Thanks, realguy ... more solid DD we can all use to make informed decisions. What would we do without you?
SSDD... I don't need to provide anything of fact to support my unhappiness with the performance of this stock, and I would ask you to explain the PPS? The unapproved extra A/S? Where is the audit? Is there an audit? Give me some basis in fact to support being positive about a .0001 stock? Ok.. it can't go down any further.. any others facts to be happy about? Why aren't you equally pissed off about this whole thing?

I will try! It could be dangerous for me at these levels. I keep looking at some of my smaller cash balances and thinking, "that $300 isn't enough to go into anything big..."

Wangdo I know what you mean. I had a friend ask me about this company the other day, and it is ironic, at this point I couldn't bring myself to even tell a die hard long to buy more, much less a newbie. But I just can't keep myself from doing it. LOL

realguy Apparently you don't read my posts very well because you've missed my point ... which is:
NONE OF US KNOWS WHAT IS HAPPENING TO Q, so speculating about "what might be happening" is wasted time and energy.
So don't ask me why the PPS is so low ... I've already said I DON'T KNOW.
I've also said "whining" doesn't help our situation, therefore I refuse to do it. We have two choices right now: think positively or think negatively. I choose to think positively because I "feel" better. If I end up being disappointed, at least I've "felt" pretty good right to the end.
It appears we have different viewpoints on life ... I don't understand your viewpoint and you don't understand mine. So let's just ignore each other until we finally know the truth.

Not all pinks are bad...GTEL, now GTE has been a great investment. They made the leap to AMEX without screwing the shareholder and closed today at $3.55.

pOST BY: Stock9; Two veterans of mobile content firm 9 Squared have launched a new venture that is dedicated to providing mobile marketing expertise to non-profit organizations, media firms and big brands. The Denver-based company, Mobile Accord, is headed by James Eberhard, co-founder and chairman, and Dan Weaver, co-founder and COO. 9 Squared was acquired by U.K.-based Monstermob Group in late 2004 for approximately $40 million.
Mobile Accord Vice President of Marketing Mike Ricci says that one of the company's main functions is to help non-profit firms use mobile marketing techniques such as SMS to raise funds, communicate with their supporters and tap lucrative new revenue channels. The company has enlisted the help of several key advisors including Peter DeCourcy Hero, president and CEO of the Community Foundation Silicon Valley, Paul Major, president and CEO of the Telluride Foundation, Bill Diggins, founder and president of Diggit Entertainment Group and Mari Ellen Reynolds, director of development for the Community Foundation Silicon Valley.
Ricci admits that the biggest challenge for the firm is educating non-profits about wireless technology and its potential. However, he adds that once they are informed, most non-profits are eager to use mobile marketing tools. Mobile Accord consults with clients and provides a Web-based client extranet that helps them create, manage and track mobile marketing campaigns.

Sometimes people paid in stock can't sell for a specified period of time. Maybe, if this is the case, whomever is selling these shares may feel that if they don't sell now they may never get any money.

Ok... so volume so far at close is about 2.3B?
Then, I assume, there's going to be after hours trades as usual. Hmmm. But, it's not 4.something billion plus the 2.3 listed like yesterday?

FWIW, I've emailed IR to get a comment on why the massive trade volume. If I get a response, I'll post. In the past, with IR departments, if there is significant volume or an unusual rise/drop in the pps, IR will provide some type of response. Let's see if this company responds as today was unbelievably unusual.
