MANILA, Philippines--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 2006--Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. (OTC:PAIM - News) Reports: that the 90% buy-back is now more than 99% complete. All the shareholders that opt to convert their certificates to common shares must follow the process of converting the Preferred Shares and Convertible Debentures. The remaining shares subject of the 90% buy-back that have not been surrendered have stop transfers in place and will be automatically cancelled on Sept. 1, 2006 with the 10% new stock certificates and the 90% CDs issued to replace the remaining fractional percentage, completing the buy back. COMMON SHARES A). Common shares issued up to June 15, 2006 Par Value =$0.001 were subject to the 90% buy-back. B). Upon completion of the common shares buy- back, the total outstanding public float of common shares will be fewer than 3 billion. C). the above PR seems like good news, no? hopefully this helps it rebound. Not sure when MM's will decide to let this go. Maybe it just needs some attention? Been waiting awhile for this BIG RUN to happen!
It doesnt seem like it will ever hit .005 again anytime soon, but .003 seems to be very reachable!

(OTC:PAIM) reports that: The Golden Team, together with the KAHIB Higaonon Tribe Indigenous People, continue to work hard in developing a 7-kilometer new access road using a bulldozer, from the town of Sta. Cruz to Binasan gold mine site. This has been a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week road development project led by Civil Engineer Mike Penalosa. I'm not a math wiz kid, but I do have a calcualtor. If PAIM has 500 metric tons stockpiled and ready for processing, that means at .51 oz./ton; or 255 ounces of gold. At current bid price for gold $634/oz. = $161,670, correct? It's a start!

well, they are producing around over 100k of revenue soon .. but it only costs the shareholders 10 millions of dollars.. well at less they are earning money!!

have a few from .0006/7 back a while ago. I keep thinking of paiv. i won't sell now because paiv bursted from nothing to about .007-9, then settled .003-.004, and went to .20 a few months later. now a similar situation would be great! nobody thought paiv would do that!! who knows what paim can do!? I think all the MM manipulation is done with. If we keep getting good news, this will last long. Ask at .0028; we may see .003 again today. Overall, this is definitely going in the right direction.

I'm so pissed! Nothing was happening with this stock but desension and all the charts were says all support levels were gone and so I sold out at .0011 for a cute little loss from .0034 grrrr.. What is going on here
