dj - ".. because i will never post here again ."

As with all your other ...blah..blahs you have posted that before as well. I learned a long time ago NOT to do investing moves as a result of poster's recos. Likewise I DO NOT follow blindly the prospectus material such as DVDs. QBID is in a speciality niche of the broadcast market. Most likely it is and will be limited to a certain portion of that market, sans curosity of the rest.

I treat it as not a prime investment but as a longshot, simply for the thrill of the possibilities. I also play longshot horses for the same reason. Even with these I don't pick them blindly, there has to be sound ideas behind the product or horse. In horses I like superior breeding (Danzig, Dynaformer, Strawberry Road, Northern Dancer) but even with that not all winners breed all winners (Secretariat) so with that in mind I am in QBID at less than .0001 due to flipping and will hold a token few million shares with NO expectation what-so-ever that this is a Google. Google which, I am sorry to say, I passed because I did not like the product back then as I do not like it today.

In short, sometimes it is better to stay indifferent to the product so NO I will not view the DVD and don't really care what "Frank says".

Thanks!
.

8 Acadamy nominations for Brokeback Mountain.

The Q staff should have a field day when it comes Acadamy time. That would mean another party.

The Q should be well represented at the Mar. 5th Acadamy's. More EXPOSURE

I rec'd the DVD yesterday & live in NJ. I thought the content was good for PR value in terms of showing the programs being produced, but not much info for investors. I feel like we are in Tuckerville where the cars were built and outside of the courthouse, yet the jury wasn't allowed to see the cars.

Also, the DVD I rec'd seemed a little on the shoddy/homemade side. Looked like it was copied from any PC station, a label affixed that can be bought at any Staples store. Addressed and mailed by some secretary. Heck, I could have done these myself in less time.

Anyway, GLTA. Still hoping - with a grain of salt.

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but if Frank has publically stated that "NO reverse split will occur while he is CEO" I believe both verbally and in written form. What would be the reprecussion of a RS happening. Unless obviously he were to step down and have someone else do it.
Meaning, legally what would happen if he did something that he said he would not?

I posted this again, because it fell as the last post of the prev. page

I just checked and the sell order I have in at .0002 has NOT been filled yet but I'm still confident although it seems to be harder lately than it was a few billion A/S and O/S ago.

Dig, read back up a few posts from here... I asked a question about RS from Frank.
Short version.
What would happen legally if Frank did RS while he was CEO since he stated that it would NEVER happen.

I guess the same thing that happened ,because of the other stuff he stated that there isn't any proof of, except some hot aired PRs. he walks. At least for now. Someday we have to get to the bottom of the inner workings of this penny slot machine.

To DavisJanas…
Please reconsider your decision. There are those on this board that only care about their egos and are jealous of you. As you are aware, there are others who have various contacts within Q. My sources do confirm a good portion of what you said. David, you are appreciated. Just look at the response you had yesterday. Now those with their agendas have crawled out. I, like most on this board, look for and appreciate all the information we can get. Of those that are taking shots at you, how many have been to Palm Springs and talked with the people there? In my little circle at least a dozen times! How about Burbank? For us, many times. Don’t listen to those arrogant ones who haven’t taken the time and effort to get first hand knowledge. The one big consistency with Q is that whatever they say, it will run late! I’m looking forward to baking you your cheesecake in Las Vegas.

Just my opinion ... but it's never a good idea to react to anything said on a message board. So you have to decide who you believe and what you believe. Some of us enjoy dj's information, and some others don't. It's an individual choice.

But be especially wary of anyone who posts comments that "trash" other posters and anyone who constantly boasts what a smart investor he is.

Anyone who has to promote himself by belittling others very likely has little worthwhile advice to offer. And anyone who has to keep telling others how smart he is usually has low self-esteem ... or is in self-denial.

I've met a lot of polite and friendly people here, and I hope to meet them in person someday. But I seldom take their advice, nor do they take mine. Because we really don't "know" each other.

By the way, please don't react to anything I say either ... until you get to know the real me. [Smile]

EDITED TO ADD A CLARIFICATION: I support dj and want him to continue posting. [Cool]

Keywords "while he is CEO".

I checked my saved mail folder.

Yes, it is still there--the message from Richard that a DVD would be sent to me.

Perhaps in today's mail.

Oh! Wouldn't it be nice to see .0003 again.

I don't know who DJ is or what his connection with QBID is, but if he was given the "wink" to double his investment as he said he was, wouldn't that constitute "inside" information. I beleive poor old Martha Steward got caught up in that trap one time?

But I hope he is right!

Can someone tell me why Frank sent the DVD's to long shareholders.....was it to get them to sell or to buy more or some other reason?
He just as well could've not sent them out.....to my understanding though(have not seen it) it is impressive by most viewers...except no real #'s.
What was frank's agenda in sending the DVD's, he really doesn't expect the pps ro rise does he?

The idea that Q would still be dumping shares is evidence of more of Franks hot air about being close to profitable. Being close to profitable means overhead is at an all time low, which to me would'nt justify unneccessary dilution.
IMO.
Any thing and everything on this thread is only wildass guess and conjecture, as has been said many times before.

My ques. is that Frank didn't have to send it, did he?....especially if he's just planning on screwing all of us, did anyone who received the DVD buy more shares b/c of it?Or sell?

I should be receiving mine today, but from what I hear, the dvd is only 14mins, i believe it probably could have been a little bit longer especially if we've been waiting for it since September of last year, along with that , it states on the QTV website that the DVD,

"So, ultimately, we are going to be a teleport, a production company, a gay television network and voice for the GLBT community – and more. I believe that as we continue to announce what we are doing, the stock will go up. We currently have an appraised market cap of $150-$200 million and we are trading way below that cap, we have recently been offered a nine digit figure for our company and tangible assets of over $1,000,100,000. This is not bad for a company that started with nothing.

It is my intention to put all of this information on a DVD that will be available in the near future. I believe that education and information about Q Television Network’s activities and progress will be key in helping to raise the stock price and increase overall awareness of Q Television Network"

No one.

i have a test order in that has been in for a while to sell at .0002 with no fills.

if it happens i will let you know. I dont expect it to fill unless the ask goes to .0003

it is extremely rare to be able to sell at the ask.
