buck Taking this one step further ... I wonder how many Q shareholders would be smiling instead of frowning if they didn't read message boards?
I am not suggesting that message boards are bad or that all messages are either false or negative. I am just pointing out that many message board posters do not let facts stand in the way of a good rumor ... and that one message board "falsehood" can offset many factual PRs issued by the company.
Solid DD requires digesting all information from all sources ... and digesting information means separating proven facts from unproven opinions or rumors ... and only proven facts should be further digested into decisions and subsequent actions.
My best "guesstimate" is that posts on stock message boards are divided as follows: 10% offtopic comments (no real value) 10% jokes/attempted humor (no real value) 10% socializing (no real value) 10% "what if" opinions (no real value) 10% "I'm pretty sure" opinions (no real value) 10% "I'm absolutely sure" opinions (no real value) 10% rumors (no real value) 10% total lies (no real value) 10% total scams (no real value) 10% absolutely proven fact (some value).

Just got a call from Frank's assistant. Frank is on a plane 'overseas' and won't be back until Tuesday morning. Well at least some folks appear to have talked to him this weekend. He told them he got financing. Whether it's just a cash infusion or true permanent funding, that hasn't been made clear. Anyone know?
Uh oh. Is frank fleeing the country???

ROFLMAO! and exactly what did they do other than try help out and it sort of backfired. You can never dis a person for giving an honest effort. I don't post over there, But if you get the chance ask what they would do?

Hmmmm. What exactly would they have done? Harsh language?

Jenn You've reasonably presented many reasonable points regarding the Q situation, especially the very reasonable "reasonable man theory", which I understand reasonably well because I usually and reasonably consider myself to be a "reasonable man" ... at least in theory.
But seriously ... the "reasonable man theory" (now referred to as the "reasonable person theory") is a legitimate argument in the U.S. legal system, and I imagine in other countries as well.
As you've stated, this theory simply contends that some situations can be reasonably explained by "common sense" as perceived by a "reasonable person" and that conflicts resulting from such situations can be and should be settled based on the viewpoint of a "reasonable person."
I am not a practicing lawyer, so I don't want anyone to consider this as a legal statement. In fact, I welcome further clarification from someone in the legal profession.
Anyway, thanks for your thoughts, Jennifer. I enjoyed the whole post, altough I have questions about some of it. But we can discuss that over drinks sometime ... hopefully soon.

MT And thanks for your answers. I appreciate your polite and candid comments. We still don't agree on many points regarding the Q saga ... but that does not make either of us right or wrong. We just see the situation differently. I hope we both come out of this smiling, and I offer my sincere best wishes to you in the future.

There is nothing wrong ever with helping out someone. That being said, before you can help out properly and give guidance you have to accrue the wisdom to do so other wise although your intentions are good, the outcome may not be. I have been trading for over 15 years and still learn something new everyday. I play with stocks such as RIM, BCE and CNQ just to name a few. Those are the big boys and although people claim they are safe, they are not.
I am sure you are a great person and look forward to meeting you some day but you are still riding on emotion. Those who ride on emotion in business, fail. That is a given. Don’t give out advice because you are pissed off; give it out because you can back it up with proof and not from IHUB or RB. That is not proof unless there is a link and you can dig into it yourself. I don’t believe a word that comes from anything over there unless there is a provided link. Inside info is another issue, if you don’t see it in ink then it becomes doubtful. That my friend is my wisdom for you. Learn from mistakes and grow from them, we all do.

