David. it sounds like your asking an honest question. heres my honest answer.
Those .0002 trades are just paint brushing. The MM are diluting these shares from Frank and the more people they get to buy in, the more they can make. So by painting the tape at .0002 it makes it look better. With this said, hope can still be held out because the MM continue to bid this up at .0001, so i wonder if maybe an outside company is loading up the share to get majority ownership at a cheap price (planetout maybe)
Now about the 350B. He raised the AS on the 7th. I dont know exactly how this works, but i dont think hes selling restricted shares. IMO i think he is diluting them himself to raise captial for the funding of the network. The OS is probably going up daily by like 1-2B
I dont know how you will find out these things. Just understand that Frank didnt raise the AS to play games. IMO the OS was topped out at 100B and he needed to raise it to sell more shares.
What he has said to you all along is "im not selling shares". and this is how he thinks hes covering himself. By sayin he, he is going to say, him personally. Ask him next time, is the company diluting shares to raise captial. Bring a tape recorder too!

Many times a small startup company expands their labor force faster than their company can carry. The usual result is a retrenchment or a reduction in workforce and a revision of their work/management structure. IMO, this is what is happening, either wholly or in part, at Q. I strongly believe this is good. In the many other times that I’ve seen this, the market likes these proactive actions and rewards the company with a stronger pps. Although, a pps move due to retrenchment at Q is problematic. In addition, the 350B A/S is another animal.

I don't think you can analyze any one part of this company by itself.. IE.. Labor fluctuations.. I think you need to evaluate all the symptoms to make a reasonable analysis... until this company can show us some facts, everything is opinion and conjecture.. with a little hype and hope thrown in for good measure..
