We don't know. Just working with worst case scenario for now as a base line until some numbers come out.

If my math is correct, 1/50,000 R/S would bring .0001 PPS to $5 PPS.
Okay, instead of $100 value for 1,000,000 shares you would have 20 shares valued at $100 ($5 each).
Now this would rock on a bit then the PPS "may" rise a bit or start slipping but that's not the point.
Now TMM needs fresh money so what does Frank do? Well what he has been doing all along, print more shares. =more dilution, AS NOW.

Did you actually read the post? That was the idea, anything could happen. We could have an r/s (bad) or the company could grow fast enough to make it on it's own (good)
Try to keep up
Who said I was responding to a post?
"anything could happen" Well duh!
Where do you see a r/s being "(bad)". My point was that a r/s may be incedental (without little effect) since "anything could happen" either way.
Even though the "company could grow fast enough to make it on it's own" does NOT mean that the GROSSLY diluted stock can or will show a PPS value worthy of didley especially with no assurances that there will be NO more A/S increases with or without a r/s.
"Try to keep up"(?) Who are you, the board AH?
LOL My bad. You started the post with a ? and I presumed that meant you were questioning the previous post. It sounds like we are arguing in a circle here each saying the same thing!
And I am not THE AH, just one of many!

A few years back I bought into HEC (Harkin Energy) which tanked and did a r/s. My financial advisor had already tried to get me to get rid of HEC and take a position in his choice. He got mad as HEC when I wanted to buy more HEC so I had to fire him. That's when I went to an internet broker and began doing my own. Best thing I ever did.
My HEC shares did well, I sold a portion at the Jan 2004 peak and that resulted in my remaining shares being FREE + a nice profit. I still hold those shares even though the PPS may rise and fall occasionally. Why should I care about HEC PPS, my remaining shares are free.
That is what I'm doing with QBID although it is a bit more diffucult. I sold the first at a loss but only to buy more at the low of which part I have already flipped at double.
My portfolio is up 22% THIS YEAR, is grossed at $515,084 and netted at $445,861, diversified (equities, commodities, physical precious metals) and I don't need no stinking financial advisor (FA).
BTW my ex FA's stock choice BK.
Don't be too hard on the old FA! If he is an actual FA and not just a broker he has to play it more conservative and not recommend anything too risky. I have a couple of clients that self manage, I just have them sign a waiver and I focus on the other stuff.
Congrats on the year, and hopefully we will all do well with this one!

The way I read this write-up is that Q Television has syndicated The Queer Edge out already. Boy I'm starting to believe Frank has alot of cards he has'nt played yet. If anything this means REVENUES . Here is the quote from that write-up.
"Also available is the newly acquired comedy talk show The Queer Edge, which airs on the Q Television Network, with 50 available episodes".
Now look at thier client list, pretty impressive if I do say so myself.
Cinamour Entertainment's acquisitions team scours every major film festival including Sundance, Toronto, Slamdance, L.A. Independent Film Festival, AFI, Hollywood Film Festival, and the Independent Feature Film Market in New York in search of quality films .

Forget QBID.OB unless you are lucky to flip it from .0001 to .0002 (or .0003) which is unlikely. I have did it but it takes hours of watching for the right second with maybe 1 of 100 tries successful.
Go with XDSL.OB 500 shares * .30 ($150) OR LESS then try (yes try) to average down.

Yeah, you are correct... but, I would research the company a bit and do your own DD before buying into it... although a lot of us longs have decided to add more or hold, some have sold off taking massive losses... the stock was trading at almost 0.002 and then the downward spiral started...
haha, another college student? Welcome to the club... 2 others in that same boat (Monopoly Money and me)...

As most new investors look into these boards, they will eventually land on a stock or two of interest and begin their own research. And more than likely, they will fill their search engine with key words to find answers.
So, for a good reason or bad....if there is anyone that would like new investors who are in search of QTN/TMM information, to find and read their own personal assessment, then they should just simply buy their own inexpensive website. Seriously.
I mean Skunks (Ihub) is right, the amount of publicity since August has been nothing less than phenomenal. With that said, can you imagine the amount of hits QTN is currently getting? Just think how fast your website will work its way forward and come to appear on the first page after those new investors click on their "Search" button.
To some degree, it does bring personal satisfaction. I guess that just depends on your agenda.
I once searched for information on a bank I was wanting to bank with. It was National City Bank. In my search, I found a disgruntled client's webpage who's information proved to be both informative and beneficial to me. In fact, it is still #1 on the first page. If you type in "f*ck national city bank" you will see it. His own personal assessment.
So if you want the world to know what you think about QTN/TMM, then have at it. It's bound to be a fun way to kill time as you wait for something to develope.