MT I am not criticizing you, but I have to question some of your comments: 1. You felt the need to tell your parents about your loss in Q? Unless you need their financial help due to your Q loss, help me understand the reason for "confessing" to your parents that you lost money in the stock market. 2. "I am over it ... ". Apparently not. 3. "I may get back in if certain things are changed". So ... do you believe there is still hope for Q investors? 4. "i have just been trying to look out for others in this room." Thanks, but why? 5. "Many are going to be bashing me for bringing over information that is not "allstocks" material." So far, the only "bashing" I have seen has been for not documenting your data. Presenting rumors and opinions does not make it good DD. And a lie from any source is still a lie. 6. " ... the reason why i try and be different..." Different in what way? 7. "... the overwhelming majority here are still daydreaming." Some are, I'm sure, but most are just rationally waiting for facts they can use to make their next investment decision. Dumping your shares at current prices doesn't sound very rational to me. And locking in a loss before it's necessary doesn't sound very rational either. JMHO. 8. "Many here know me from being the positive guy so i may stand a chance." Help me understand this. Because you once were "positive" about Q, you think we now should believe your "negative" comments? Sorry, lost me there. 9. "(negative) posters get bashed to death (on allstocks)." Undocumented statements (positive or negative) should be "bashed to death". I cannot speak for others, but I "try" to be fair to all. And if not, sorry ... I'm not perfect.
I will be gone most of the day and will catch up and respond to anyone later tonight. GL to all. Tomorrow should be an interesting day.
Ok stay with me. Here i go. Thanks for the questions, it will clear things up.
1. BL, i am a 19 year old going to college. My parents pay for school, and my auto insurance. I have already paid my car off. My only bills are gas and social things. I told my parents becasue we spoke about it nearly everyday, them asking how are things going with it. I finally came clean and told them that i have sold, and do not expect to get back in. Told them how much i lost, etc.
2. ???because i say im over it, you say apparently not. BL, i would just let it go ok, the people who are probably not over it are the ones that are daydreaming
3. There is still hope certainly. There has been a film libarary audited for 707M. I got out because i feel that a RS is imment. I wanted to get out so that i can save that money and put it back in once it has gone down. And yes the AS is rasing up to 200B soon, so that will certainly stop more things. Hope- i have heard from several sources that DISH annoucement is soon. So yes, hope is definately still there, and a run to .0007 might even occur this week. Thats why i will still be around.
4. Because i started back in stocks as a 18 year old, and found a site called ****************** dott com. I met up with two guys named atcspaul (catfish) and greencat. I was shown that it is best to help out the rookies who didnt know that much. I feel good when i can help out 1 person. Many people pump stocks up so that they can sell their shares to you. I see that there is a real person on the other side of the computer and try and help out. I look out for others, and many people on here i hope can back me up on that.
5. that was for 1 thing your correct. I have said other things, and people say im crazy or whatever. Listen the reason why i said that is because the board mentality on allstocks is off the charts. Nothing negative can be said without getting pushed into the gutter by the "clique." If you cannot see this then open up your eyes and stop daydreaming.
6. I try and help others out.
7. BL, i call it daydreaming. Call it what you want. I see many posts on here where i just bow my head and say good lord. You want the gods honest truth. Here it is, this is insansanly rude, but here it is. There are many people on this board that are blinded by their investment. I dont think some people are smart enough in the investment world to comprehend some things. Example #1, i have seen many people, (big board members on here) talk positively about a RS. And thats what i fear. They are going to PR a RS and the overwhelming majority on here will be suckered into believing it has to be done. In short, i think many are either blinded by the investment or havent a clue what they are talking about.
BL- Dumping your shares at .0001 and saving money, before they RS and up the AS to 200B seems rational to me. Once they RS, it will drop another 50% pretty quickly. Thats when i may get back in. Thats rational. Holding on, because your waiting information, while seeing the investment go to 0 and see somebody getting shares for .00005 and below is not rational IMO. If things were good IMO Frank would not be topping out the AS at .00005 and below. I very well could be wrong.
8. Well, there have been many "bashers" who have posted negative information. I am saying that many on here know that i have once been positive and PRO Q, so they know i dont come here to just ruin their investment.
9. Well, your right, i will be sure to now bash all the posts i see anything wrong with. So watch out if your posting something, cause MT is gonna clear this board up from the daydreaming.

There is never enough room for fun. Speaking of which, I think PT mentioned Frank might be at the sound board for the game. If this game gets announced as the "Fruit Bowl" then for sure he will be right. (no offence intended for anyone)

hey qbidians hope you all had a great day today.
just wanted to make a few points hope i dont affend anyone. the first one is towards millertime. i appreciate all of your posts i find them interesting and informative whether i agree with them or not. secondly millertime i also appreciate you wanting to help others out as that is a basic human nature that is good to see in others. now making those points i find it a little interesting that you find yourself qualified to help others being the age you claim to be. i have not had much success in the stock market in my 6+ years of playing but i have learned alot. you claim to have been in the market for about a year or over? many on this board have been probably playing the stock market for longer than you or i have been alive. anyway i really hope you have great luck not good luck in your future investments none of us really know whats up right now but im a gambler and i refuse to sell at a loss right now. ive actually added a few mil and im thinking in going in for another ten possible this week.
thanx again for the help you are a bright guy with a bright future but many of us know the risk already and like our odds still. also please allow me to continue to be a dreamer as of right now its all i got bro.
tommorrow is another day folks i dont expect anything big for a while but the drama has at least been very entertaining.
you are all awsome qbidians or qbidiots and have brought me a drama that is as of now only costing me 32,000$ a year hehehehe.
30 million long strong and on lockdown. the only way to lower my valuation of my shares is to reverse split and head lower or bankrupt at this point.

Marty, What are you trying to say. Something about a fish (carp) or something else? I noticed you use that word a lot and it doesn't make sense. Could you explain?
