TORONTO, Dec 05, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- First Canadian American Holding Corporation (FCDH) announced today that it has sold its interests in Kachina Gold Corporation and Terrablock Development JV Inc. to Suncrest Energy Inc.
In a move that was wildly anticipated, First Canadian has decided to divest itself of some non-core assets to focus entirely on The Fight Network. The exact terms of the sale were not disclosed but it was a straight sale of assets for stock in Suncrest Energy Inc. The value of the Suncrest stock that was acquired by First Canadian equates to about $0.20 per share of value to each and every share of First Canadian held by our current shareholders. "This is a huge windfall for the company and our shareholders," states Sandy Winick of First Canadian.
"This sale of what our management believes are non-core assets will enable us to focus our efforts and resources entirely on The Fight Network," said Sandy Winick, President of First Canadian. I can't believe there is not more action on this stock driving it up right now.. We have great news two days in a row and a divi buy deadline date tomorrow.
I haven't been around most of today, but have the MM's been blocking it's run? Seems we have a lot of volume I can't see why the price would drop like this two days in a row on great news.
Is this the result of MM's naked short selling games?

It was sitting at $.0011 for about 10 mins til someone raised their buy and got in at $.0012. I don't think anyone is going to be selling below $.0012 anytime soon, so if you want to get in, I think ur bid is going to have to be $.0012

Yesterday was the biggest trade i've seen it at so far for 1000 shares. Nobody is buying ,because the shares will be given out with fcdh, I theeeenk. JMO.

How many think it will hit .002?
I think .0012 is still a very good entry price here. Remember...what we are really waiting for is a merger announcement. That is what is going to pop this up.
Also, CD, SNYY has been bouncing oddly for the last week with little volume. Are you really suprised by a no volume day? In the end that really doesn't matter. We all have a year before what SNYY does is going to make a difference to us.
FCDH will go up. Just hold tight.

They need low priced shares. ALL THEY HAVE DONE TODAY IS MANIPULATED THE PPS TO GET SOME IMPRESSIONABLE PEOPLE TO SCARE. THEY NEED YOU SHARES TO COVER THEIR PHONY SHARES THEY HAVE PRINTED.
THEY ARE VERY VERY DESPERATE.
THEY DIDN'T REALIZE MOST OF US ARE "LONG" AND ARE NOT SELLING...SO THEY LIE TO US BY FALSLEY LOWERING THE PPS.
IF PEOPLE ARE GULLIBLE TO SELL, THEY THEN GOBBLE UP THE SHARES AND AT LEAST THEY COVER THEIR PHONEY SHARES WITH ONE AT .009 OR .001. LOWER LOSS IS BETTER THAN A HIGHER LOSS TO THEM.
