I've shared my stock picks and investing information but like to hear other's.
On another topic someone started a stock picking contest where anyone that wanted to particpate pick a stock. Each week the results of the picks are posted. I think that would be a neat thing here if someone starts it and would like to hear picks from all anyway if not started.

Gee... The more I read these messages, the more I feel we are nothing but a bunch of Lemmings. As those ahead of us fall to their death, the one behind keep singing Happy Days are here again!
Hey, but I said I wouldn't buy anymore shares, but after yesterday News and seeing the pps * .0002, I bought 2mill more * .0001. But I was soon disappointed in AH.
Where is that cliff?

As I may have stated earlier the QBID shares I now have will be kept since I flipped enough to have those almost FREE. My last flip sell is still unfilled but will also remain open.
Anyone want to share their picks? Would like to hear them with any thing you would like to add such as why you think they are good.

There are other threads for this... if I wanted to weed through other stock picks I would read those threads. Many of us have limited time and thats the beauty of a topic specific board and threads. I can come to this thread and skim through and not have to read about other stocks.
Please take it elsewhere.

Well then there must be a lot of other posters you do not want to read here. Ever tried the Ignore?
It's a message board website about ALL STOCKS. Okay if we stay on topic then it should be expected from all so we won't have to listen to all the personal stuff and PM message notices, four wheeling, boating, golfing and etc.
Just want to say I enjoyed this thread very much and thanks to all for sharing your picks and investment ideas.
Maybe this site name should be changed from ALL STOCKS to RIDICULOUS RULES.

Ignore only ignores PMs and no one asked you to leave Allstocks message board. No one even asked you to leave the thread. It was only politely asked that if you are going to start discussing and soliciting stock picks that the discussion be taken to the proper thread here on Allstocks. Thats better for you anyway as you will have more folks interested in what you are discussing.
I will repeat it for you so maybe its more clear. The request was for this QBID thread to remain mostly a QBID thread and for "hey I have really cool stock picks, whats yours?" topics to be posted in the threads that Allstocks has created for that purpose. Sounds pretty reasonable to me.
As far as off topic conversations go on here.. well it is a fairly well developed community around here and if people happen to go off on tangents from time to time so be it. Going off on an unrelated tangent is different than soliciting stock picks or derailing the thread down a hot stock picks path... especially when that thread does already exist on Allstocks.
I am sorry you got all offended by a polite request. Acceptance must be rather important to you.

NW, request was not unreasonable or targeting you in particular. Most posting general stock picks on this thread will either be ignored or asked to take it elsewhere if they are persistant.

What request? I see no request but strict No Off Topic rule. Fair play for ALL I say. You should not be allowed to have it both ways and then dictate to others.
Stay on topic or not. It should be either one or the other, FOR ALL. Don't get me TOTALLY wrong. I'm a big boy, can take and give.

I believe reading comprehension is taught in the junior high these days. I really guess we should let you slide until you finish the class. My apologies.

What's fair play got to do with reading? You are the one that needs some sort of lesson about ON TOPIC - OFF TOPIC. Either it is or is not.

just a thought...this 2 week retooling would give Richard Brown time to get out to cali and set up shop.
if this is the case he must have received what he asked for from frank and co.

Note for Ameritrade users. Love the legal disclaimer negating all responsibility to fair play in Pennyland.
Pink sheets data
You can now get real-time bid/ask data for pink sheet securities on the site. This data isn't yet available in Ameritrade Streamer™, but will be in the future.
When trading pink sheets, please understand that they can be very volatile, and are frequent targets for fraud and manipulation. Trading is subject to the Ameritrade OTCBB Securities Trading Rules. Please note: Due to thin trading on pink sheet and bulletin board securities, quote information may not be available or current. Market Makers are only required to update quote information on pink sheet securities twice a day. This may cause delayed or inaccurate quotes on pink sheet securities.

Wang Very good point ... and to expand on that, many other worthwhile activities can be accomplished during this time too. Which is pretty much what the PR told us. Anyway, despite the sunless day outside my office window, I see lots of sunshine around my computer. Let's have a good day despite the unlikely probability that we will see the PPS improve. Don't think that will happen until Feb. 13+.

Just to clarify, there has been no press release describing a temporary shutdown, the information is taken from an out.com piece (See page 127 for link.)

You love renaming stuff.
This is a THREAD in a BOARD for QBID. BOARDS have multiple THREADS to talk about DIFFERENT topics.

Nextweek should start a thread called: "QBID, but it's really just so I can babble on about my stock picks and how good they are---ACTUALLY, QBID posts or posts made by users other than Nextweek will be deleted"
Kinda long, but whatever.