Richard told me he's gotten calls from Burbank about people seen standing and pacing around the entrance to the studios. Richard asks them what they want him to do about it, he has no idea who they are, call the police if you're frightened.
I think Q senior management is quite aware of shareholder anger and they should be afraid. I said to Richard, God forbid, some nutjob who lost all his money and can't get straight answers from Olsen is one day going to take a drive to Burbank and take a shot at someone. These matters should be taken seriously. Olsen has been sued so many times (maybe even jailed?) that he's going to eventually cross someone that won't go to the courts. How did we ever get involved with this mess?

LAS VEGAS, January 18: Cinamour Entertainment heads to NATPE this year with new talk shows, documentaries and reality titles, including its long-running Cheaters, which recently celebrated its 100th episode.
Also available is the newly acquired comedy talk show The Queer Edge, which airs on the Q Television Network, with 50 available episodes. Further titles on the reality slate are America's Hardest Bounty Hunters (15x30 min.) and Guru to Go (15x60 min.)
The one-hour documentary Between Two Worlds follows a WWII veteran as he struggles to regain his life, while Disney's Animal Kingdom and Disney Imagineers document the famous theme park in celebration of its 50th anniversary. Additionally, 3DD will present its first in-house produced feature film, Forbidden Warrior.
Reichen Lehmkuhl IMAGE: JUAN MARTINEZ Former Air Force cadet Reichen Lehmkuhl is best known as one-half of the openly gay "married" couple who won the million-dollar prize on the fourth season of The Amazing Race (they broke up shortly after the show aired). Since then, this red-hot reality star has parlayed his 15 minutes into guest spots on sitcoms, soap operas and a few so-so movies. Now he's the host of his own self-help show on the Q Television Network.
With fame, fortune and good looks on his side, you'd think this 32-year-old would have it easy. You'd be wrong. Unable to adhere to the "don't ask, don't tell" policy that stifles the two worlds this homo calls home—the military and Hollywood—Reichen sticks out like an incredibly attractive sore thumb. But, god bless him, he wouldn't have it any other way.
I met the godlike Lehmkuhl last November in New York at the GayLife Expo (he's as nice as he is handsome), where he was taping segments for his show. Last week, I caught up with him on the phone right before he went on the air.
Queer Window: How can you give relationship advice on TV, considering your own messy breakup?
Reichen Lehmkuhl: People say, "You've ruined the image of gay marriage in this country." It's difficult to explain that's not the case. I've been through a really good relationship and a really tough, public breakup. I think that qualifies me to give advice. I'm not just telling people how to make it great. advertisement

Do you get hit on by famous people?
I do, by supposedly straight people. I recently had a relationship with a network star no one would ever know is gay. We'd have a wonderful time when we were together privately, but it wasn't worth it. He promised everything would be great as long as I kept it quiet. With the money he makes, he's able to keep everything really quiet. But that's not me. Someone has got to be out in Hollywood, just trying to do his or her best. That's what I'm going to do.
What else are you going to do?
I'm writing a book called Here's What We'll Say about the lies I told to make it through the Air Force Academy. When I was at the academy, there was a network of gay cadets: lacrosse and football players, Rhodes Scholars. There was a lot of sex going on, literally underground, between us. When we graduated, we had "here's what we'll say" inscribed in our rings, because every time we came back to the academy, we'd have to get our lies straight. People did get caught, and they'd disappear in the middle of the night. They'd end up in court in humiliating trials. One person ended up being killed at the academy. [The network included] a senator's son. I want everyone to know how awful people are treated at these service academies. I want everyone to know what it's like to live like you're in Nazi Germany.

