What is your honest take where WE stand as shareholders with Q?
I've said in the past that this is a 7-8 year hold. I would not buy any at this time and would not average down as well. Wish I could say more but until we receive positive information from frank and he shows that he will deliver on his promise's, it will be business as usual. To many unknowns.

I don't disagree with most of your points...and no I dont think we are entitled to do unethical, immoral things, but there is a real difference in interpretation - when posters post thier OWN opinions, thoughts, feelings, beleives, etc - sometimes "WE" based on our very own beliefs, thoughts etc, may consider something as "malicious intent.." Beside on this board everyone is hiding under an alias and it very hard to prove malicious intent toward someone when that person being accused is as well hiding under an alias. This of coures if IMO.

I am only back for just one second, and I am not responding to Jennifer or MT in particular, just wanted to point something out. I believe this is a bad situation and the worst is yet to come probably, BUT with that said, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A 1099 EMPLOYEE. In catching up I've seen this term used by quite a few people. 1099s are issued to contract workers, and if they are working at QTN with QTNs equipment and supplies, Frank is going to have yet another problem; the IRS. If he owes these people money, that's terrible that he is screwing them around, but that's not a payroll issue. If he has not paid actual employees, that is also terrible and is a payroll issue. I don't know the facts, nor do I really care at this point, but I thought it should be pointed out that the term being used is incorrect and someone might double check to see who has not been paid. Is it employees who are still employed with QTN, former employees who have been laid off, and/or contract workers?
