Good Afternoon to all the inhabitants of “Q-Land”. I have taken a few days to read and think about Imaknony’s (IMM) and Doc’s “adventure” to Burbank. I first want to give my profound thanks to these men. They were the ones who stepped up and did something. We all just talked and as someone said, talk is cheap. Both of these men have shown us that they are strong in their beliefs and determined in their intent. None of us were happy with the information flow from Frank and these men did something about it. They took their time, money and effort for us all. Sure doing it for themselves is one thing, but doing it for the good of others also is something else. I’m very disappointed in those who have taken pot shots at those who had the courage to act verses talk. I have a lot to say and this will be long and in several parts.
It seems that some on this board do not understand what they read. Doc was the first to post and it was very clear, IMO, that he had to be careful what he said. Their release of information has been slow which is indicative of caution. Put yourself in their shoes. They are in the middle between the company and its investors. I’m, for one, glad they are cautious. I want the right information, and if they can’t give certain information then they have demonstrated that they can communicate it without directly saying it, thus they stay out of trouble. We need to give then their respect; after all they are the ones walking the tightrope.
In Doc’s first post about their “adventure”, he compared the workforce to the last time he was there on Oct. 11th 2005. That was 3 months ago. “Compared to last fall, there are twice as many staff there, all very busy and proud to be a part of "Q". The place is a buzz, they have added 3-4 new sets for upcoming shows (no names mentioned) yet for those shows.” The workforce doubled!!! 3-4 new sets! A Bee Hive of activity! They are not boarding up the windows and unscrewing the light bulbs! What we see are sure signs of an expanding and succeeding company.
“The place appears to be running more smoothly. On my last tour I did not get to visit the suites upstairs, but today I did. Geez state of the art, the equip must be worth a bundle.” They have gotten their act together and becoming more efficient. I know someone who has also seen the upstairs and it is the latest in digital technology. Yes, worth a bundle or two.
“It is my understanding that Richard Brown will be located in Burbank in approx 3 weeks and will operate out of Burbank.” Praise the Lord and pass the information. This is another very positive move by Frank. Watch out Richard your becoming reachable! I see this as a step toward transparency.
“There was a meeting today at "Q" with the Reps from the Gay Games and the production crew.” Q is making sure they do it right! This has huge ramifications for Q’s future and us.
“I promise that I will get as much information out as I can, just very tired tonight, although I arrived in Burbank yesterday at 430PM I did not get to bed until after 230AM this morning and up again at 600AM this morning. ” It would have been a long day for any of us. This also gives Doc and Monkey (a term of endearment!) time to formulate their thoughts and sort out what they can and can’t say along with how and when… no easy task!
Nothing negative, thank God. No numbers, no audit. Just the peripheral, but these all pointed to a successful company that is expanding. From the employee’s standpoint, they can see the brass ring and they are going for it. The sweet smell of success is in the air.
Later on the 12th by Doc. “First of all, "Q" has to get a carrier to take their programming, then the carrier has an intro period in the new area. "Q" has to pay for promos and if the carrier charges customers for programming it is not likely that "Q" sees any of the money that the carriers call set up fees.
So while "Q" has to provide the programming for trial, the carrier gets new subs and build a base for the station. Depending on the carrier agreement, the sub money starts to flow to "Q" after a 90 day trial. So folks guess what it takes money to create new programming and to keep it going.” I do know that every region we open up costs Q between 100k and 200k in start-up costs.
IMM… “Im holding and adding more at these prices,” and “At this time i want my buy order to go through, we saw so much and got sooo many things to think about i need time to take it all in before i say more”. “ADDING MORE” and “I WANT MY BUY ORDER TO GO THROUGH”. Is this the time I start talking about Rocket Science??? It sure seems like IMM wants more shares now before something will cause the pps to GO UP! At this time, these two have more information then ANY of us and what are their actions with this stock? I’ve never met a man that doesn’t like money and their actions speak very loudly. “we saw so much and got sooo many things to think about i need time to take it all in before i say more”. Seems like IMM is being cautious and rightly so.
Jennifer’s Part One Summation
They only talked about the peripheral. They are being very cautious. IMM and Doc are at least holding their positions and, as of the last post above, IMM is adding immediately. If I’m lost in the forest and someone has better information on how to get out, I’ll follow his lead.
Warning!!! Part two out tomorrow. In the meantime, I’m going out and do the Happy Dance!

We see two different opinions coming to the same conclusion. Neither one of these men are pushovers: especially when one describes the other as “fiery as hell.” I would also think that a Medical Doctor would want as much real hard information to base his conclusions on and not a Nickel Tour filled with fluff. I’m willing to bet that Doc can tell the difference.
“I will post more information after I have had time to process it and I also want to talk with the "Q" lawyer once again about what I post.” Bingo! They both must be very cautious. So far we have limited information and for them to say much more they have to get Q’s lawyer to approve it.
“In the meantime, I am satisfied to hold and even add to my position. Take it for what it's worth.” Doc is talking to me! Did he say hold only? Did he say sell some or all? He did say earlier that he knows that anyone can buy it for .0002! I wonder how he found out? Maybe because he bought some?
Doc: “First of all when we arrived at "Q" we were given a NDA by Egan to sign and we were told that we would not attend any formal meetings unless we signed the agreement.” No formal meetings, but one can have informal conversations where much can be implied. Also, one can glean a ton of information by just being there.
