Hey, I once.. literally.. ran into Madonna at the Delano. It was the party she threw for her birthday. Wished her the same and got a look that placed me alongside pesky ants. She actually drove up in a downpour in her Mercedes. As I understand it, she owns/owned the bar in the hotel. She lived two doors down from Sly. The manse in the middle being gobbled up by the Feds. Something to do with drug big-time drug dealers and the likes. Go figure. Miami? She was real nice later when my cameraman showed up. All I can say is you should have seen her without her make-up! But, to her credit, she looked fantastic once she was all dolled up.
That said, and being new to this thread and fairly new in the wonderful world of penny stocks, please allow me to explain my whole working premise behind why I got into this stock and plan to stay with it long term even if I have to ride this puppy into oblivion.
Back in the day there were only three major broadcasting networks. Everybody was making money. Then, along comes cable and instead of three we now have, what seems to be, three million alternatives. Ergo, there is no such thing anymore, and there hasn't been for years, as broadcasting. It is now "narrow"-casting. Not good for the big three, but great for advertisers. They are now able to target their specific audience. Just look at what's our there. Everything from the military channel to the How to Pick Out Prettier Bedspreads channel, to How to pick your nose in public without anyone noticing channel. Point is, there is something for everyone. Well, almost.
What's missing? A total fight network. The potential audience is huge and so is the potential for big profits. If this company does the right packaging and marketing the sky is, in fact, the limit.
Oh, and let's say the network does succeed. What's next? Don't think the big boys at the big three are sitting back crying in their collective beers. They are smart and agressive. Therefore, don't be shocked if in the future - again, should this company succeed - it is not bought out by one of the three. Just a possibility, but a realistic one.
Personally, I don't give a hoot about SNYY. What is it really? Is it worth anything now.. or, even more to the point, a year from now?
And that's why I'm in this for the long haul. If not the company, I'm buying the idea and its possibilty to make it big - real big.
Sorry for the long post. Everyone here can do a better DD than I can, but I do know a little bit about the "broadcasting" industry. The trick is to set it and forget it in spite of the temptation to make a couple hundred and jump.
Please don't think I'm pumping. For what I have invested it wouldn't make sense even if this thing went away. Just thought I'd throw in a newcomers two cents on why I bought in.
Good luck to all. I really enjoy your posts.

Great post. You make intelligent points. From a purely marketing perspective networks like TFN make sense and should make money. People are rabid for media and material that interests them. Anyone with half a brain cell knows how wildly popular fight broadcasting is and will be in the future.
My hope is that those running TFN and FCDH are savvy and aggressive and are moving to bring their network to America.
I'm holding long on this one.

Thing is, either they will bring it here or someone else will. I think (hope) they are savvy and agressive enough. If not, let's say it like it is, they are downright dumb. This is an opportunity and you got to believe they know it.

Personaly DWE I would just let it ride. Again, the potential is unreal. We all want to make a few bucks everyday, but isn't it better to make a bunch more.. even if we have to wait a bit? It may take some time, but I feel it will -- or at least should -- happen.
It actually boggles my mind as to how this large segment of our society has been pretty much ignored by folks who should know better.
Hey, it happens. Case in point - up until very recently the largest segment of our society with the most disposable income has been completely ignored. Now, duh, the powers to be are saying.. wait a minute! Who are these people? The Baby Boomers. Broadcast & advertising execs have been going for the young demos. Now there are ALL re-thinking this.
People are now living longer and healthier and have a LOT of money.
Recently, I just built a house on spec which was valued at more than a million bucks. It sold to a baby boomer just heading into retirement in three weeks.
Once the so-called powers that be see what is happening here they will be onboard so quick it'll make your head spin.
