I'm pretty sure Frank can pull a R/S without stepping down or legal problems. I think he was simply stating that as long as he was in control there would not be a R/S. We know how dependable his spoken words are.

Agreed. If they brought in a new CFO, that would be considered new management. It doesn't have to be Frank stepping down.

Come on, everyone; let's not get so personal. Everyone is frustrated, many are angry, and a lot of people are way down in dollar amount. Don't take it out on each other.
Keep in mind that expression and context don't always translate well on a message board. One person's frustrations might seem more negative than intended. MT has submitted a lot of helpful information in the past, so don't disregard all that just because he's concerned now. DJ's posts are always interesting to read. Whether he's being fed a load of crap or not, we'll really never know.
And I REALLY like cheescake.

I invested $3000 in this just for fun to see what happens. I made enough last year to play with some this year. With 30,000,000 shares I will wait as long as it takes. Quit bitchin and get rid of your shares if you don't like the drama in here. Shut Up Sit Down and just wait. This isn't going to happen over night!!

I was once told emotions are an investors worst enemy. Emotional decisions are usually bad. And never follow the crowd. Seems to be true. I am still like most, hopefull as hell, and don't have a clue what will happen. Many guesses though. We've got to be getting close to some transparency.
