deadline for the Dividend payout. It was during Jan I noticed there was not much to find out about CURRENT EVENTS on PAIM.
I contacted 'PEARL' at her home & we began what was to become & REMAINS a true friendship founded on TRUST, FRANKNESS OF SPEECH & OUR GOALS in life. I told pearl there wasn’t much info
out there & that some of the things I found I really didn’t fully understand as they were written. We found it was just the way we talked about things and found that in talking on the Phone we had NO problem understanding each other’s points of view or Goals. In the following weeks more calls back & forth to each other would lead to my current Position as the I.R. person for the company. I asked only 1 thing before Excepting the job,
1.-Honesty.My job consists of assisting with press release’s, Talking to shareholders both in E-mails & by Phone and seeing that The PR's are properly released in a context of words that all people can understand. SIMPLE ENGLISH.
And for this I am PAID each Friday, directly to my Bank.
I also asked for a New WIRELESS LAPTOP & Cell phone, paid for by the company. Both I HAVE received. I also receive a nice amount of SHARES in the Company every 3 months. I have already received my 1st allotment.
Ok now to the Present- Some shareholder here for some reasons of their own think Paim might be a SCAM.I cannot tell you what to believe or think. I do NOT, not now or ever or I would not be here. Some had tried to connect Pearl with some shady deals or scams in the Past. I have asked her about this & she has Categorically Denied any connection. Thats good enough for me as I could not find any DOCUMENTED PROOF from any court records, nor from a connection at the SEC of any past or present cases involving Pearl. End of search. Case CLOSED for me on that subject. Now to the PRESENT -Pearl has told or asked I might say for me to get a Passport so I will be ready to go with the BOD & HER to the PHILLIPPINES in APRIL, 2006 to see all the progress they are making on OUR, HERS -YOURS & MINE COMPANY.PAIM. We will be meeting with locals & going to SEE the XYZ MINE, I DO have permission to take PICTURES of EVERYTHING & we will be putting those in a PR based on our trip. Pearl & I have talked about keeping all shareholders updated on any news & progress & I think you would agree she has done a super Job so far & I am sure will continue to do so. I can tell you pearl is there now conducting Paim business & I expect to hear from her soon. So to wrap this up, I do go on some times-I would like to ask each & every shareholder 1 favor-GIVE PEARL & PAIM A CHANCE.
Wait before you pass any judgment or form an opinion on either to see what happens in the very near future. Give the proper time needed to get the DIVIDEND out to you & know that there are ongoing discussions in management pertaining to current affairs. To those in this board that post negative things or don't believe in us, move on with life its to short to waist.
I don't want nor will I argue with you nor will I even reply to any negative post. I TRUST PEARL 110 % & I BELIEVE IN PAIM.
To all the Positive thinkers I on behalf of the company thank you for your support & I’m looking towards a POSITVE & PROSPEROUS FUTURE with PEARL IN PAIM. Thank you.

Richard C Miller.

Found this article, originaly posted in the Manila Times oct 10, 2005, interesting read. No mention of Pearl which I do find somewhat strange. If anyone else wants to browse the paper it is on-line at manilatimes.net.

This week, Benjamin Philip Romualdez hosts the 6th Asia Pacific Mining Conference and Exhibition for some 300 delegates. He does so in his capacity as president and CEO of Benguet Corp., president of the Chamber of Mines and president of the Asean Federation of Mining Associations.

The meeting is a milestone because it seeks to project the Philippines as an inviting place for the mining industry. It caps some 12 road shows conducted by the Chamber of Mines and the government in 10 countries in the last 12 months.

The last time a mine was opened in the Philippines was 17 years ago. Funded, managed and operated by industry giant Benguet Corp., Dizon Copper-Silver Mines in San Marcelino, Zambales, became the darling of the stock market, bringing awesome windfall to Benguet, the Dizon family and stockbrokers. In 1997 just before the Asian crisis, the copper mine stopped operations and Benguet incurred losses and had to restructure its loans to avoid default. It also went into the water business and real-estate development.

Benguet’s saga, says Philip Romualdez, “reflects what happened to the Philippine mining industry.” His response to the industry’s doldrums: Revive mining.

“We thought that to revive Benguet, we had to revive mining,” he explains. Recent developments favor his game plan. Prices of precious meals are at their historic highs. And the Supreme Court ruled in February that foreigners can participate 100 percent in mining. The decision, says Romualdez, “is a watershed for the industry.”

“We’ve had some inroads in our mining activities in the last 18 months or so,” he relates. A third development is President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo’s focus on mining as a saving grace of her administration. She has approved a minerals action plan intended to put on stream some 23 major mining projects. “It is a terrific plan that will implement all that is provided for in the Mining Act,” gushes former ambassador and foreign secretary Delia Albert, now the presidential adviser on mining with a virtual Cabinet rank. She is pushing for an interagency one-stop shop on mining.