Betting Big in Vegas Smaller companies have big NATPE hopes
By Ben Grossman -- Broadcasting & Cable, 1/23/2006
Although much of the pre-NATPE talk has focused on when Warner Bros. will finally unveil its Keith Ablow project, as well as clearance updates for Rachael Ray and The Megan Mullally Show, a crop of smaller production companies will be vying for their share of attention, too.
Among them is Marin, Calif.-based HSH Productions, which will have a booth for the first time as it introduces three family-friendly shows. The Penni Sparks Show provides parenting advice, Feng Shui Today is a home-improvement show, and House Flippers focuses on fixing up houses for resale.
HSH founder Renee Kenney, a home-design consultant who was a guest designer on HGTV’s Curb Appeal, walked the floor and sat in on sessions last year. This year, she jumped in headlong. Scheduling appointments in advance of the show, she knows that swimming with the big fish won’t be an easy task: “Those huge companies do sometimes seem impermeable. It’ll take some perseverance.”
Kenney hopes that locating her booth in the “Kids Town” section, applying Feng Shui design to it and having her program hosts on hand will bring lots of visitors.
In other pre-NATPE news…
All Eyes on Paula: After skipping an American Idol session with TV critics last week due to what Fox called an eye infection, Abdul is scheduled to appear on behalf of Fremantle International Distribution, which will sell Idol’s current season. Also on the slate are Bravo’s Project Runway, the fall’s two Apprentice shows and Sundance series Iconoclasts.
Rachael, Megan … Sandra?: Cinamour Entertainment has international distribution rights to talk show The Queer Edge, which airs domestically on the Q Network, and recently signed Sandra Bernhard as co-host. Cinamour has 50 episodes.
Still Betting on Poker: Sports HD is shopping two poker shows as part of a 15-show slate of sports programs in both high- and standard-definition. One is a series chronicling a poker fantasy camp, and the other introduces a hybrid of golf wagering and poker.

If there were a fishing stock that went from 40 cents (where I first bought GAYY) all the way down to .0001 over what 5 or 6 years, I think only hard core fishermen would believe that long.
I think it's a disgrace to gays. Why don't they just downsize and only do what makes uhhh money???
They may not grow fast but they could stop issuing so many shares.

I've spent some time over the last few weeks watching HereTV and LOGO. We can't get Q down here in New Orleans but I've watched as much as was available on Planet Out and through some links to their programming and here's my take.
LOGO.....entertaining in spurts. No hard edge stuff and the repeat programming gets tedious quickly. "Beautiful Thing" is one of my favorite movies but every other day is too much. The original series "Noah's Arc" is fluff at it's worst. Music Videos featuring gay or "gay-friendly" bands are fun the first time or two but then there's the repeat after repeat thing again. Once a week you might be able to find an evening of programming that you haven't seen before. Maybe.
HereTv....Their original gothic series consists of 2 episodes and is boring once you've said "OK he's cute and he's cute. Is there an actor in the house?" The two other series are so-so although "Metrosexuality" was fun. The movies are usually not even bad enough to be campy but every once in a while a good one pops up like their original bio film of Maria Callas. I pay for this one so they get one more month to impress or later for them.
Q....based on a very small sampling I have to say that I would choose Q over the other 2. Actually a combo of Q and some of LOGO would make for an interesing channel.
The problem of Frank's mishandling of the truth (to put it as kindly as I care to) has been discussed by many for a very long time and there's no excuse for taking that tack IMO. Q needs to find funding from some other source than just selling shares and it seems to me that Frank has been loathe to do so. More carriers probably are in the mix and there will be revenues as well but in the meantime (and nobody knows how long that might be), how else to fund the ongoing operations? It seems painfully clear to me that so far the only way he'll consider is selling more shares. And more shares. Perhaps someone will convince him to reassess this approach. I don't know....sell a minority stake to Planet Out maybe. An alternative source of money needs to be found, filings need to be addressed and so on in my opinion before the pps starts to fall in line with all the progress the channel has indeed made. This has been an emotional issue for me because I'm a gay man and I want the channel to succeed but not at any cost. Not by misguiding. Not by crushing investors. Not by taking the low road and not by acting like the end justifies the means. Because for me in this case most particularly it does not. The means are important. Hopefully this mind set will change soon. Hopefully.
Trey

I for one am happily married with children. I bought into qbid because the way I look at it, the gay lifestyle isn't going anywhere. Everyday another show comes on with something pertaining to homosexuality. Why not try make some money off of it.
