Frank Olsen whether people believe it or not is a scam artist. He has lied, manipulated, mislead. Period end of story. No doubt about it. He is a flat out liar, and through varioud chats with people maybe BI POLAR. I will put a disclaimer on that, as that is only my opinion and only what i have heard. I have no records of him being bi polar.
I have yet to substantiate with other helpers in this yet, but we have reason to believe there have been in the past and present paid pumpers, friends of Frank, kids of Frank, company insiders post on various message boards continuing to suck investors in. There is no proof of this yet, that i have been made awareof.
Now with all this being said, i have ONLY revelead the information about Franks record out of anger. I truely am pissed off at Frank. NO i will not be sued for slander as I have his Criminal Record in hand. Others have seen it as well, and can back me up on this, i am not a 1 man show.
I wish i would have found all this out sooner. With QBID, it is almost a pschological game that has been played with us, dangling the carrot in front of us, allowing us to hold on for 1 more week, and wakeing up every morning wondering if this is the day QBID turns around. There is something that keeps us coming back, keeps us holding on.

Marty there are over 5000 shareholders on record according to a statement that Frank made last summer.
so my point is this is not a 1 hour run on a commercial DVD burner.
this would be a couple day process in my honest opinion.

Well, most Western European languages (the Romance languages--- Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, etc---) all stem from Latin. Although Latin is not used as a communicative everyday language, it is found in a lot of professional fields. (Medical and Law among others)

hello everyone...i have read the past 5 or 6 pages of posts and i was wondering.....doc and imac went to the studios for info...but it wasn't what we were expecting...instead of pumping more money into this stock blindly..why not all chip in a couple of dollars each and get either a la accountant or lawyer to give q a 5 day notice and inspect the books and such and get a report from someone who is outside the circle and has nothing to lose or gain...get the unbias truth...just an idea..what do you people think......

It's a good idea that this needs to be done but getting a group of board posters to join together simply doesn't work. Now a person can get a few posters together here and there to bash another poster. That already happens such as posters that are NOT member rated having member rated posters give a particular poster a bad rating but forget banding together for the common good for all investors. JMHO

Go there, it costs like 8 cents per page or something. We found his Social Security # from the 100+ lawsuits filed against him in civil court, that we were all talking about back in november i think it was.

he said that we were going to be Break even in jan 2006. WHO HERE BELIEVES THAT. In fact, who here thinks we are within 1.5M dollars of the 2M dollar burn rate. I do not have the straight facts, but through research I am VERY VERY confident this is a BLATENT lie. I lie that he cannot take back, and he knows he shouldnt have said it.
OHHH HOLD ON. sooo, everybody remember back in the day when i would speak with Richard from IR. HE repeatedly told me that Frank would tell him daily that the OS was the same from back in the last CC, which was like 9.5B. Then we find out that it was actually 44B. HE IS A LIAR. A BLATENT LIAR.

I still am watching QBID, i still own 980K shares, and have thought quite a bit recently of getting back in at .0001. I am sorta positive on the Business model of Q. i will say that me and you Rod, you remember, we used to on every new carriage figure out how many potential subs and everything they could have. We were figuring out about 10%. Well, that was one thing that made my jaw drop, and THE most disappointing thing i have reserached. lets just say that sub numbers are nowhere NEAR 10%.
If qbid does change things around and big things happen i probably will go all in again so i hope i still regain respect from many, as all i am doing is reporting FACTS against Olsen. I do fully expect from him to step down in the next 2 weeks, siting 1 of many reasons - health concerns.

I am still positive. And MT those are all really good points. Like I have said before, I won't discount the possibility of anything at this point, good or bad. The company is growing and becoming successful, and Frank has lied to us. Hopefully the demand for the product and the growth of the company can outstrip the mismanagement/miscommunication of Frank.
I have written this investment off even with my new money that has gone in. It is a waiting game now. We don't know the truth until we get a real audit, and we don't even know the audit is coming out until we actually see it.
Something has to happen soon, with no bid they can't even dilute. So we are approaching a turning point. Frank can r/s, or hopefully growth and subs coming in can outstrip the need for selling more shares.
So for now, this is all entertainment. Since I am not prepared to sell, the only option is to be hopefully optimistic. Being pessimistic puts me in a bad mood, and I am the only one that can decide if I am having a good day or a bad day, not Frank.

R/S? Okay let us say that happened and it was big enough to gain NASDAQ listing, $5. Not that it would get NASDAQ listing because there are other requirements.
If my math is correct, 1/50,000 R/S would bring .0001 PPS to $5 PPS.
Okay, instead of $100 value for 1,000,000 shares you would have 20 shares valued at $100 ($5 each).
Now this would rock on a bit then the PPS "may" rise a bit or start slipping but that's not the point.
Now TMM needs fresh money so what does Frank do? Well what he has been doing all along, print more shares. =more dilution, AS NOW.
10 to 20 times higher than QBID and the company no loner exists, bankrupt, gone.
What happened? Some of the officers got together and bought out it's assets in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for pennies on the dollar, the court allowed it and the "old stock" shareholders were left with nothing, DTIIQ.PK, but worthless paper, and that worthless paper still trades.
What is scary is that QBID is worth less than a worthless company, per share.

Yes MJM, i found this information out late in the game, only about 3 weeks ago, and im sorry i had not found out earlier.
I mean, Davidjanas, this guy truely does speak with Frank, and does report back what he is told. He is not a liar, but is thought of on the message boards as a reckless pumper because Frank lies to his face and tells him, the "audit is coming out on friday, etc."
i am not here to bash on the company, as we are already at friggen NO bid x .0001. i am looking to get back in if some things are put in place. I know this is all hard to comprehend or think that i have an agenda or whatever. I know nothing really can be done at this point, all i ask for is your respect. I do not post these things for any other reasons than that i am pissed off at Frank and i feel the shareholders need some realization on what has been/could be going on.
