I think the main reason that doc is quiet and monkey is not forthcoming is due to the presence of another shareholder who might not corroborate their posts. Don't know that for a fact, just my opinion!

What do we really care what Imak and Doc say or don't say? We have a huge increase in the A/S, we have a pathetic PPS, we have backruptcy rumors, production stopped for 2 weeks, we have rumors of payroll not being met, I think this all speaks for itself.. Doc and Imak can't change what we already know..

there are no laws against what is happening with this company or are there? what about issueing false or misleading PR`s, making false statements to shareholders, i think i will start sifting through the PR`s for the last 14 months or so and see what i can find then forward my research to the SEC and see what they think. because if this type of behavior is not illeagle it should be!. of course i have seen it before with too many pinks. some get halted or suspended others R/S and a few just fade away only to reemerge as some other ticker getting into whatever is hot. oil,gold,diamonds or biotech whatever, all bulllshiit. the realy annoying part is this realy HAD potential, i said HAD - past tense. with 350 billion A/S it`s dead to me. maybe i will get back in after the next couple of reverse splits then i can add to what will by then be my fraction of a share left over from this round!

what do i know that you don`t? nothing! what type of behavior?. well lets see, how about contiualy raising the A/S! did`nt frank say it would not happen again? and even if he did not, it`s still f*cked up. what about the famouse audit that was supposed to have been completed months ago! what about the investigation into stock manipulation frank mentioned many months ago, how about the alleged buy backs that were supposed to have happened while the A/S was being raised and restricted shares began flooding the market, what about the firestone lawsuit! did you read it! frank promissed them alot and ended up f*cking them worse than us! if thats possible. how much more should i say about whats going on with this company because there is so much more! beleive me i wish this were not happening, but it is and i am frustrated by how little control even we as share holders have over the situation. so don`t get an attitude with me! I AM PISSED!! so are you very likely. you, me and many others i am sure. good luck to us! we are going to need it!!

HHMMM I could use an attitude adjustment. I don't know if vegas would do it or not. I passed thru Reno for a couple of days back in September and felt more releived when I left.

I'm not pissed. I invested in a pink sheet stock. I gambled. And I don't yet know if I lost or not. I know you're pissed, but, I believe, writing letters to carriers, business partners, or the SEC, at this point in time would be counter productive. After all, all of those items that you mentioned, while unfortunate, are far from illegal.

Madmoney, your about 3 months behind. The SEC has already started an investigation and Shareholders have already gotten lawyers and began the evidence against Frank Olsen for a lawsuit. You might want to post over on IHUB that you want to be included in a sharholder lawsuit, you might get a few PMs
