Also I'm not qualified to answer your previous question about cos changing names, but in the case of this one, my opinion is that its good. IMO

First Canadian American Holding Corporation Outlines Two-Year Stock Buyback Plan
TORONTO, Dec 19, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- First Canadian American Holding Corporation (FCDH) today announced that its board of directors approved plans to buy back up to one billion of the company's stock over the next two years.
The stock buyback program approved by the board authorizes the company to buy back up to one billion of the company's stock over the next two years. The specific timing and amount of repurchases will vary based on market conditions, securities law limitations and other factors. The repurchases will be made using First Canadian's CASH resources, and the program may be suspended or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
"We are confident in our long-term ability to grow revenue, profits and shareholder value through our innovation and execution," said Sandy Winick, First Canadian's President. "We will continue to make investments in The Fight Network, but we can now also provide significant additional value to shareholders over the next two years."
"As we looked at our choices, our priorities is to implement a stock-buyback program to add confidence to our shareholders in the long-term commitment we have to the company," Winick added.
About First Canadian American Holding Corporation:

To the experts who have invaded this site. I like the way you all always come as a group. I guess you all have to be supported by the other one. It's nice when 4 or 5 pick on one.
Now to the experts that have invaded this thread. Would you give me your top 3 picks in the .0001 to .001 area. This way I can monitor how well you do. I know these three will be perfect stocks in every way.

Lots of new posters since I checked last. And lots of old material being regurgitated. Ric may be right that in the end this stock will fall back into obscurity...but it ain't going to happen this week. There are still a couple bounces left in this baby. I'm holding. IMO it is the best thing you could be doing right now.

It was posted in jest Tape worm. According to the most recent information they have over 2.5 billion outstanding with a float of 1 billion. That information goes back to October though.

Maybe upside you know the future? Critical Thinking Skills would help you from confusing yourself.
Here, read what Sandy Winick posted in the PR. Take your time and read it as many times as you wish...before supporting the MM Nazi Muffins!
Here it is from December 19, 2005 PR:
"The stock buyback program approved by the board authorizes the company to buy back up to one billion of the company's stock over the next two years. The specific timing and amount of repurchases will vary based on market conditions, securities law limitations and other factors."
I would conclude your erroneous 80 million (today figure) is irrelevant anyways when considering a two year period of potential sequential buy backs.

In the two years it takes them to buy back a billion at the rate they are going the OS will be upwards of fifty billion. Do the math.

I sold TSCM yesterday.. that was it for my week... now I get to bother you Digdough... look at the financials for this company, one for tenthousand reverse split in march and now back to ten billion AS? Come on man this is a scam... they will issue the rest of that ten billion and reverse spilt it again all while talking up a buy back that isn't happening... You should be an expert at this by now after watching it first hand with QBID. Digdough what happened last time I warned about a stock you were in? It came true... that's what.

Riesco, So even if your right. I don't understand your motives. Is this a hobby, going around convincing people to sell, and telling them how wrong they are when they hold and lose? What gives. They may do what your saying again. And they may not. I made some money here last week. Isn't that what its all about? Can you argue with that?

making money is great... cudos to you... I offer balance to the noted mindless pumping going on in this thread. How much would you have saved if you would have listened to me about QBID? How much if they would have listened to me about CMKX? Say what you will dig, it has been proven time and again that I am right.

Nahhhhh
Here's a thought for you.. QBID went from .0001 to .0037 basically, then it dropped to .001,a pretty big retrace--then a few weeks later it climbed past .0037 and there was no stopping it until .028
QBID dealt with dilution, FCDH is dealing with the Nazi Muffin's Naked Short Sells. Just look at T&S today MMs taking it down despite volume!! Its absolutely hilarious. Whats really funny is that they can take it simply to .0001..it really doesn't matter because when they take it there they get nothing.
Reach out and touch an MM today...sell all your shares and join the mutual appreciation society of supporting persecuted MMs. LOL