“That would also include conversations that we may have overheard while in the studio.” There would be a good chance that they did overhear conversations. That maybe part of their reason to talk with Q’s lawyer.
“I am not going to say anymore about the trip to Burbank on the boards. But I will say that I am satisfied with what I saw and was told and I will be holding my position in QBID.” IMO, he feels he probably can’t/shouldn’t. Maybe that gray area stuff (lawyer?) where one should error on the side of caution. “I am satisfied” tells me a lot.
“I know that there are many of you who appreciate our efforts and to you guys, it will be Vegas time” IMO, he is telling me that all is well and our dream of making it in this stock will probably come true, although we all know that there are no guarantees in life.
“So unless I come across some other information or someone brings some creditable DD to the board that would indicate that I should sell. I will continue to be a long in QBID.” Same theme, he will hold while earlier he said that he might add.
IMM: “got alot more info then we have let out and for now im sitting on mine, we do have more meetings coming and at that time i will be signing there paper work to become an insider as long as they meet my needs as well”. IMM does have a lot more information, but seems cautious. They both will be meeting again with Q. It seems that this is an ongoing “adventure” for us all. So, what are IMM’s thoughts about QBID? “This is IMHO the time to buy”. Here we have a man who has more knowledge about Q then anyone else on the “outside” and he says buy! It is also the time for IMM to fess-up and tell everyone that Frank put a gun to his head and made him say that. In addition, IMM gets $1 a share for everyone that we now buy! IMM, are you ever in the bucks!!!
“I feel very good about were you will be in say 1 year, but it could be next week as well”. IMM gained so much knowledge about Q that he feels good about the future and that it could happen any day; remember, “At this time i want my buy order to go through”. That statement sounds like a man in a hurry. Sooner vs. later?
“You know maybe 15% of what took place on are trip to the Q. Just some food for the mind to ponder.” He is telling me that in what he has said is a message. He is telling me to carefully read his words and think about what he said.
Doc: “Right, we spoke to Richard numerous times via cell but he was not at the studio. He will be there in approx 3 weeks and be temp based there for what maybe up to 6 months. Right through the Gay Games. Must be expecting a lot of action with the stock and the company ” Good move by Frank. Richard would be invaluable in helping Q to mature as a company; this action may help to bring transparency sooner.
Jennifer’s Part Two Summation
IMO, these two are trying to tell us something. They both have stated many times that they are long; that they are holding and even adding or buying NOW. They both have a lot more information then what they have shared. They have been consistently cautious in what information they share. They both will be meeting more with the company. They both feel that the future for Q is bright. Q is moving forward at a fast pace with 3-4 new sets for new programs, the relocation of Richard Brown to Burbank, a much larger workforce and an emphasis on the Gay Games that is just starting to show on the “outside”. These men are obviously very comfortable with their investment in Q. We all hunger for more information. We probably will not get it outside of the normal communications from Q. We all know that that is limited at best, but we have had two of our own spend some time at Q and they have garnered enough information for them to stay and add. They probably can’t tell us too directly, but I feel that they have spoken volumes. To that end I am forever grateful. They get the first two cheesecakes in Vegas!
With some luck, we’ll get the audit inside the DVD.

Just for the fun of it, I thought I would toss my two cents worth of thoughts into the fray.
I’m in Q for the long haul because:
Q is an expanding company both in product and scope. Accelerating city coverage. Recent worldwide interest is impressive. This consists of syndicated shows AND the entire signal. Selectv. LOGO going beyond our boarders creates demand for Q by blazing the trail.
Q’s employee numbers are growing. People WANT to work for Q. An enthusiastic and vibrant work force. People are flocking to Q with new programming ideas.
The pps is in a disconnect from the company. Becoming transparent will help to resolve this.
New areas of opportunity have opened recently. Unforeseen revenue from the leasing of the studio. Revenue generated from NTI. Renting out the film library. Syndication, cable and Internet. (The potential of Mary Hartman) Frank has a way of finding new opportunities for asset growth and network expansion.
Q has a growing asset base. The Burbank Studio. NTI The film library. The Gay Games VII and first right of refusal for Gay Games VIII. QTN itself.
The audit being complete means the next step(s) can be taken. Publishing the audit makes TMM a voluntary reporting company. A certified audit makes TMM a transparent company. Another “layer” of investors are waiting for the above. Resolving the “shell” issue with the SEC becomes far easer. The above paves the way to become Fully Reporting with the SEC. Another “layer” of investor is realized. The next step is to make application to an exchange. Just making an application to an exchange would invite another “layer”. Major investor groups and investment newsletters have been watching Q. Their time to act is close at hand. Q has the potential of becoming the next “Darling of Wall Street”.
I would not be invested in a company if:
Employees were being laid off while others were leaving for greener pastures. Cutting pay and benefits to its employees. A downtrodden work force.
It was selling its divisions and/or reducing the scope of others.
Selling assets.
Withdrawing from their historic marketplaces.
Increasing its debt to “get by” from previous profitability. Rescheduling its debt. Y/Y losses keep widening.
Not developing any new products.
Cuts advertising budget and its presence in its industry.
An increase of negative press from its industry and public media.
Vendors becoming hesitant doing business with the company.
Loss of company vision.
