King, IF they don't keep diluting. And IF the ownership is straight up. (and those are big IFs with the track record) I still like the math on this one.
Let's say they double the A/S to 200 billion, and build the company to where it is worth $2 billion in a buy out.
We are talking a penny a share. And that is if they DOUBLE the current a/s.
I won't discount any possibilities on this one positive or negative.
We could go to a penny, or they could r/s and dilute like hell again.

I am sorry to say, but there may be 1 trillion shares A/S for all anyone knows. NSS isn't needed if there is that many shares out there floating around. With 10 Billion shares traded in one day, that hurts the credibility of any company. A r/S is coming within the next 6 months I believe. Be careful if you are a newbie. I wouldn't buy in unless financial audits are confirmed.

You are absolutely right! Especially about newbies buying in. But Washington State confirmed the a/s a few days ago at 100B. We might want to call again next week though after the last couple of days.

be vewwy, vewwwy careful with this stock--even if you're not a newbie.
however, anybody who bought in at higher than .0001 is looking at a long way up to their average share price....

Yikes. I am sorry folks for those that got caught in the ringer with this stock. My hope is that Frank does not get what he wants by hurting the common shareholder in this company.

It's cool to see you guys warn the new investers here and those that may be just lurking. I think the warning was posted today more times than any other day.

I honestly hope that all of everyone's previous purchases of QBID actually pay out for you. It is not a fun feeling to know that your investment has been dwindled away by poor management that has been trusted to do the right things.
Who knows, maybe down the road in another year or two this may pay off? Anything is possible, but in this case it is doubtfull. I am hoping for the best for all of you and that any loss that was endured will be repayed over time.

Considering putting another $2500 in for monday morn buy. I'm a little leary for the first time. I am on the fence. If I can buy at .0001 i will be at 30 mil., closer to that boat loading at 50-100. What concerned me today was Imak saying don't buy, just wait to see what happens. I've gotta make a big decision by monday. any help would be appreciated. This would sure help my average. TIA David
