Hey BL I thought sales under .0001 show as .0000
pappy I'm not sure, but I've assumed trades using five decimals round up or down when showing as four decimals.
So anything between .00005 and .00014 would show as .0001 and anything between .00015 and .00024 would show as .0002.
I could be wrong. The quote system may just truncate the fifth decimal instead of rounding when it shows a four-decimal price. Anyone know for sure?

I thought non-reporting company was simply a function of don't ask, don't tell!! Now I find out that all the talk about the size of Frank's increasing a/s wasn't really a comparison of body parts!! I even just learned that it is possible to have too many outstanding shares!! I have thought that all the shares were great, why not add some more outstanding ones?? Being QBID, shouldn't they be Fabulous shares?!
Thank goodness that now there are several brave souls who will tell everyone, even those like me, the TRUTH about this investment and the risks involved with a penny stock. Hopefully what happened to me won't be repeated again, and by the time all of my "donations" grow up, the world will be a safe place for microcap investing.

what are you talking about you are in denial. you seem to think that it is impossible for this company to continue on from this point.
this is not over till its over. you are in the denial stage that we will not make good on the Q.
I will give you this, it is not looking to promising at this point, but to say that it is all over then you are in denial.
you cant prove your theories right and i cant prove them wrong, but the same is true about our theories.
so basically we are all in denial if you have an opinion on whether or not this company will make it.

Sinse we were told the AS were to be used to aquire assets! I wonder how many millions and millions upon millions of dollars of assets do we now own in QBID with AS being 350 BILLION? We were told we were fully funded but looks like the shares were being passed out like candy!(IMHO). But who cares when you know who keeps his 53% regardless.I wonder how will the spin this?

Well Bobby, they generally handle spin control bu not saying anything to anyone.. we haven't had any legitimate information regarding the health of this company for several months.... so they don't spin... they just shutup..
