Babe, what does that tell you? I don't have a clue what the connection is at this minute. Except that they did the name registration around the same time. Do you have a theory?
I need some fresh perspective on this.

FCDH, SNYY and I also believe Blackout Communications are having a face lift with their Internet sites.

I think this is where they are getting their face lift. Not absolutely sure though.

Good Job BB! I wasn't having much luck.

244 mil before noon. If this keeps up we should start to see a little climbing. Unless, of course, the bottom drops out and we all become penniless. [Smile] HA

Garrow's got lots of Fight in him
By TIM BAINES - Ottawa Sun

Mike Garrow was like a proud papa, watching legends like Bret Hart, Jimmy "Mouth of the South" Hart, George Chuvalo, Chuck Lidell and Larry Holmes parade to the ring Friday night at a Toronto nightclub.

It was a night of celebration ... the official launch of The Fight Network, situated on Rogers Cable channel 427.

A great moment, for sure, for Garrow, who spent so much of his life in Gloucester, just outside Ottawa, developing a passion for wrestling that extended into the family home basement where he would take on all comers -- friends, his brother Todd and cousin James Cybulski of The Score.

Now, the son of proud parents Bob and Betty-Anne, who still call Gloucester home, is co-founder of The Fight Network.

And he couldn't be happier.

"We're all passionate about certain things and I was able to turn that passion into something I do for a career," said the 33-year-old Garrow. "Chasing a dream is difficult, but it happened for me."

Several TNA stars were on hand at Friday's launch, including Jeff Jarrett, Petey Williams, Chris Sabin, Rhino and Sabu.

Garrow points to his Fight Network crew as a great supporting cast. Guys like co-founder Sandy Winick. Brian Sobie. Brad "The Crippler" Sagman. Chad Midgley. And Andrea McCarthy.

"That's the band," said Garrow. "I had a passion to get this done ... and in a lot of cases, I didn't go looking for them, they approached me. In order to have anything grow, you need a core nucleus. Everybody comes up with ideas. These people are hungry to do this."

The Fight Network dishes up a wide variety of contact sports. Stuff like kickboxing, boxing, various wrestling shows and movies.

"It's been great so far," said Garrow. "But if you like it now, wait until you see what's ahead.

Garrow is hoping to extend The Fight Network across the country, including a deal with Bell ExpressVu. But right now, he'll just sit back and enjoy what he's got. And remember that first day when the switch was turned on and The Fight Network hit the airwaves.

"It's very surreal," he said. "Even when we went live on Sept. 22, I sat there and just kept staring at it."

it's getting very surreal in here...

Spike TV huh?

Now that would be exactly the type of American audience you would want to market FTN to!

going back farther, looks like this is how the TFN "team" was formed...

all those "partners" listed in the article came together in Jan 2005 in a deal with TFN Radio (subsidiary of Blackout Communications) and FCDH (then FCAH).

3. Sold short and the pps kept going up and they missed out on alot of money.

MEDIA RELEASE

OVERLOAD PREMIERES ON NATIONAL TV!
AWE's Weekly TV Program Debuts Jan.2 on the Fight Network!
Winnipeg, Manitoba. December 21, 2005 -- Action Wrestling Entertainment Ltd is pleased to announce that it's flagship television program, AWE Overload premieres on The Fight Network, Monday January 2, 2006. This monumental debut is
the culmination of a full year's worth of effort for AWE.

"We are striving to become a nationally recognized pro wrestling and entertainment company," says Mike Davidson, Director of Wrestling Operations. "The premiere of AWE Overload, is a giant step in that
direction."

AWE Overload will debut for the first three weeks with separate, back-to-back episodes. After AWE's HARSH REALITY airs January 18th on Pay Per View, AWE Overload will air with one episode per week.

Here are Eastern Standard Times that AWE Overload can be seen on The Fight Network:

Mondays - 7am and 7pm

Saturdays - 3pm

Here's a brief rundown of what to expect on the first episodes of AWE Overload when it debuts January 2 on The Fight Network.

AWE Overload Episode 1: Airing January 2 on The Fight Network Kenny Omega vs. "Red Hot" Ryan Wood - Two of the finest Action Division competitors in Canada battle it out in a thrilling encounter. There is not a match more fitting for AWE's National Debut.

The Dead Ringers vs. Synn & Johnny Handsome - The Dead Ringers are identical twins from Alberta with raw talent and great ability. Synn & Johnny Handsome make their National TV debut in great tag-team action.

Buff Bagwell vs. "The Mecca" Shane Madison - Buff Bagwell is clearly one of the most controversial people in wrestling's history, but Shane Madison is striving to establish himself on a National stage. Expect anything and everything in this battle between two of AWE's finer athletes.

Don't count either man out until this one is over.

Looks like it is still trying to come back.
The real test will be the first big news that hits. I myself bought this stock to get the divy. I feel a lot are over looking this company. It looks like they could have a good future in the oil/ng business. Anything that I get off of FCDH is pure gravy. IMO FCDH also has very good potential. The reason a lot of people do not play penny stocks is because it takes a lot of guts. But here is where big money can be made and made fast also lost. I love the penny land stocks. The thrill of victory and the agony of defeat.

-----------------------------------------------
No one has lost anything until they sell it. Nor have they made anything until they sell it. Plus why is it that a lot are not counting in the divy. If you do that. With SNYY right now at 1.40. We have no one out there that has lost money that bought this stock for the divy. Heck we have a lot of million airs if you want to play the game of FCDH correctly.

Almost all expected the stock to fall after the date of the divy. I do not think anyone is shocked by this. I know I am not. I expected it to fall back to .0005. It hit it today. Might go lower/higher. But time will tell.

If I were to sell I would have lost $428.00 today. But I sold some last week at .0016 to get my money back. so now Im playing with there money.
so now it will be impossible for me to lose on this stock.

Numbers seem to be messed up here. If there is only 2.5 billion o/s how can you have 1.5 billion in tradable float and Sandy have 1.5 billion?

Yes tape, but do you actually think we'll see that price for SNYY after 1 year. Also, will these shares ever become un-restricted?

-------------------------------------------------

I feel for sure they will become un-restricted. No I do not think it will be at $1.40. The thing that I am looking at. Is that if you bought FCDH at .0011. Even if SNYY is at .0066 when the restrictions are lifted. You will still break just about even. Look at it this way. If you bought 1M shares of FCDH at .0011 and the divy you got would equal 166,666 shares of SNYY. Now with SNYY at .0066 PPS times 166,666 shares it would give you $1099.00. Now buying 1M shares at .0011 cost you $1100.00 plus commission. If over .0066 you would make more gains. Also, this does not count what I will get from FCDH when I sell it. I see nothing but a win here. Also before people say you have to pay to lift the restrictions of from $150 to $250. I will pay nothing. They are ways around it.

That sounds great, but please enlighten me on how you plan on getting around the fee to un-restrict your shares in a year. PM me if you would rather, but would like to hear it.

Also, this is just my opinion, but I think the divvies will more than likely be worthless in a year.

It seems to me that the taking over of another company and offering divvies/share of FCDH is Sandy's way of smoking out any naked shorts. Now every share will have to be completely accounted for by January 6th.

And it's a great idea.

JMO.