The plan, she assures, will solve “the disconnect between the national government policy and what should be done at the local government level.” After the disaster with Marcopper, many local communities are wary of mining activities for its adverse impact. Marinduque province finally sued Placer Dome of Canada for the Marcopper’s damage.

The industry is seeing a boom. Mining has been the best performing sector of the Philippine Stock Exchange this year. The mining index doubled in value in just a year.

“The industry is poised for a strong economic takeoff based on a reinvigorated mining industry,” gushed President Arroyo in February after the landmark Supreme Court ruling. Her optimism is based on two factors, one, the Philippines is the fifth mineralized country in the world and two, it is close to China, world’s biggest market for minerals. Arroyo sees mining as a way out of poverty.

Environment Secretary Michael Defensor sees “a golden era for the mining industry which will create vast economic benefits while giving paramount consideration to the protection of the environment at every stage.” He predicts mineral exports could further rise to $1 billion a year from $800 million last year.

Twenty-three mining projects in the pipeline have potential value of $90 billion. The country’s minerals are worth $840 billion.

Two new mines—a copper, gold, silver and zinc operation on the Bicol Peninsula run by Lafayette NL of Australia and the Coral Bay nickel project by Japan’s Sumitomo Mining and Nissho Iwai Corp. on the western island of Palawan, had begun production over the past year.

Romualdez says at least $345.7 million had been invested in mining over the past year, mainly on mine construction. The amount could rise to $500 million this year, he says. Fresh capital created up to 55,000 new jobs, including 20,000 direct-hires by mining firms, he estimates.

Among the big new mining projects are: the Palawan nickel project at Coral Bay with an initial investment of $179 million; Rapu-Rapu polymetallic of Lafayette Philippines, $39.12 million; Didipio Copper-Gold of Australasian Philippines Mining Inc., $33.7 million; Canatuan Gold of TVI Resources, $24 million; Far Southeast Gold of Lepanto Consolidated Mining Co., $11.6 million; Masbate Gold of Filminera Resources, $11.57 million; and Akle Cement of Eagle Cement Corp., with $11 million.

During the doldrums years of mining, investments ranged from $10 million to $20 million yearly.

Benguet itself is talking with over 50 foreign mining firms to raise capital for its King-King gold and copper property in Campostela Valley.

Philip, 44, the second of four children of Benjamin “Kokoy” Romualdez, has a BA in policy studies at Darmouth and an MA in history at Oxford.

No one needs to make a laughable atempt at pumping or bashing paim . Paim is a great investment at these prices and a little time is all they ask for .So give it to them . Let paim do it's job ......Stop trying to crap all over them before they get off the ground . Baby bashers need a binky .......not a board to rant lies on .

lol, y'al--just stick to facts...

no reason to label the IR guy "pino's brother"

also no reason to overlook his rather obvious shortcomings.

why get all emotional?

I think its interesting to compare the PAIM gold find with other gold cos.

Notice that PAIM has found almost 100g/ton, which is the highest ive ever seen.

Tara has found only less than 1g/ton.

Tara ***********************************************
Apr 6, 2006 -- (Other OTC:TRGD.PK - News) Tara Gold Resources Corp. is pleased to announce that an initial payment of US$62,500 has been made to acquire 100% interest in 4 concessions known as the Lluvia De Oro Gold Property, totaling approximately 589 Hectares. The property is located in the state of Sonora, in northern Mexico. Lluvia de Oro was designed as a large tonnage, low-grade gold operation. The property currently includes one open pit, two heap leach pads and a gold recovery plant. Further payments totalling U.S. 3,937,500 over 4 years are required to complete the purchase.

Under Great Lakes Minerals Inc. the facility entered into production in May 1996, and was later operated by Santa Cruz Gold Inc. ("Santa Cruz") and finally by Compania Lluvia de Oro S.A. de C.V.

The mine had an anticipated average production rate of 25,000 ounces per/year from an initial reserve of 4.6 million tonnes grading 0.82g Au/t or 121,000 ounces. Exploration drilling delineated an additional higher-grade resource of approximately 4.5 million tonnes grading 0.95g Au/t along the same structure. Tara Gold is developing a plan to enhance current knowledge through a technical review and is reviewing options for re-initiating mining and production.

Mr. Francis Biscan Jr., President of Tara Gold Resources, stated, "Tara is currently focused on acquiring additional near-production properties, increasing cash flow and aggressively expanding existing gold and silver resources. Lluvia de Oro meets all these criteria. We are going to work aggressively towards bringing the Lluvia plant back to production status and expanding the existing resource through exploration. We are considering several options to meet this goal, including partnerships."

About Tara Gold Resources Corp.

my point is that TRGD has not and will never make any money off of these lousy <1g/ton gold claims. This is why they were able to buy them for nothing.

I see a huge potential for PAIM therefore, at 94g/ton. 94g/ton is so high there must be obvious gold nuggets.
